Customer Database Synchonization from R/3 to CRM Problem.

Dear Sir,
I just upgrade from CRM 2.0c to CRM 5.0, when to configure the synchonization from SAP R/3 to CRM.  The customer master from R/3 is come to CRM , except the contact person telephone, fax, it does not come to CRM. How can I check on this.

Hi Vimol,
Contact person in CRM will get created as separate business partners with internal number range. Make sure you have a generic internal number range assigned to an internal standard grouping.
Now you can download the object CUSTOMER_REL, which should bring all contact persons into CRM. If still you have the issue, try creating a contact person in CRM manually and see what happens. let me know the outcome

    I am working on replication of customer master data from R/3 to CRM. It was working fine till date. But Now I am not able to replicate because in Inbound queue (in CRM 5.0) I get the status SYSFAIL for queue name R3AI_DNL_CUST_ACGRPB. When I checked SYSFAIL it shows  "Incorrect parameter with CALL FUNCTION"

  • Error in pulling customer master data from R/3 to CRM

    Hi,
    I am trying to pull customer data from R/3 to CRM with different SHIP-TO partner. In this case, the VAT REG. NO. is different from its country ISO code, so when i try to execute in tcode R3AR2 and R3AR4, I was encountered error message in tcode 'SMW01' saying "ISO CODE <code> IS NOT CORRECT IN THE VAT REGISTRATION NUMBER".
    Is there anyone knows any recent updates from SAP that might solve this problem?

    Alternativly you could investigate which customizing object is the correct one and only load this.
    After this new load retest your scenario.

  • Uploading material master from R/3 to CRM problem

    Hi Experts,
    I am new to the Middleware
    I have downloaded the material master from R/3 to CRM but I am not able to see the downloaded products in CRM.
    I have checked the queue of R/3 there is no error.
    I even checked the queue of CRM there is no error.
    When I see in SMW01 the status is green and
    BDoc. Error message is showing “Mat. for Initial Download: Function table not supported”
    Can anybody give me suggestions?

    you'll need a bit of Java code... extract the data during a check-in filter, and insert it into the database.

    I try to connect MSAccess database to j2ee AppServer 1.4 through jdbc-odbc brige under w2k. I used asadmin to create Connection pool, here is the snippet from domain.xml file.

  • Replicating customer from R/3 to CRM  found Acct group y001 do not exist

    Hi gurus,
    I tried to replicate the customer master data from R/3 to CRM. Using Tcode SMW01 i found out that Account group Y001 do no exist.
    Note:
    Y001 is the account group i created in R/3. I also assigned it to CRM grouping Y0 using tcode PIDE.
    Kindly help regarding it.

    You can copy exactly error ??..
    For replication you need use tx PIDE in R3.
    In folder CRM>R3 you assign "BP Classification: Consumer, Customer, Sales prospect, competitor" to account group in R3. The BP Classification is hard code in CRM and only are available 5 types of classification.
    In folder R3> CRM you assing Account group R3 to CRM Classifcation and grouping. Grouping CRM is done in SPRO > Cross-Application Components >SAP Business Partner > Basic Settings > Number Ranges and Groupings > Define Groupings and Assign Number Ranges.
    Then, you define filter for replication in tx R3AC1 and replicate with tx R3AS

    we are planing to download customer master data from R/3 to CRM. It will be a completely one sided connectivity and we dont want to upload anything from CRM to R/3. And we are planing for Initial load as well as Delta load from only R/3 to CRM. How can I set this?
    And the delta  down load, we want to perform automatically once in day at a specified time..so is it possible?if yes how?

    If You are using the Administration Console to deassign a site from a subscription or a subscription from a site, or to delete a subscription.
    The type of the related publication is simple intelligent (sync), simple intelligent (msg) or simple bulk (msg). As a consequence, changes (insert, update, delete) of a BDoc instance are sent to a site only if the site has been assigned the corresponding subscription. The assignment or deassignment of such subscriptions will not trigger a synchronization of the site database.
    Example:
    Your site Back-End is of sitetype R/3. It has been assigned a subscription for a BDoc type. The type of the publication is simple bulk (msg). The creation of a business object (for example, business partner) with identifier 111111 ensures that this business object will be sent to site Back-End.
    After deassigning the subscription in the Administration Console all changes in business object 111111 will not be sent to the site Back-End. In addition, a newly created business object with identifier 222222 will also not be sent to site Back-End.
    As you reassign the subscription, the following inconsistencies occur:
    Business object 111111 has not been synchronized in the R/3 back-end.
    Business object 222222 is not available in the R/3 back-end.
    And for scheduling background job for delta replication from R/3 to CRM, i am not sure about it.

  • Industry error while doing replication of customer from R/3 to CRM

    Hi,
    We have production system already implemented and going for roll out for another company both R/3 & CRM.
    We have generated conditional objects while doing roll out phase. From then we are getting this error.
    Problem:
    Customers are not getting replicated to CRM. And in SMW01 the error log says
    "Industry 300 not defined for industry system SAPS
    Validation error occurred: Module CRM_BUPA_MAIN_VAL, BDoc type BUPA_MAIN."
    Since we are going for roll out we have done initial load of all conditional objects
    like 'DNL_COND_A002' etc.
    After running we did checked in R3AM1 - everything was DONE - in green colour.
    But in SLG1 - Display log - there are several entries in Red colour.
    Message text says -
    "It is not possible to change client-independent Customizing objects
    Diagnosis:
    Change of client-independent Customizing objects is not permitted in the client in which the transfer of data for table T682 is executed.
    System response:
    As table T682 contains client-independent Customizing, data transfer is interrupted.
    Procedure for System Administration
    Provide users with the appropriate authorization to execute data transfer in a client in which changes to client-independent objects is permitted."
    Now queues are pilled up with the industry error and don't know how to correct these errors.

    Step 1:After completing Initial Download tranfer of data takes place from R/3 to CRM system in the form of Customers or employess.
    Bulk data will be flown in the first step.
    I f there are any errors ,we solve the errors and replicate them manually by using CRMM_BUPA_map.
    Step2:There are few customers which are created daily in SAP SD or R/3 and these customers are transfered from R/3 to CRM .
    So my question is  Is this b'cos of Delta Download or Bcoz of some other Reason.
    If so "Is there any specific name for this.

  • Custom fields mapping issue of sales order replication from R/3 to CRM

    Hello Experts,
    I have to replicate sales orders from R/3 to CRM system (Initial and Delta)
    The issue is I have custome fields in R/3 which are maintained in custom table(Z table) in R/3.
    We added those custom fields in CRM customer_i table to synchronise with R/3 data.
    To MAP R/3 custom fields to CRM custom fields, i have the following customization.
    1. Added the custom function module in the event CRMO_200 and moved all the custom fields into interal table  IT_OTHER_INFO.
    2. The intrnal table IT_OTHER_INFO with data is passed into CRM standard function modules.
    3. But in CRM the BADI 'CRM_DATAEXCHG_BADI' implementation does not have the input parameter of internal table TI_OTHER_INFO.
    All my custom data is in internal table TI_OTHER_INFO.
    Please suggest where can i map this data to CRM enhanced fields.

    I went through the Note (1053817). It is good. I understand that the custom fields should enhance in the BAPE_VBAP in R/3.
    My Scenario:
    Goal: Orders replication from R/3 to CRM along with Custom fields.
    In R/3, all the custom fields are maintained in Z table (Not VBAK or VBAP).
    All these custom fields are belongs to Item level.
    In CRM, The custom fields are maintained in CRMD_CUSTOMER_I table though AET.
    I need to MAP these custom fields to CRM while order replication from R/3 to CRM.

  • Customer fields replication in Sales order from R/3 to CRM

    Hi all,
    I want to replicate, for Sales orders, one field (ZFIELD_A) on item level (VBAP) from R/3 to CRM .
    I used transaction EEWB on CRM with the option "Adding new fields to Business transactions" and I flagged checkbox "Also used in R/3".
    All worked fine and all the repository objects where created both in CRM and R/3, and the fileds was appended in structure CUSTOMER_I (CRM).
    The problem is when I replicate the data, because of existing customer fields  in R/3.
    In R/3 I have exisiting fields on BAPE_VBAP
    ZFIELD_1  [CHAR1]  - existing
    ZFIELD_2  (CHAR1] - existing
    ZFIELD_A  [CHAR30] (the new one)
    Assuming the above field values are X-Y-thisisatest
    the value of ZFIELD_A in CRM will be "XYthisisatest", since R/3 sends, in structure BAPIPAREX all the three Customer fields.
    In the generated (from EEWB) method ZEEW_DATAEXCHANGE01->CRM_DATAEXCH_R3D_MBDOC_FILL, called when transferring the order to CRM , all the first 30 positions are moved to ZFIELD_A from CRM.
    A solution would be to change the generated coding of the above method, by truncating the first 2 chars, but it's not so nice (and I also could loose the changes after a generation of the EEWB project).
    Anyone has a nicer idea?

  • Replication of Customer and Material master from R/3 to CRM

    Recently in our quality server basis administrator has made a client copy from production server after that customer master and material master are not flowing from R/3 to CRM, even sales orders were not getting copied from CRM to R/3 , i went through C71 BB config document and fixed the sales orders updation from CRM to R/3 but not able to resolve the problem of customer master and material master from ECC to CRM.
    I went to B09 BB document and all settings are fine.
    Using R3AS I have loaded following objects DNL_CUST_PROD0, PROD1, PROD3, SPROD , DNL_PLANT. and Material.
    I went to R3AM1 and checked the status as running or wait for each object.
    There are no filters in R3AC1 .
    Queue name withR3AD_MATERIA0000000001 has status SYSFAIL in SMQ2  .
    What can i do to resolve this problem.
    Please advice.

    After the client copy , have you run txn:BDLS in order to change the LOGSYS in all relevant tables?
    You can run this txn in test mode as well to see the affected tables.
    Are you getting any dump on these load ?Check it in txn:ST22.

    I am trying to replicate Customer Master from R/3 to CRM.
    All the settings have been done. Nothing shows up in Queues. However, Bdoc hangs in "Received" state.
    When I try to reprocess the Bdoc, I get a prog dump of type DBIF_RSQL_INTERNAL_ERROR in below function module: CRM_BUPA_FRG0020_SAVE_TABS
    at INSERT crmm_but_set0020 FROM TABLE it_set0020_insert[]
    This data corresponds to Shipping data in Customer Master.
    Can you please help? I saw a similar thread in the forum where there was a suggestion about R/3 plug in update. How can I do that?

  • Error in delta load of 'Customer Group' from R/3 to CRM

    Hi Experts,
    I added new 'Customer Groups' in R/3. But this is not being updated in CRM. Do I have to trigger initial load again through R3AS or should I create new Customer Groups in CRM?
    The BP delta load BDocs are stuck in SMW01 due to this change. Also, if I need to do the Initial load of Customer Group, which object do I need to do the load for? Is it dnl_cust_sales?
    Please help as it is a Production issue.

    Use object 'DNL_CUST_SALES' to download Customer Group from R/3 to CRM.
    Use R3AS4 transaction to execute the same.
