Count time in millisecond when datagrid load data

Hello World,
Im newbie in Flash and ActionScript things.
I want to counting how long the dataGrid loads all the data.
I've try his code :
var date1:Date = new Date;
xmlLoader.addEventListener(Event.COMPLETE, LoadXML);
xmlLoader.load(new URLRequest("http://localhost/final/Flash/DB-Single/get_db.php"));
var date2:Date = new Date();
trace( date2.valueOf() - date1.valueOf() );
trace ( date2.getTime() - date1.getTime() );
loadTimeTB.text = "Loaded : "+ (date2.valueOf() - date1.valueOf()) +" Milliseconds";
but the result is 1 or 0 Milliseconds. i think its kinda wierd. because the dataGrid load takes longer than 1 Millisecond.
anyone can help me? or give me any ideas?
thanks before lads.

thanks for bringing up new things in actionscript.
but im still confuse with actionscript syntax.
here's my full syntax, i just compiled it, still with errors. can you help me which part that I mistaken?
import fl.data.DataProvider;
import fl.controls.ScrollPolicy;
import fl.controls.DataGrid;
var xmlLoader:URLLoader = new URLLoader();
var xmlData:XML = new XML();
var dp:DataProvider = new DataProvider();
xmlLoader.addEventListener(Event.COMPLETE, LoadXML);
xmlLoader.load(new URLRequest("http://localhost/final/Flash/DB-Single/get_db.php"));
var startTime:Number=getTimer();
function LoadXML(e:Event):void
     xmlData = new XML(e.target.data);
     //trace(xmlData);
     var dp:DataProvider = new DataProvider(xmlData);
     myDataList.removeAllColumns();
     myDataList.removeAll();
     myDataList.dataProvider = dp;
     myDataList.horizontalScrollPolicy = ScrollPolicy.ON;
     loadTimeTB.text = "Loaded : "+ ( getTimer() - startTimer ) +" Milliseconds";
     loadTimeTB.autoSize = TextFieldAutoSize.LEFT;
thanks for your time to responding me.

    Turn off Automatically Set Date/Time and set your time zone.

    I have loaded data in Development succesfully with same transfer rules then I transported to Quality to test, Iam getting this run time error.

    HI,
    If Master data is not active, this table will find the duplicate entries while loading and load will fail by giving the short dump.
    you will need to activate the master data in picture and then do a reload.

  • Leading zeroes when loading data

    Hi ,
    I have infobject 0gl_account being used in production . I am now using it in a custom ods also.
    however , when i load data into the ods , GL account field gets loaded with leading zeroes.
    when i load master data to 0gl_account, there are no leading zeroes . My ODS activation gives
    an error saying NO SID exists for gl acct 000999999 , whereas gl acct 999999 exists in the
    master data.
    I can change settings of 0gl_account as it is already being used in production . is there
    a way to resolve this without creating a custom infoobject .
    pls guide
    thanks

    Hi,
    this sounds very strange, because normally the master data should come with leading zeroes. Additionally the conversion exit ALPHA is switched on for infoobject 0gl_account. Make sure that everything is set up correctly and your master data gets loaded correctly.
    regards

  • DTP load data from DSO to CUBE can't debug

    Hi,all expert.
    I met a problem yestoday.
    When I load data from datasource to DSO,and debug the start routine,it was ok.But when I load data from DSO to CUBE,and debug the routine,it got an error like this:
    inconsistent input parameter(parameter:<unknow>,value <unknown>)
    message no: RS_EXCEPTION 101.
    I don't know why,PLZ help me,thank you very much.

    Hi,
    An alternative way to do this is to have a small code for infinite loop in your start routine. And when you start the load goto SM50 and debug the process which is executing the load, from there you can close the infinite loop and carry on with the debugging. Please let me know if you require further information.
    Thanks,

    * TableSorter is a decorator for TableModels; adding sorting
    * functionality to a supplied TableModel. TableSorter does
    * not store or copy the data in its TableModel; instead it maintains
    * a map from the row indexes of the view to the row indexes of the
    * model. As requests are made of the sorter (like getValueAt(row, col))
    * they are passed to the underlying model after the row numbers
    * have been translated via the internal mapping array. This way,
    * the TableSorter appears to hold another copy of the table
    * with the rows in a different order.
    * <p/>
    * TableSorter registers itself as a listener to the underlying model,
    * just as the JTable itself would. Events recieved from the model
    * are examined, sometimes manipulated (typically widened), and then
    * passed on to the TableSorter's listeners (typically the JTable).
    * If a change to the model has invalidated the order of TableSorter's
    * rows, a note of this is made and the sorter will resort the
    * rows the next time a value is requested.
    * <p/>
    * When the tableHeader property is set, either by using the
    * setTableHeader() method or the two argument constructor, the
    * table header may be used as a complete UI for TableSorter.
    * The default renderer of the tableHeader is decorated with a renderer
    * that indicates the sorting status of each column. In addition,
    * a mouse listener is installed with the following behavior:
    * <ul>
    * <li>
    * Mouse-click: Clears the sorting status of all other columns
    * and advances the sorting status of that column through three
    * values: {NOT_SORTED, ASCENDING, DESCENDING} (then back to
    * NOT_SORTED again).
    * <li>
    * SHIFT-mouse-click: Clears the sorting status of all other columns
    * and cycles the sorting status of the column through the same
    * three values, in the opposite order: {NOT_SORTED, DESCENDING, ASCENDING}.
    * <li>
    * CONTROL-mouse-click and CONTROL-SHIFT-mouse-click: as above except
    * that the changes to the column do not cancel the statuses of columns
    * that are already sorting - giving a way to initiate a compound
    * sort.
    * </ul>
    * <p/>
    * This is a long overdue rewrite of a class of the same name that
    * first appeared in the swing table demos in 1997.

    The code you posted doesn't help us at all. Its just a duplicate of the code from the tutorial. The custom code is what you have written. For example do you update the TableModel from the Event Thread? Do you update the SortModel or the DefaultTableModel? If you actually provide your test code and somebody has already downloaded the sort classes, then maybe they will test your code against the classes. But I doubt if people will download the sort classes and create a test program just to see if they can duplicate your results (at least I know I'm not about to).

  • Loading date

    hey all
    is it  possible to enter in SAP a fixed day of
    the week when material should be loaded for a specified destination.
    For example all orders for Japan should be loaded on a Tuesday.
    Would it be possible to enter this information in SAP to take it into account when the loading date is calculated?
    if yes, where we can maintain this date.
    please provide me the detail info regarding this

    I think we have this option for creatign billings on specified dates( fixed date).
    But not for loading,
           and i think practically this may not happen.
    like: "Every tuesday all japan orders should be loaded- "
    every tuesday you may/may not have the deliveries to load.
    still client requires, as abhinay said- we should customize the sap programm.
    in my previous project, user is not allowed to change the loading date in delivery( while creating/ change mode)
    he has to use Tcode:ZVA02 to change loading date which will reflect in delivery.
    the purpose of this Z* tcode is restrict the users not to change the loading date.

  • Loaded data amount into cube and data monitor amount

    Hi,
    when I load data into the cube the inserted data amount in the administrator section shows 650000 data sets. The monitor of that request shows a lot of data packages. When I sum the data packages, the sum is about 700000 data sets.
    Where is the difference coming from?
    Thanks!

    Hi ,
       If it is a full load to the cube , all the records are updated in it since in a cube data can be overwritten.
       If it is a delta load and u want to see why the difference occurs between the records transferred and added in cube ,
       u can go to the manage tab in dso , go to the contents tab ,there click change log button at the below , check the number of entries in that table , the number of entries are the added records in cube since only these records are the new records other records with the same key are already present in the cube.

  • No dataload.err: Using ODI to load data into Essbase

    Hi,
    I am using ODI to load data into Essbase. In the load data KM options, I select the rule file and mention that errors be logged.
    After executing the data load through ODI, I get a log file and an error file. But the error file does not have the bad record like the "dataload.err" has when I load data through EAS and use the same data and rules file.
    Am I missing some option? Is there some option to log the bad data to the error file or some option to generate a dataload.err file while using ODI?
    Thanks.

    Hi John,
    I have set LOG_ERRORS to Yes and given a file name. A file is generated everytime the interface is executed, but the file is blank.
    I have also set the Log_enabled to Yes. The log file is generated and has the error in it. The error line in the Log file ( not the error file) looks like this -

  • Loading data from Info cube to PA

    Hi All,
    I am trying to load the CVC from Infocube to Planning Area in Development environment.
    I am getting error message for mismatch of periodicity of infocube and Planning Area.
    how to resolve this. Where do we define the periodicty of infocube ? I don't think so ?
    Please help me
    Thanks a lot
    Prabhat Sahay

    Prabhat,
    I understand that you already have the data in the infocube and want to load it into the planning area.
    However it is important to ensure that the data in the cube and the planning area have the same periodicity failing which we will run into such issues.
    So pls go back to the step of defining the infocube.
    In RSA1 if you double click on the infocube name which you are using as source, you can see the details in the right. In that, look for the dimensions section, under that look for the time section. If that contains a calweek or a calmonth and you are using a fiscal variant, this issue occurs.
    You have to drop your infocube data, redefine the cube to use FISCAL PERIOD and FISCAL VARNT instead of calweek or calmonth and then load the data back again. You need to ensure you populate the fields FISCAL PERIOD and FISCAL VARNT. You might want to do that with routines in your update rules or your infosource communication structure. REmember to activate the entire structure from cube to data source.
    Once you load the data into the cube with the new setting, and then try to copy the data into planning area, it will be successful.
    To answer your other question. Yes Time Characteristics is necessary for loading data between cube and planning area.
    Hope this helps.
    Thanks

  • Loading data to DSO in BI 7.0

    Hi.,
    How to load data to DSO in BI 7.0. Is Infosource mandatory if we want to load data to DSO. What about the 0RECORDMODE field for DSO. How to maintain the transformations. Please guide me in BI 7.0 process.

    Hi Selva,
    InfoSource is not mandatory in BI 7.0...
    0RECORDMODE
    The field 0RECORDMODE is used for delta update to pass indicators of the DataSource from OLTP to BI system.

    Re: Using 0RECORDMODE
    Transformation
    The transformation process allows you to consolidate, cleanse, and integrate data. You can semantically synchronize data from heterogeneous sources.
    When you load data from one BI object into a further BI object, the data is passed through a transformation. A transformation converts the fields of the source into the format of the target.

    DataStore Object
    A DataStore object serves as a storage location for consolidated and cleansed transaction data or master data on a document (atomic) level.
    Unlike multidimensional data storage using InfoCubes, the data in DataStore objects is stored in transparent, flat database tables. The system does not create fact tables or dimension tables.
