Documents in the Planning Layou

Hi All,
Can any one clarify my doubts.
1. In which table the document data will store when you maintain documents in the Planning Layout?
2. Will documents get copied from one version to another version when we do version copy?
3. If yes (document will get copied when we do version copy)what if you want to maintain separate document for each version?
4. What is the procedure when you want to print your documents along with the report?
Could you please any one help me out I need the answers very very urgently.

1. The table is UPP_DOC . This table contain the information  concerning the presence of the documents in planning areas, and the document's type, or transaction RSA1->  Document---> Your Infocube.

  • Account FI document coping the planning budget

    Hello dear Sirs.
    Using the transaction FMCYLOAD in which the data planned are copied in the budget version I am finding a problem at the moment to post the financial document.
    Using the transaction FMBBC directly the system post the document properly but if I have planned throught the TCODE FMPLCPD in a previous step and now I wish to copy the data planned in a budget version as a original version.
    I use the TCOD FMCYCOPY, the system seems that works ok but the financial document created is opposite than the document that it was created when I used the FMBBC directly, I mean debitor and creditor are changed.
    That's the problem. Very pleasure for all the information you can gave me.

    You need to click on Export PDF to convert from PDF to word document.

    Can anyone tell me how to scan documents to the icloud, so they will be on the ipad?  My husband is planning on using his ipad for business.  I haven't been able to even find anywhere that I could read about scanning documents.

    If you scanned the documents - what format did you save them in - pdf? If so, Pages will not open pdf files. you can save a file and export it as a pdf from Pages - but not the other way around.
    If you need simply view the documents - you can send them to the iPad via email or DropBox and them open and save them in iBooks. or Adobe Reader. both apps are free. Adobe Reader can use file sharing in iTunes to transfer the files.
    If you need to annotate the files - you will need an app like Goodreader - which can use file sharing from iTunes in order to transfer the files as well. GoodReader may work with iCloud now, but you will have to check that out in the App Store.
    You can read this to see how to use file sharing. It really is pretty easy to use. You do need to do this with your computer.

    hi,
        To view the person just go to IP10 again and enter the plan no and then go to extras and click on administrator information.It shows the person created and changed with dates.
    or just press F5 after opening the screen with IP10.
    OR
    Go to IP15 and enter the sort field and execute.After execution go to change layout and set layout there you can view the filelds changed by.

    Thank you for your responses.
    Arun, I do not have any aggregates on the cube. I changed the aggregate properties of the Key Figure from SUM to Minimum. this has solved my problem temporarily.
    the reason I am saying temporarily because this is a SAP delivered InfoObject. This is for the datasource 0CO_PC_PCP_01. When I read through the documents, it said, SUMMation for Aggregation and Last value for "Exception Aggregation" will display the value of KF as the last value and does not add them up.
    Since this wasn't the happening in my query, I changed the Aggregation from SUM to Minimum.

  • Displaying a document in Excel planning layout

    Hi,
    I have attached a document in ALV Planning layout. Then I changed the format of the layout to Excel. In ALV I could see the cell as highlighted when a document is attached to it but in excel I can´t see the highlighted cell or icon to mention that this cell is having some document attached with it.
    Can anyone tell what setting are required to display the icon or highlight the cell in the excel when a document is attached to it.

    Thank for answer me. But , yes.. I have set "display document". I can see the icon for Open Document, Delete Document and Create a Document in the header. But I still not see the icon over the cell where I can distinguist if exist or not document attatch.

    There was a way to do this in release one, but I haven't come across it yet in 9iAS release two (9.0.2):
    Does anyone know of existing documentation that explains how to store common documents in the metadata repository; how to control access to them; and how to link to them via URL? Or a step-by-step method? Thanks!

    Not sure what you mean. Do you mean storing documents via the browser user interface? via APIs?
    If the former there is lots of documentation on adding content via the browser-based wizards. If you're looking for APIs, we plan to release these with the upcoming 9.0.2.6 upgrade release.
    In 9.0.2 you can also use WebDAV (Web Folders) to upload documents to the repository.

  • How to copy the Planned GI date as the pricing date in Invoice

    Hi!!,
    For this requirement we want the price the product based on the Planned GI date and not the actual GI date...For some case when Planned GI date was early and we shipped late.It means we would be creating the Invoice later than the Planned GI date and hence the billing date would be my pricing date in the Invoice which will be the later date....
    We want that the pricing should be as on Planned GI date.....is there a standard way we can accomplish this using configuration?

    Hi, I had a similiar reqmt but in that case we wanted the Pricing date from the Sales Order to be copied into the Billing Document Pricing Date (for the correct pricing) instead of the Actual GI Date from the Delivery to flow to the same.
    We achieved this using ABAP by making a copy of the Data Transfter routine found in Data VBRK/VBRP field in the copy control and adding the required codes to it. Hope this gives you some lead.

  • Who changed the plan values

    Hello,
    I have issue like is there a way to know who changed (if automatic what is responsible for) the plan values on the WBS elements.
    I know for the master data changes we need to check the change documents in project profile, and then we can see changes in CN60. But I believe it is not applicable for the transactional data.
    So, is there any way to see who modified or responsible for the plan value changes.

    I can attach the documents in Manual planning layout, But i am unable to attach documents in the same manual planning layout when this is being used in Web Interface.

    Dear DP Experts,
    The Sales and Demand Forecast values in the Planning book were increased.  Is there a way to tract who user could have made the changes?  Can we view the last change like in the document flows?

    if the values have been changed by the user community, I am not sure if there is a way to find out. However if there is technical flaw in data processing, you can check for the steps as posted in the above post.
    We faced a similar issue in our project. We were not able to trace the user ids under which the values were changed. However since we retain the 15 days of back up, we were able to check that the values were changed on a certain date but not the user ids. but we were still able to restore the original values.
    As an additional step, we also developed macros to store (in the form of alerts) the exisitng value and the updated value incase the there was a manual change in the Sales forecast and other editable key figures.  This ensured that there was a check if there was a manul change. we also ensured that these macros were not executed during the background jobs.
    SAP also provides a standard SAP APO Change Monitor add-on which can be used to track chnages to the key figures. Please refer to note 1308968 for further information on the add on.

  • Excluding appraisee from the planning phase appraisal process

    Hi
    Our client wants to exclude the employee (appraisee) from the planning phase in the case of displinary appraisal process.
    So is it possible to configure a appraisal model in a way where the appraisee can only see the document when status has been set to 'In process' - this way only the appraiser can see(and maintain) the document when it is being prepared and planned.
    I have looked into the anonymous settings but it does not cover our requirements.
    Do you have any hint for us?

    I have looked into the hiding of colomns - but we want to make the planning of the whole document a secret to the appraisee. So it is only when in process phase, that the appraisee should be able to see that the manager has created the appraisal form.
    Do you see a solution for this case?
