Dispute equipment return charge on collections bill

Hello, My bill was sent to Enhanced Recovery where I have already paid $200 of a $704 bill however after looking through the documentation they provided me I found a charge of $470 for un returned equipment. I have a copy of the paperwork that is signed by a Comcast Representative showing equipment returned and when I tried to discuss this with Enhanced Recovery they suggested I contact you. Currently I am not able to call during the day as I work Customer Support myself and I was not able to find an email for Comcast to address this concern.  Please let me know who I would need to provide my documentation to in order to eliminate the $470 charge. Thank you,A. most likley your sone downloaded a free ringtone that set this up
or he may have filled out something online (facebook, ect) that also allowed it
you need to put a block on your account for premium messeging
you can authorize these charges and never know it if you dont read fine print

  • I was charged over $600 for a phone I returned and it has been reactivated, but they can't take the charge off my bill.

    In September I was charged $650 for a broken phone that was not returned.  I took the phone to Verizon store near my home and asked what I needed to do to return the equipment.  The sales rep said all I needed to do was put it in the envelope and put it in the mail.  I asked him if there was paperwork or anything I needed to send with it.  He said again, no you just put it in the envelop and put it in the mail.  So against my better judgement I did.  October came and the charge was still on my bill.  I called customer service and they told me to wait and it should show up.  I called again a couple weeks later and explained what I had done and that I had returned the phone.  The supervisor I talked to figured out that I had sent the phone to "Hope Line"  which was a padded envelope that came in the same return box.  So basically I donated a phone $650 to Hope Line.  She reassured me that Hope Line also tracks the phones and once it showed up on their system my account would be credited.  I talked to someone on Friday and my phones-3 of them were shut off on Monday.  I called again and the new person I talked to told me the phone had been found, but they couldn't credit my account for a couple of days.  They transferred my call to billing and the guy was upset that the customer service person had even told me that.  The November bill came out and still the charge was there.  I called again and again my phones were shut off.  I called to get them reinstated the first part of December.  The person on the phone this time told me that I would have to pay the fee.  I asked if the phone had been found.  He was rude and stated it did not go back to the warehouse and I would have to pay the fee.  He did tell me that the phone had been reactivated.  So if the phone had been reactivated and someone was paying for the data plan, why did I have to pay for the equipment fee that I sent back and now someone else was using?  I asked to talk to a supervisor.  She stated that I would have to pay the fee, but she was going to talk to warehouse and see if there was something they could do to get the fee taken off-since someone else is now using that phone.  She told me she would get back to me in a couple of days.  That was the second week of December and still I have not heard back from anyone.  My December/January bill is due the 29th and still I have a $650 charge on my bill.  Any suggestions on how I can get this resolved?

    That sounds like an idea.I've had trouble with Verizon a lot .I I switch ed back to a non andriod phone cause of the expense it took 3 months and at least that many hours of phone calls &store visits to straight in it out...there's been many times things are blocked and a month later its back on the bill,u call and are told they can't do anything ...not there problem, can't b fixed from there end,I asked to talk to a sup. At was told I couldn't then she said I'd b told the same thing I insisted...I was on hold for about 20 minutes I hung up tried to call back they would not answer, I called my daughter had her call they answered when she told them they tried to blow her off too, so she went down to a store and made a complaint.. I don't have a store in our town,the customer should not have Togo through all that trouble some of this is down right criminal... I'm going through more problems again....they won't Evan discuss it with me unless I pay what's owed and the amount has still got the internet fees they've never taken off.

  • Collective billing - Delivery charges

    Hi ,
    I have number of orders followed by deliveries and when i doing collective billing , i wanted to control the total net value based on the number of deliveries (not consider the number of lines in delivery).
    =>  collective billing run every month -end
    => charging frieght + tax only no more price to customer.
    example :
    each delviery charge - 100$
    but minimum charge monthly amt  - 5000$.
    suppose By Jan end we get only 10 deliveries then it is going to be 10 * 100 =1000 but it should changed to 5000$.
    Please suggest me best ways of doing this at Invoice level.

    No shipment cost configured.
    we want charge like minimum amt - 5000$  if more amt them that would be charged to in the invoice.
    Example :
    i have deliveried 5 by this month end then my invoice amt would be - 5000$
    if i have deliveried 60 this month then my invoice amt would be - 60 x 100 = 6000$
    please let me know how to contract the net value of invoice document.

  • Collective Billing Document for Resource-Related & Order-Related Items.

    Gurus,
    Due to the nature of our service related business our contracts are made up of fixed price (periodic) billing, hourly & cost+ mark-up (resource related) billing invoiced on monthly cycles.
    Our clients expect to see 1 invoice each month covering this combination.
    Production of billing documents is follows:
    A single sales order created with line items classified as either periodic or resource related.
    For the periodic items a billing plan is maintained in the sales order.
    For resource related items a debit/credit memo request is created using t.code DP91
    Running t.code VF04 with the Sales Order, Debit/Credit memo request number and billing dates returns 2 lines.
    Bililng date is entered in the default data tab to overcome invoice splits.
    When running collective billing - individual billing documents are created.
    What config or SAP notes are availble to make combining into a single billing document possible.

    You have sales order item and resource related debit/credit memo
    If you want to combine this then you have to set up proper copy control setting from SALES DOCUMENT to BILLING DOCUMENT

  • Why am I returning back to paper bills....

    I just discovered that Verizon is tacking on $1.00 fee for paying my bill online.  Sorry Verizon.  You made a bad decision with me.  I would rather pay the cost of a stamp over the cost of the fee to pay my bills.  Every little penny counts with me.  I am returning back to paper bills. As a result, you will now be paying the cost of paper and mailing out my bills to me.  Maybe, just maybe, if people would rise up against fees by going this route, you'll decide to omit fees for making payments online.  It is utterly ridiculous.

    I see no fee for paying my bill on line.
    In fact a year ago when Verizon was caught trying to do it, they had an uprising of customers which resulted in them not doing the fee.
    However your bank can charge a fee, most don't but they can.
    Is this dollar fee listed on your monthly invoice?
    Is this via auto pay? is this via you paying with a credit card or debit card at the payment portal? is this over the phone? (Over the phone may have a fee)
    Or is it Bill Payer service from your bank to Verizon Wireless?
    Many of these services from the bank can be or are incurring fees.

Why am I being charged for a service person when it is your equipment and your service that is constantly not working?I have also been calling all month and been on hold for 30 minutes plus each time I call not speaking to anyone.   • Collective billing for credit note requests

    Hi ERP Gurus,
    i'm trying to bill in a single credit note (billing document) many credit note requests generated through a rebate partial settlement.
    I'm using the billing due list functionality (tcode VF04) with collective billing execution mode.
    I got a dubt while seeing the billing document created because as many rows as the sum of the items of the two sales documents were created even if there were some common items.
    I would like to have a summation if one item (i.e. a material) is present in more than one sales document but i wanna also be sure that the rebate agreement will be correctly taking in consideration the billing document created.
    Anybody can support me on that?
    Any suggestion is well accepted

    Hi Carmine,
    If you could use any of the user exits to do it may be it will help you to solve you problem better, use a userexit while creating a billing document with more than one reference and then try to check and summate the materials in the user exit.
    try this and let me know if this works...

    in DBM you regulary have mulitiple invoices per order (due to split).
    You either can cancel an certain invoice and adapt the order or create a returns order based on an given order where you can select certain (e.g. invoiced) items.

  • Strange system behaviour.....Collective Billing ...Pls Help

    Hi Frens,
    I am doing collective billing for almost 20 deliveries.
    Each delivery has same material as single line item with same delivering plant - No Batch item).
    During Billing, 5 line items are passed on to accounting while rest 15 line items are not passed on to accounting.
    And when I am canceling this Bill because of this reason, the canceled bill is not releasing to accounting giving system message:
    No account is specified in item 0000001055
    Message no. F5670
    Diagnosis
    No account was specified for account type "S" in item "0000001055" of the FI/CO document.
    System Response
    The Financial Accounting program cannot process the document.
    Procedure
    A system error has probably occurred in the application you called up. Check the data transferred to item "0000001055" of the FI/CO document.
    Please note that in both bills (Collective Bill & its canceled bill, Revenue account determination is perfectly fine with all G/Ls being determined.
    Can anyone help??

    a)  Account Assignment Group of customer not flowing in sale order / delivery
    b)  Proper G/L or Account Key assignments are missing in VKOA.

    My user generally uses VF06 for billing invoices. For Credit/Debit Memos he uses the same Vf06. The problem is the invoices are been billing collectively(collective billing) he does not want that.
    1. If we use Vf06 does  collective billing will happen.
    2. If so how to stop collective biiling.
    Please help me as soon as possible.

    I sorry to say that the required functionality is not available for VF06
    in the standard SAP system.
    The rule of copy of the item from the delivery to the invoice
    set in field: "Data VBRK/VBRP" the routine 003. This will cause one
    billing document to be created for the preceding document.
    If this control is not enough, create you own one via TX VOFM.

    Hello,
    You may not be able to find the same from VF04, it is for billing due list. If the sales document is due for billing, it will be displayed in VF04.
    If you know the billing document now created, then check same in VF03, see the Sales Document / Reference document Numers along with the line items from the Overview screen.

    We have a requirement where the Client wants a Single Invoice for multiple deliveries, each having a separate Sold To Party but the same Ship To Party. Example:

    While trying Collective Billing through VF04, two invoices are generated instead of one. The Split analysis details:

    The checks on the Partner and Header data are Standard SAP checks (SAP note:11162).
    Is there any method wherein we can circumvent thiese checks and create a single invoice?
    These checks are not due to routine mentioned for VBRK/VBRP field in the Copy Control from Delivery to Billing.
    One possible approach could be to clear the variable ( having the Sold To Party number) in the routine assigned to VBRK/VBRP field and circumvent the standard check but then this value will no longer be available in the invoice. How can we create the invoice then?
    Is there any method to fulfill this requirement of create a Single Invoice for multiple deliveries, each having a separate Sold To Party but the same Ship To Party.

    This means that you are missing configuration for CB document type in FICA. SPRO->Contract Accts receivable and payable->Basic functions->Postings and Documents->Document->Document types->Allocate number range groups for Nota Fiscal.
    Refer to IMG Documentation - You define the document types for collective bill creation. You can maintain the document types for clearing, interest calculation, and cash security deposit interest calculation documents, as well as bills from SD billing documents and debit entry documents.

  • Error in output determination via collective billing VF06

    Hi,
    We are facing error in output determination when collective billing is done. Multiple Orders numbers are entered in VF06 and processed to generate billing documents. VF06, which is used for batch billing, creates a batch job which internally calls VF04 to do this. For some of the invoices generated from the documents, we do not have anything in the Output, i.e. when we open the invoices in VF03 and go to Goto->Header ->Output, nothing appears.
    Say out of the 5 documents, 2 should have output determined and 3 do not. Then we see that it appears for either of the 2 or does not appear at all.
    This does not happens when the documents are processed one by one in VF04. We have to do collective billing and generate one invoice for each document. The condition records are also maintained correctly.

    Go to some of the invoices on which no output has appeared in change mode and do a output determination analysis in Go to Header-Output and then Ouptut Determinatino analysis.
    Please do this analysis for atleast 10 problamatic invoices. This will give yousome insight into the problem
