Connect a phone to another phone

Question

Hello,
I try to connect a phone to another phone with the bluetooth api (jsr 82).
I have a phone which searches all bluetooth devices around him.
After the user select one device and send something to the device via a l2cap connection.
But the connection fails every time.
Here my code:

L2CAPConnection client;
try {
     client = (L2CAPConnection)Connector.open(connString);
} catch (BluetoothConnectionException e) {
     showAlert(e.getClass().getName(), e.getStatus()+"", deviceForm);
} catch (IOException e) {
     showAlert(e.getClass().getName(), e.getMessage(), deviceForm);
}I recieve a BluetoothConnectionException with the state: FAILED_NOINFO.
Please help me.
