Conversion of subscription seats after FormsCentral Team admin feature is retired.

When the FormsCentral Team admin feature is retired, and there will be no more subscription seats,
what type of account will the existing subscription seats be converted to?
Will it be the Plus Account? Or an extension of the Trial Account?
What will happen to the unassigned subscription seats?
With the "complimentary use of Adobe FormsCentral individual subscriptions for one year."
when does that one year subscription begin? At January 15, 2014?

Team Subscription Seats:
Q1. On January 15th, 2014, team subscriptions will be converted to a complimentary individual subscription for 1 year. Would this be the annual or monthly subscription plan?
There will no longer be subscription plans (annual or monthly) available for team.  We will grant the buyer and all assigned delegates complimentary access to the service for one year from this date.  The service level is "Plus" - unlimited forms with up to 5,000 responses per form
Q2. We have unassigned team subscription seats. Will they be converted to the complimentary individual subscriptions?
To take advantage of the complimentary seats, confirm or update seat assignments by January 15, 2014. 
Q3. Will the owner/user of the team subscription be directly notified of this change? Will they need to take any action at all?
Owners of the team subscription were sent an email on 12/12/13 notifying them of this change.  The seat holders did not receive an email.  The Buyer and Users do not need to take action unless they want to assign or reassign any of the current seats.
Individual Subscriptions (annual):
Q4. Can individual subscriptions be transferred to another Adobe ID user?
All assigned seats must be updated by January 15, 2014 in order to be converted into an individual subscription.
Q5. Are there any controls available for the individual subscriptions? Can we suspend/remove individual subscriptions?
The subscription will be converted to a complimentary individual subscription. At that point, it’s under the control of the individual. The individual cannot suspend/cancel a complimentary subscription, but the individual can contact Adobe later if he no longer wishes to have the complimentary subscription and we can revert it to Free.
Q6. After the 1 year complimentary individual subscription expires, will each user need to purchase a subscription plan? Or can they be grouped togther for a mass purchase?
Users will need to purchase an individual subscription plan.  Mass purchase is not available.

    The Free accounts don't change in any way.
    The "Free" level account never requires an upgrade, one could continue to use "Free" indefinitally.
    Free account allows one online form that can collect up to 50 responses at one time.

  • Refund on unused subscription after FormsCentral retires

    Hi,
    after FormsCentral has been retired, does it mean we no longer have access to all the submitted form results?
    And would our subscription be automatically cancelled and a refund processed for the unused portion?
    This is really inconvenient.

    The Important Dates section is in this document talks about the phases of the FormsCentral transition, and what will be available when: End of support | Adobe FormsCentral.
    Essentially, you'll be able to collect data up until June 22, and download collected data until the service is retired on July 28.

  • Problem accessing Team Admin Console

    I'm unable to access the Team Admin Console at https://adminconsole.adobe.com. I can get as far as to the login stage, but after that I get the following error message:
    "We're sorry, but something seems to be wrong on our end. Please try again later. If the problem persists, contact customer support and they'll be glad to help you out."
    The "contact customer support" only leads to a page offering phone support to an american number, scheduling of a one to one meeting and a link to the community. No e-mail support or support webform.
    Anyone had success in using the Team Admin Console?

    I've also been getting this error 100% of the time since subscribing our team to Creative Cloud earlier this week - so far the money's been wasted and have found no way to access adminconsole.adobe.com.
    I can access creative.adobe.com just fine - but this is useless for me, as it is entirely personalised and contains no options or data that are related to the administration of my team account. I've called the support line, but was sadly unable to find anyone offering support - only sales advice!
    Anybody able to shed any light on this whatsoever? All the Adobe Support I've been in touch with is entirely unable to assist with website problems - they just want to sell me the software that I already bought ; )

    SOLVED Ok. I actually was able to disable it. I had to actually log in as the guest user to make it accessible in the preference window. Then I disabled it and logged out. Apologies if this was obvious for some people, but I have had some sort of issue with something every update since Snow Leopard.

  • What constitutes a "seat" in a team plan?

    Hi there,
    I am trying to figure out what constitutes a "seat" in a team plan?  Is a seat required for each individual accessing the submission data?  Or is a seat required for just the main people working and moderating the forms?  We have a number of people who would need access to the submission data - but it seems rather superfluous to get them all seats when all they are doing is exporting an Excel file of the data.
    Please help me clairify :-).

    A seat is needed for each person creating forms. Users only need a free account to access the responses.

    Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store - http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2519 - enabled with iTunes 10.3 and newer; not available in all countries; only apps, books (not audiobooks), music, and t.v. shows (not movies).
    If you're not in a place with iCloud yet, either wait until it is available (maybe), or use your backup drive (which you should always have and iTunes Store notes you should maintain since a second download, until recently, was not available anywhere and still isn't for some media).

    brianb46000627 my company switched to SeamlessDocs and so far it has been a great alternative. It was really easy to set up our forms and we had them up and running the same day we signed up.

    You can put attachments on pastebin.com for text and min.us for pictures and post the link here...
    So you are running 1 SLES server with both apache and Teaming? If so then during the install did you configure teaming to run on port 80, this will not work since also apache uses that port. So you need to run the installer again and reconfigure the ports that Teaming uses, like 8080. Then you can access internal websites using www.yourinternalsite.com and teaming by www.yourteaming.com:8080.
