CRM 2007 - Agent Inbox Tasks not visible

Hi Gurus
In CRM 2007 I go to Transaction: CRMC_IC_MAIL_WF
When I click on Activate Event Linkage I can see drill down and see Task Group TG 14000002 with Workflow Template WS 14000164 underneath it. 100%
When I go back and then click on Assign Agents I can only see the Task Group TG14000002. I should be able to see the Workflow Template WS14000164 but it is not there.
Is this a bug or is it a configuration issue.

Probably a bug because when I do the same I can see the workflow template in both cases...
What level of support package do you have ?

    3. Click Next on the Welcome screen.
    4. Read the text on the Installation Prerequisites screen and check if your computer meets all the software
    and hardware requirements. If yes, press Next.
    5. Select the type of SAP Groupware Connector you want to install. Check if you want to install instance of
    Default Groupware Connector Proxy. Then press Next, wait while setup routine detects required
    software.*
    Now my questions are....
    1. Where will this setup.exe come from?
    2. Do we need to install the things in the same mannare listed above a,b,c,d?
    3. As we are implementing CRM 2007, i hope we dont need install Mapbox.
    Please help me in successfull Integration.

    thanks for your detailed description. This is exactly the way how the Client GWI is getting set up. one little remark from my side on the steps.
    The user field are not required to be filled if you use Lotus Notes. this is only for the case of MS Outlook where you can start the synch from the OL Screen as well.
    The password field is not used with either groupware system. So you leave it blank and with the first replication run you are asked to type (and maybe save) your password. it is there as the application is shared with Mobiel sales as well and therfore we could not get rid of it.
    Supported platforms
    In general both the server and client GWI were tested with Lotus 8.0 and CRM 7.0.
    For server GWI Domino 8 is already supported for greater CRM 5.0, so should work with LD 8.0.

  • Agent Assinment is not visible in another client

    Hello All,
    I assigned some agents (Users) for one customized standard task in my golden client(200). But its not visible in Testing client (220). Did i missed something? I changed attrbutes to standard task. I made client copy also.. I searched in forum..i could not found relevant information..

    Try to use the RE_RHMOVE30 by using this transaction you can port the agent assignment to the other system.
    try like this
    1. Execute the TXn.
    2. Specify the Plan version as 01.
    3. Specify the Object ID as TS.
    4. Sepcify the Object key as <8 digit template number>.
    5.  uncheck the check boxes Test  and with Lock under the section transport on the selection-screen.
    5. Enable the checkbox Transport and clcik F8.
    6. select the entry and click on the button Transport. Now again select the same entry and check the check box transport and this time click on the button Tranpost and Delete this time it will ask you for CUstomizing request. save it. and do a client copy .
    this time all teh agent assignments are copied to the other system.

  • Need Help: Workflow Decision Task not visible in NWBC for customer Task

    I am  new to NWBC configuration , need ur expert knowledge  for the below issue. I have checked the treat . Approve/Reject button for SRM Approval for RFx response ,but not able to get the exact steps for the configurations in NWBC.
    Requirement.
         We are working on SLM/SRM module, where we have requirement to create a custom workflow with custom Task for which we have executed below actions.
    Created the Custom Workflow.
    Created the custom Task with custom  ZCLASS and ZEVET.
    Created   Event linkages in SWE2.
    After doing this we are getting the workitem in the NWBC, currently we don’t have the Portal system in place, so we are using the NWBC for all our testing.
    What is the issue?
         When we select the workitem in the NWBC (UML) inbox  , the Decision Task ie “Approve” or “Reject” button are not visible , where as for SAP standard  Task  buttons are visible.
    What help we need?
      When we cross check the SCN/IBM portal, found that we need to do the XML file configurations. Can you any one kindly let us know the steps we need to follow to achieve our functionality.

    You need to share the details of what Inbox you are using, configuration steps depend on it. If you aren't using portal, you aren't using UWL and there is no UML inbox. You need to get your facts straight. Most likely you are using the Business Workflow Inbox (SWF_WORKPLACE) or the Lean Inbox (IBO_WDA_INBOX). Both are based on Web Dynpro ABAP and POWL but the configuration is different. Regardless, you posted this in the wrong space. Correct space is either SAP NetWeaver Business Client or Web Dynpro ABAP.

  • CRM 2007 Business Role IC_AGENT not showing the whole screen

    I set up CRM 2007 successful for a couple of standard roles like TPM_PRO, SALESPRO and SERVICEPRO. The system is working fine. Assigning the business role IC_AGENT is showing me an uncomplete screen. The area for navigation bar, the account info, the alerts and the communication information is blank. Has somebody an idea what is wrong?

    unfortunatly I cannot help you. It is still not working. Luckly was that CRM 2007 we were just preparing for demonstration. So at the end we showed something different.
    But next step what I would do is open an OSS message due to the fact that it is a standard role and it has to work.

  • CRM 2007 - Pricing procedure could not be determined

    Hi Gurus
    We starting an implementation of CRM 2007.
    For my Service Ticket transaction we are receiving the message "Pricing procedure could not be determined". We  do not need any Pricing as this is purely a service orientated call centre and pricing has no impact on the services we provide.
    We're using the dummy service product "INVESTIGATION".
    I've tried modifying the customizing to use a Pricing Procedure but this has failed to work.
    Is there config which will prevent this error from showing up in the first place.

    1. Assign the sales area of your sold to party a customer pricing procedure.
        In transaction BP for my customer in role "Consumer" data is as follows:
        Sales Org - Defined
        Dist Channel - Defined
        Billing Tab
                Cust Pric Procedure: Standard
    2. Assign your transection a document pricing procedure.
         Transaction has Leading Category "Service Process" is not possible to assign a document pricing procedure. Unless you know of another way?
    3. for document pricing procedure, customer pricing procedure and sales area data, define the pricing procedure to be used.
        Under SPRO - IMG - Customer Relationship Management -
                  Basic Functions - Pricing - Pricing in the Business
                  Transaction - Determine Pricing Procedure.
        Sales Org, Dist Channel, Division, Doc Procedure (S - Service Process), Cust Pric Procedure (Standard), Procedure ((0CRMBP) used this as it only has one condition)
    4. in product master data, define the values of condition types being used in the pricing procedure (if you dont need the prices, you can just define them as zero).
    Added conditions to the Product
    Unfortunately I'm still receiving the same error, can you assist further?

    I am having one issue that my my agent is saying he is not receiving the PO in to his inbox.
    where as it is clearly showing in Workflow log that the PO is lying with him,
    So i whant to know how to check whether it has reached  to agent inbox and i want to fine the time and date when it went to him

    Those details...you can view in that log itself...
    Probably you can use this FM to view that user's inbox and you can send this screen shot of FM to them

  • Workitem should be in  IC Agent Inbox but not in SBWP

    Hi,
         I have a scenario in which i am creating a workitem through program. This is creating a workitem and sending a mail to the user through ERMS. Now, this workitem is present both in the agent inbox (i.e ERMS) and also in SBWP.
    Once the ERMS rule is executed a mail is sent to the user. But this mail is present at both agents inbox and in SBWP. If the user clicks it in sbwp , the workitem refreshs and disappear in SBWP and it is setting the status completed in the ERMS. I need this to be seen only in agents inbox.

      What workflow you are using.
    I think the the workitem status completed in ERMS because of some terminating event trigger after you click on SBWP.

  • Project Server 2010 - Assigned tasks not visible in PWA

    When I enter an issue on a project site, the assigned issue is not visible in the PWA under Issues & Risks.

    In the queue jobs I have the following error details:

    As I understand this error could be due to a mismatch between the fields that are 'standard' in the project server and fields that are op the project site.
    If the reporting database could not sync, will consequently also the issues not be visible on the PWA??

    Yes, if the Issues & Risks are not being synchronised to the Reporting database then this will impact the issues & risks appearing on the PWA homepage reminders web part. See this post on how the data gets to the Reminders web part in Project

  • Shared Tasks not visible to other User

    Hello,
    I am facing a problem that I have shared Tasks of User-A to User-B. But when I open shared Task at User-B MS Outlook it opens but no tasks of User-A are visbile.
    For Testing
    I Shared User-A shared tasks for myself with same permissions & are visible to me.
    I Shared my Tasks for User-B & are visible to User-B.
    I Shared User-B Tasks & are also visible to me.
    I Created new Outlook profile for User-B, Upgraded Office Version from 2007-2010, Created new Windows login Profile, login him on some other PC but still User-B is unable to View User-A shared tasks.
    I login User-B on OWA (Webmail) still User-B is unable to View User-A shared Tasks.
    I have checked for User Mailbox permissions but found nothing.
    Please help me to resolve this issue.

    If User-A shared a calendar folder to User-B, could User-B open the shared calendar in his Outlook? or are those calendar items visiable in that time? 
    If yes, please separately get the
    Get-MailboxFolderPermission -Identity
    [email protected]:\Calendar
    & Get-MailboxFolderPermission -Identity
    [email protected]:\Task
    And then compare their permission to find the difference entry.
    Or you may directly check the User-B's permission under User-A's folder:
    Get-MailboxFolderPermission -Identity
    [email protected]:\Task -User [email protected]
    This might not the problem on User Mailbox permissions level but Mailbox folder permissions level. Thanks.

  • Tasks not visible

    Hi,
    We have a number of custom TaskDefinitions that we either launch manually via the web interface, or via SPML "launchProcess". I can verify the tasks are running via various means, including the IDE debugger, but they never show up in the IDM web interface under "All Tasks". Similarly, they do not show up when searching for task instances in the debug interface. Sometimes these tasks are long running and have bugs, and we want to terminate them, but cannot do so because they aren't visible.
    Is there something specific we need to do to make our tasks visible?

    We never use the user configurator as this user has the highest level rights. We always create a new user and then apply the capabilities as required and never all capabilities.
    The main reason for doing this is security and we can always fall back to Configurator if required but rarely do.
    If you make a mistake with the created userID then you can fall back to Configurator. If you make a mistake with Configurator you have no where to go and you may have to rebuild the server.

  • Human Task: Claimed Group task not visible to others in group

    We've recently upgraded from SOA Suite 10.1.3 to SOA Suite 11.1.1.3.
    We're using the standard worklist application in both versions.
    In 10.x, if we assigned a Task to a Group, all members of the group would always see the task in the worklist application.
    If a group member claimed the task, the other group members would still see the task in the work list, and could see the task details (read-only) in the detail screen
    All group members could also see all group tasks, regardless of status/outcome (completed, withdrawn, refused, etc.) and regardless of the group member that completed the task, if they chose the filter "Any".
    In 11g, a group task that is claimed by another group member disappears from the worklist (on refresh), and users only see completed group tasks if they completed the task themselves.
    We did grant "View Task" to all roles for the *.task in JDeveloper ("Actions" Tab)
    and either "Read" or "Write" for all combinations in the "Content" Tab.
    Is this is a "feature" ?
    Is there some way to configure the old behaviour ?

    Can anyone put some thoughts on this.
    For normal report if I give u2018view instancesu2019 right over the folder for users, they can see instance ran by other user. However if I try to do the same thing with publication it doesnu2019t work this way.
    Only publisher or recipients can see the instance created in the folder ,for rest it shows a blank page saying u2018No items to displayu2019 . I tried to add other users in u2018administratoru2019 group and with that access also they could not see instance there for publication. Is this the expected behavior of publication. If so we might have to look for another approach to meet the requirement.

  • Initiator Task not visible to other users in the Group

    JDeveloper 11.1.1.6, WLS 10.3.6, BPM 11.1.1.6
    I have a Process and the swimlane containing the Initiator Task is assigned to a Group.
    All the users in the group are able to Initiate the Task.
    But when the Task is initiated, the Task is assigned to the User specifically, but not to the Group. I guess this is the default behavior.
    The Human Task Assignee - defaultPerformer for the Initiator Task is uneditable in the initiator.task file.
    What I was expecting is that, since the Initiator swimlane is assigned to the Group, All the users in the Group should be able to see the Tasks initiated by anyone in the Group.
    I want this behavior in the Initiator type of tasks specifically. (The normal Tasks other than Initiator tasks are working as expected.)
    The reason why we want this is, let us say after the task is created, and before it is submitted, there is a lot of work to be done, for example, data entry, should be done by many people in the Group.
    If all the users in the Group are able to see the Initiator Task, then it will help to share the responsibility of data entry among the users of the group.
    I tried Reassigning the task to Group, and it works, but we am looking for something automatically assigning to the Group when the Process is created. (We may not be using the Oracle BPM Workspace at all).
    Can anyone please tell us if there is a way to make the Initiator Task automatically assigned to the Group instead of just the user?

    Thanks for replying.
    I did the same and it was working for me even if the Type is Single.
    I just gave the Group name and all users were able to see the task. This is fine with me.
    I just observed one more thing.
    When the task is created, all the users in the Group are able to see it in 'Me & My Group'.
    But the data entered by the creator is not seen by other users.
    There is an action 'Save' in the Task. If the creator clicked on it, then the task is automatically 'Acquired' by the creator.
    Other users in the group are able to see the task and the saved data, but are not able to Submit.
    What I expected the Save button to do is only to Save the data in the Payload. Not Claim it.
    Is there a way to make the payload data only to save but not to claim the task?

  • Admin Console Tasks not visible

    Dear Experts,
    We've installed BPC 7.5 NW version. Post the  installation, we are trying to log in as system administrator to create  a new application set based on default "Appshell". But the in the action pane no admin console tasks are appearing although administration for web is appearing. What can be the issue here? I have also performed the system diagnostics after running the same am getting an error "Cannot get Osoft Virtual Directory Object: Automation Error system cannot find the path specified".
    Help on this matter is appreciated.

    Thanks for your prompt answer. However, the problem is that the path drive:\WINDOWS\microsoft.net\Framework\v1.1.4322\Temporary ASP.NET Files\osoft\7ab1b945\cd624ca5\assembly\dl2\12adf122\0053d573_c606c701 doesnot exist. As in, under Temporary ASP.NET Files there is no folder called Osoft.
    We have put the Antixsslibrary.dll under <system drive>:\Program Files\Microsoft Corporation\Anti-Cross Site Scripting Library V1.5\Library\.NET 1.1.
    Also we have only Microsoft .NET framework 1.1.
    Kindly let us know what can be the possible remedy.
    One more thing, we have not installed BPC for Office client. Will that cause some issues??

  • Inbox messages not visible after reading since Yosemite conversion

    Since I upgraded to Yosemite on January 3rd, my Apple mail app is misbehaving. When I get new messages from gmail, they show up in the Inbox, Unread and Today mail folders but not in the overall Inbox folder. After they are read, they disappear from Inbox and Unread (of course) and are lost in the ether. If I search mail for a specific message, it finds it and indicates its either in an Important folder or  in Inbox-Gmail but it is in neither. Otherwise the message doesn't show up in Mail at all. Also the mail remains on the gmail server when I access it directly on the web.
    I've tried to synchronize the mail accounts but nothing changes.
    I also turned on iCloud and iDrive at the same time.
    A commentator responding to my question reports
         Apple Mail is not displaying the Exchange or G-mail inbox properly. I tested this with 2 systems: 1 on Mavericks and 1 on Yosemite.           The Mavericks mail worked correctly and the Yosemite would stop displaying the inbox. I was able to perform operations (read, flag, delete, move) messages on the Mavericks system and the actions would correctly show on the Yosemite system once I re-synced the mail application. Furthermore, I only needed to click on my iCloud-based account and then go back to my Exchange account for the inbox to be displayed properly. However, after about 30-45 seconds it would again stop displaying.    I how this helps and that Apple can fix this annoying bug soon."

    I can only see messages for my Exchange account if I'm looking at the "all Inboxes" in the left column. Otherwise all folders (and not just the Inbox) for my Exchange account has the problem. Once stuff is read, everything vanishes a few moments later.
    It looks like Gmail and iCloud accounts also set up in Mail seem to be okay. It seems to be only my Exchange account.
    I've been having to do email stuff on my iOS devices.

Maybe you are looking for
