Document's due date is at 2010

Hi,
I want to add a A/R Invoice and its due date is at 2010.01.31. when I click add button, the error message was shown: date deviates from permissible range.
I've added the 2010-01 posting period, and it still shows the same error. how can i add the invoice with 2010.01.31 due date?
Thanks...

Hi!
Not need of creating new posting periods.
Open the Current Period and Exten the Due Date to 2010.01.31

  • Cannot update due date in SharePoint 2010 Approvel Workflow generated Task

Wondering why due date cannot be changed by users with List permissions on a Task which was generated from the built-in Approval workflow.
I can have the workflow set the initial due date. The business process dictates that at times the due date need to be updated on the Task before they are completed (shift to the right or whatever).
The column settings for the due date field do not seem to be set as read only??? why can the not be updated by users/admins?
If the due date must be updated by a workflow how can a workflow be manually be run...like an administrator business process feature?
BTW...this project mandates that all processes are run with OOB settings (codeless).
    Thanks
Ok, found the answer to this on another post: click on the workflow status field of the workflow that generated the tasks. Then click "Add or update assignees". Very nice!

    Hi,
Thank you for sharing this with us!
Beside the way you mentioned, you can also try to reassign the task from the task list directly. Thus you can enter a new duration for this task and SharePoint will generate a new task.

  • Print Layout Designer:Due date in Delivery document

In print layout designer in 2005 version for Delivery document when they preview the document in document printing it compute an automatic due date but if the preview was done in the delivery document itself the due date is the same as posting date.
And as to delivery document in SAP no due date will be computed because due date will be determine upon invoice. But upon checking on their database, the same layout/template was used in the preview of the document in the delivery itself and in the document printing. The due date used in the layout was delivery due date.
They want to apply the scenario of having automatic computation of due date in Delivery document in the print layout designer in their 2007 version. All details created in the Print layout designer in 2005 version are defined already in their 2007 version but when the document was preview in document printing no computation of due date.
Is the layout used in the preview of delivery document itself was different when i used the document printing and select the same document and preview it? Is it possible to compute the due date in delivery document?
    Can someone help me?

    Hi Paul,
Yes, we already informed our customer that in delivery document no due date will be computed. But my question is it is possible that the print layout used in the preview of delivery document itself was different when the preview is done in the document printing window? To preview the document in document printing, select or highlight one transactions and click preview.
When we check the customer database and preview the delivery document itself the due date is
the same as posting date but when i preview the document in the document printing when you check the
field due date it was not the same as posting date.
We check the layout and the field is Database Delivery: Due date. The layout name was also the same when we preview
the transactions in delivery document itself and in the document printing.
Can someone tell me if the layout was different in the document printing window under Sales A/R module?
    Thanks,

  • Reverse document-Due date false

    Hi Experts,
I have an Invoice which Iam cancelling using MR8m.But in the reverse document the due date is same as the basis date.
Surpursingly ,if look the reverse document using mir4,the due date is false(Same as BaseDate). If I look the document using FB03,the due date is correct
Iam gerenerating an Idoc when this reverse document gets generated to be send from System A to B.If I look into this outbound Idoc, the field  BSEG-REBZG contains the Original Invoice number which is getting deleted.
The orginal Invoice shows the due date correct.
When I searched through the internet, many posts said to set the SEG-REBZG to "V"(But in my case the original document number is there in SEG-REBZG field).
In system "B"- when It recieved the outbound Idoc from system "A",I changed the field value to "V" using we19 and send it again to System "B"and looked in system B with FB03.But the due date is false.
Any pointers  are appreciated. Is it a customizing problem...
    Thanks

Guys,I solved the Problem by entering the "V" in the Invoice Reference Field.

  • Payment Due Date selection in F110

    Hi Experts,
We have defined a payment term with 2% discount in 30 days time. We take the baseline date form the shipping date via substitution. We execute the payment run two times in a week.
Now say if the shipping date is 03.08.2010 then due date for discount of 2% will be 02.09.2010 (Which is Thursday). We execute the payment run on Wednesday (01.09.2010) and Friday (03.09.2010) every week.
Now when we do the payment run on 01.09.2010, the next payment date given is 03.09.2010 and thus this document got selected as it is due on 02.09.2010. But as 02.09.2010 was holiday, so we could have paid that in 03.09.2010.
How to avoid such kind of scenario, when a document due date is a holiday falling just before the next payment run date, should be paid on that next payment run date? (This will save us the interest for 2 u2013 3 days and the amount is huge, so the total effect will be high.
We are currently excluding such documents in free selection tab manually, but takes a lot of time.
    Thanks,
    Atif

    Hi,
Only in the scenario when you have the payment run date just next to the holiday date, (And you do not lose the discount if you pay on the day next to holiday), then
I will suggest putting the next payment date as that holiday date.
So in your example given above, I will suggest to put the next payment run date as 02.09.2010 in the payment run of 01.09.2010, so that the documents falling due on 02.09.2010 does not get included in this payment run of 01.09.2010.
And then when you execute the payment run on 03.09.2010, this document will automatically come as it is falling due on 02.09.2010

how i van add this document .
    Thanks & regard
    Manoj S

    Hi Manoj S,
you need to extend the due date range of the period that contains the posting date of the invoice to include the due date, for example, for an invoice with posting date - 03-03-2010 and due date - 03-04-2010 the set-up could be:
    FY09-10
posting date : 01-04-09 to 31-03-2010 <- contains posting date
due date : 01-04-09 to 30-04-2010<- includes due date

  • Cash Journal- Due Date

please i need your advice in how use or determine the due date for vendor lines posted from the cash journal?
EX: we paid an employee advance payment posted with SP. G/L indicator X from the cash journal, when he returns a excess money we must determine if he is late or paid before the due date.
Edited by: Mohamad Aly on Apr 26, 2010 3:01 PM

    Hi ,
As per the issue that you are having , in cash journal the payment terms that are entered in the vendor master do not work in cash journal . it always considers the current day of posting as the due date .
In case if you want to enter a due date manually then in column " Document date in document " enter the relevant due date that you want to view in the vendor master for eg. if on 26.04.2010 you want to enter a document whose due date should be 01.05.2010 then in that case you will have to change the document date in document as 01.05.2010 then , when you post the document in vendor account - FBL1n you can view the due date as 01.05.2010 .
Hope this would suffice the purpose .,
    cheers ,

  • AP Invoice incorrect due date

    Hi SAP B1 experts:
When the user is going to create a AP Invoice does not matter what payment term appears in the document the due date is the same (03012010) format DDMMAAAA. It is like the system seems not to take this configuration in order to calculate the due date neither if you change the posting date to differents days.
At the moment to create e AR invoice the due date is calculated correctly, so is strange taking that the payment terms are the same for all the BP`s.
I do not know any configuration related with this, so I will appreciate whatever information.
    Thanks in advance,
    Manuel Barrero

    Hi Manuel,
the due date calculation is influenced by a few factors.
Please have a look in the EES 'Dates in SAP Business One 2005A Sp01'. You'll find it in the archives of the psd calendar.
    https://psd.sap-ag.de/PEC/calendar/
In that session most date calculations are explained in detail, including the due date. If you are an end customer, please contact your partner to make the presentation available to you.

  • F-32 Due Date issue

In SAP ECC6.0, we use F-28 to apply payments from customers.  We do not apply that payment to an invoie and leave the payment on account.
The accounting clerk then clears customr open items (invoices and payments) using F-32.  For partial payments, they claear the original invoice nad payment documets and use residul amount as a new open item.
The problem is that if we put the original baseline date on the residual item, the due date does not get calculated as per payment terms.  The due date becomes baseline date.  If the original invoice's baseline date is Apr 30, payment terms is 15, the original document has due date of May 15.  However, in residual, when they enter baseline date as Apr 30, terms as 15, the due date remains Apr 30.  To counter this, we have asked them to put the baseline date as due date of the original document.  When that happens, due date is right but the aging is wrong.
    Help...

Check customer tolerance group configuration. Mark field "payment term from invoice" as checked in residual section.
This will transfer baseline date and terms from original item to residual item and calculate due date accordingly.

  • Credit note due date

    Hi
Client wants the due date in a credit note (A/R) to reflect a date according to the Payment term of a customer. This I can achieve with a formatted search. The payment terms for  customers are -
    30 days
Due date based on posting date
Start from month end + 1 month + 7 days
    60 days
Due date based on posting date
Start from month end + 2 months + 7 days
How to do a SQL query like that is a bit advanced for me.

    Hi,
The Due date will be grayed out in the Credit memo in case it
    was based on an Invoice.
In case the Credit memo is not based on another document, the Due date
will be changeable as mentioned in the note [941272].
it is by system design that credit memos retrieve their due date from
their posting date and not based on the defined payment terms
This behaviour is consistent through all versions.

  • Due Date of Line Items

    Hello Experts,
Is it necessary that the due date of line items in an invoice be the same as that of the invoice - In other words can the line items have different due dates ??
All answers would be duly rewarded with points.
    Thanks,
    Nandita

    Dear,
    Yes, It's possible.
In Brazil, for example, we have a lot of holiday.
By a substitution rule we make sure that the accounting document has due date in an available banking day. We make the same in Saturday and Sunday.
This substitution rule is created based on the factory calendar.
    I hope that helps.

  • Calculation of due date based on Business Days for FICA documents

    Hi All,
I am working on project where SD - FICA integration is in picture. We post some charges through SD and FICA document gets posted on relevant Contract Account.
Normally we create Sales Order using transaction VA01 and then we do Billing for this Sales Order through VF01. After billng is done, FICA document automatically gets generated.
We have following requirement to be fulfilled.
For the SD bills posted as above, I want to calculate due date of these bills based on Business Days for FICA document generated (SAP Standard calculate due date based on Calander days). We can use factory calander for calculating business days in relevant function module.
I have checked in the system and it seems that event 1330 ( FM - ISU_DUE_DATE_DETERMINE) is not working in this scenario. Is there any other FM which I can use?
Can anyone help me on this?
    Regards,
    Pradeep

    Hello Praeva ,
The event 1330 has a sample FM FKK_SAMPLE_1330. It doesnt even have a Standard Function Module.
You need to create a Installation-Specific FM and put your code to determine the Due Date based on the logic.

  • Recurring document - FBD1 with incorrect due-date calculation for AP

    Hi Gurus,
in our ECC 6.0 system we are creating with F.14 FI-documents (SAPF120) based on recurring documents (created with FBD1) for various purposes (e.g. Recurring entries for IC-business).
Therefore it's important that the system provides in the final processing of the recurring documents the correct net-due-date in the AP-document based on the document date and the payment term included in the AP-masterdata (LFB1-ZTERM).
    Problem:
The processed FI-document contains the correct payment term but the calculated net-due-date with regards to the document date (BKPF-BLDAT) isn't correct. A Dummy-Update of the FI-document with FB02 on field BSEG-ZTERM provides finally the correct net due date but this a not recommended solution.
Any ideas how to solve that issue???
    Thanks for replies.
    BR, Bernd

    Hi Vishnu,
    the defined payment term is
    fix day: 15
    additional month: 1.
Default for baseline date is posting date
Therefore the expectation is that net due date is calculated for posting date
    e.g. : 01.02.2012 to 15.03.2012.
The line item after processing in FI-document shows :
    Posting Date : 01.02.2012
    Bline Date:   01.02.2012
    Days/percent: 35
    Net due date: 07.03.2012 (dd.mm.yyyy)
That's wrong according to my understanding of the payment term definition.
    BR, Bernd
