Credit check not consider in case of expired Bank Gurantee

Dear Experts,
We are using credit control for Bank Guarantees also, when i have created bank Guarantees(through F-49)we are giving Expiry date for BG in Due field. It is working fine for credit check for customer.
But after expiry of BG also system considering BG amount for credit control, system suppose to not consider the BG amount since BG got already expired.
Why system taking consideration for expired BG's for credit check?
How to overcome the above issue?
Useful answer will be rewarded without fail.

Hi there,
If you want your system to check for the credit limit to be checked, go to transaction OVA8, select your combination of Credit control area, credit group and risk category and press details.
Set the field, No of days (released documents are still unchecked) to 0 or the days what u need.
For eg. if u set the date to 10, the credit check wont happen for the next 10 days from the last checking date.
So if u want ur system to check for credit once your BG expires, u have set the date to 0.
Thanks
Krish

  • PR to PO conversion should not happen in case of expired pricing condition in Info Record

    Hi All,
Issue – PR to PO conversion should not happen in case of expired pricing condition in Info Record.
In case of creation of PR/ PO, the Price is pulled out from the Info Record of the material. In our case if the Price in the Info Record is expired, it should give the Error Message & should pick the Price from the last PO created for the same combination of Plant, Vendor, Company code.
Request you to please let us know if there is any way out.
    Regards,
    Karthick.V

    Hi,
As per your requirement if info record price is not valid and in auto PO creation from PR, price should get picked from last PO, this is standard behavior and it will happen.
If you check in customization MM - Purchasing - Environment Data - Define Default Values for Buyers -Settings for default values
Default values if you check under price adoption , it has to be Always copy ( copying of conditions from last PO) . Pls check

  • Material availability check not consider the MMBE stock correctly

    Dear Experts,
    Thanks for your continuous support.
I have one clarification ,at the time of process order raised COR1 - Click Material availability check after that massage had come in all material check available , but system wise some of the Bill of materials having not stock in MMBE ? What is the reason for the issue, with out stock material also given the status ok in ATP.
At the time of confirmation i have put some loss qty , where is the way of display in loss qty after that confirmation.
I need the report for one month process order confirmation list with order qty, confirm qty, delivered qty, &Loss qty ? Loss qty details only i am seeing kindly give the guidance if any t.code for display loss qty against the process order.
    Thanks,
    N.Umapathy

    Hi N.Umapathy,
"Click Material availability check after that massage had come in all material check available , but system wise some of the Bill of materials having not stock in MMBE ? What is the reason for the issue, with out stock material also given the status ok in ATP."
There can be an available quantity even if there is no stock in MMBE for that material.
    A simple example:
Production order created with component X.
Component X has a required quantity of 100.
There is no stock in MMBE for material X.
However, there is a planned receipt of stock (maybe in the form of a purchase document for example) of 100.
In this case, it is possible that the availability check will confirm 100 is available even if it is not in MMBE.
Another contributor on here, Jürgen L has written a very good blog on this here:
Unrestricted use stock not equal to available stock
    Hope this helps.

  • Credit check at PGI

    Dear Friends,
    1. The requirement is to do the credit check at Goods issue level. The sales order qty might be different from the GI qty. Say the sales order is created for 100 kg with the total value Rs 5000-00, but the GI is done for 50 kg which amount to Rs2500-00. Now the credit check should consider the value against the GI qty only. Do we need to have the pricing configured at Delivery level to get this done?
    2. The second requirement is to do the credit check at Goods issue level, also against the Advance payment/Letter of Credit (LC) / Bank Guarantee (BG) from the customer.
Does the standard Credit management settings allow check against Advance payment/LC / BG?
Do we need to use a User exit for the above 1 and 2?
    3. Whats the user exit for PGI?
    Thanks
    Isaac

    HI
There is no need of any pricing to be done at delivery level.
For credit check at PGI level you can use the credit group 03 credit group for goods issue.
and assign it to delivery types here you can enter it in GI credit group

  • Open Delivery is not considering in credit check in sale order

    Dear Experts,
Please advice what setting is required for Dinamic credit check at the time Sale Order creation
for Open Delivery & Open Billing Items should be considered at the time of new sale order creation,
I have ticked on Dinamic check - "C" Open Items "C" and ticked on open orders and open deliveries Horizon - 2 "T" but still it is not taking the open delivery amount.
    Ragards,
    SP Shukla.

    Hi
Pls. check your schedule line (delivery date)as you have mentioned the 2 days as the horizon period. If your delivery is falling after the specified horizon period then the credit limit will not be validated.
    Hope this will help you.

  • Open items not considering in credit check.

    Dear Experts,
We have implemented credit management in our new role out company code with the same credit controlling area for both company codes.
As per our configuration at the time of sales order creation, credit limit has to be checked and check the open items and oldest open items. It is working fine in old company code, but in new company code its not considering the open/old open items its only checking the credit exposure value. But the old company code its checking the credit exposure and open items and old open items.
In OVA8 we have configured the below way
selected the Dynamic check box  - reaction C
selected the Cretical fields check box  - reaction A
selected the Open items check box  - reaction A
selected the OldestOpen items check box  - reaction A
The above credit management is working fine in quality for both company codes, but in production its working fine only old company code.
I have already checked the all relevant configuration and requests, there is no issue in configuration.
Please let me know the possibilities for not considering the open items for credit check

    Hello
You are absolutely right ,  the automatic credit control is at credit control Area level and not at company code level. Need to know few things from your end.
why business has not set up the new credit control area, when new company code has been configured. I think this would have made more sense .........
however its bit strange that sales recevables are not getting considered in the credit check, only in production ....... I think you need to keep your search on in SDN as well as try to search for any sap not in Service market .......
Once you get the answer; hope you update the thread ........
wish you luck in your search ......
    Cheers

  • Expired Scheduling Agreements still in Credit Check / Rescheduling

    Hello everyone,
I am running into an issue with expired Scheduling Agreements on the SD side (VA31,VA32, etc.).  There are many Scheduling Agreements that expired on a range of dates from 2005 to 2009, SA's that customers will not send JIT delivery schedules for anymore and are basically just out in the open and unused.  The issue is that these Scheduling Agreements are still being taken into account when a credit check is run.  Additionally, when our rescheduling jobs run at off-hour times, the system is still attempting to allocate materials to these orders.  The main problem with this is that it causes additional processing time for the rescheduling job.
The current business process for these old Scheduling Agreements is to reject all the line items within the applicable SA, and as a result our rescheduling jobs avoid these orders, and they do not show up in VKM4.  However, the Valid To date in the SA is clearly in the past and I'm wondering if there is a way to have these closed without having to reject every line item.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Andy
For credit check I would recommend:
    1) Using your own routine to exclude expired sch agreements in OVA8- Document controlling- 'No credit check' field.
    2)  rejecting at header level/ using "mass'.
    For Rescheduling
    1) Using button "Unconfirmed documents required" checked.
    2) Creating your own copy of the program SDV03V02  including document number, document type in the selection fields and creating a variant excluding specific, expired Sch Agreements. To reduce processing time, you may also try the 'divide and rule' policy and  execute several parallel/serial runs by using ranges of materials, plants, document types. I am sure you might have already tried this.
    Hope this helps.

  • Incoming orders in COPA not working if Sales Order blocked for Credit Check

    Hi all,
We need to build a report showing all incoming sales order by entry date and/or change date (change of values or quantities later on). COPA allows to do this, but the problem is that COPA line item table is only updated if the sales order is released from credit check (VKM3). I am looking for a solution to be able to record sales orders in COPA even if they are still blocked for credit check. By doing that we will be able to report all sales orders entered from COPA and provide basis for commissions calculation to the business.
I have investigated possible COPA enhancements like COPA0005 but it doesn't seem to be used at the time of sales order save.
    Thanks.

    Hello ,
    Thanks for the reply
As you said , the credit check in the service order is information message "Credit check (maximum percentage for ope
    exceeded)" .
If you enter and come out this message then one more message will come , i.e., "The business transaction can not be carried out" detail message -  System status CNOK is active (ORD XXXXXXX).
with the above message , system will not allow to do the Service order release.
In this particular case , we have done the VKM1 for the sales order to unblock the order from credit check . But again system is checking the credit check at service order (created w.r.t sales order) . we are not able to control this .
we also suggested the solution to the customer , saying removal of credit check for service orders . But customer requires credit check to happen at both the documents.

  • Should not for credit check.

    Hi,
I am creating order for employee slaes and for that customer we have credit control area field is blank in customer master.
It is still going for credit block. Could you please let me know how can i stop so it would not go for credit check.
    I would really appreciate.
    Thanks,

    Hi,
Credit check happens for a document when system finds a Credit control area + Credit Group + risk Category.  But what I fail to understand is when you say Credit control area is not assigned to the customer. Normally it will not be assigned. It is defaulted based on the sales area and the company code.
My suggestion to you is to check by going to FD32 and giving in the customer number and the credit control area and then by selecting Central Data and Status. Check what is the credit limit. If it is zero, increase it.
When you say the test case indicates that the test should not go for a credit check, my guess is you are using a wrong document type. Credit Group is derived from the sales document type and I think when you doing sales to employees, you nornally happen to use a different document type from regular. Please check that as well.
Also, you need to check what is the item category. When there is an employee sales, as far as i understand the system, the net value happens to be either zero or at the cost price. So, if the Item category is TANN, then system should make the net value zero, and order will not go for a credit check.
I think you can check on these points. But my guess is the document type or the item category is not correct.
    Hope this helps
    Thanks

  • Not allow credit check

    Hi,
I have a scenario wherein we want to configure credit check at sales order level to not happen on sales order creation level, although there may be blocked sales order/delivery for same customer.
Eg: Credit limit for X is set as 100/-
Total value of open sales orders for X = 20/-
Total value of blocked orders (excl of open orders) for X = 250/-
Requirement is to configure credit check to not consider blocked orders and not give message of static credit check on creating any new sales order for X.
    Is this possible? How?

    Hi ,
You may skip the Credit Check at the Sales Order level  and check at the Delivery Order Level by changing the risk category of the Customer in Credit Management(TC  FD32) from 01 (CR Check: SO Level ) to 02(CR Check :DO Level).
Risk categories may be congifgured based on the business scenario in SPRO-->Financial Accounting > Accounts Recievable&Accounts Payable> Credit Management--> Define Risk Categories.
The credit risk categories control at which level the credit check needs to be done.
