  • Customizing not downloading from CRM to CDB

    Dear All
Pl help/ guide on the direction to proceed further. Customizing (Domain Ranges DD Texts) are not downloading from CRM to CDB.
    Background:
Activities and Campaigns are replicated from CRM to CDB (Mobile). For a particular new field which we have added through AET, the domain ranges are stored in the table DD07T. The task is do a customizing download to replicate these domain ranges to the corresponding CDB table SMODD07T. For this, We would need to create a BDoc type @ BDoc Modeler and then a customizing adapter object with that linked BDoc type. For distribution from CDB to mobile, we would have to create replication object and publication on this Linked BDoc in SMOEAC.
    Issue
Now, when I am creating the Bdoc type in SBDM, it prompts that mapped table (SMODD07T) should have two key fields and only one Primary key for the segment and since this is not the case it is throwing the error. I have verified with various std customizing adapter objects and their corresponding sBDocs. In all the cases, the SMO table has exactly key fields, the MANDT client and the SFA GUID. Without generating the BDoc type, the adapter object Banega nahi and I experimented in many ways where I created a custom adapter object with any of the standard campaign and customizing related Linked BDoc types for the adapter object, Initial Load is successful and even huge blocks of data is transferred. But the required SMODD07T table is not getting populated.

    Hi,
Ok the initial load is performed without errors.... But did you check the queues?

  • Bdoc Error: PRODUCT_SRV while download Customizing Objects from ECC to CRM

    Hello,
we have tried to download Customizing Objects from ERP to CRM we getting Bdoc error PRODUCT_SRV
Please any help us in replicating customizing objects ECC6.0 to CRM7.0 Ehp1.
    Bdoc Type:PRODUCT_SRV
    Thanks,
    adi

    Adi,
Where do you get the erorr? If you're downloding PRODUCT_SRV, then this is not a customizing object. Please check for related inbound and outbound queues in CRM and ECC for errors. Please also check SMW01 and see if you have any BDoc's in error. Give us the full error text of any errors found.
If you get the problem with customzing objects, please let us the object name(s). Is it just one object or all customizing object?
    Best regards,
    Brian.

  • Download Customer from SD to CRM; Note 301059

    hello experts,
We are implementing ECC 6.0 & CRM 5.0.
In SD Customer Master, the field "VAT registration number"; in Control Area; is populated which results in the customer not being downloaded in CRM. Note 301059 says that this field has to be deleted for a non-EU country, here the country in question being India.
Is there any way work around this restriction? That is, maintain the field & be able to download the data by some modifications. Kindly share your views if you have encountered this issue.
    Regards,
    Deepanshu

    Hi Deepanshu
I think most probably, this field has been made mandatory at your end which should be changed to "optional".  To do this, goto SPRO --> Financial Accounting --> Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable --> Define Screen Layout per Activity (Customers).
Select "<b>Create Customer (Accounting)</b>" and tick the blue lens on top so that it will go to next screen.  Now double click "<b>General Data</b>" under "<b>Field status</b>" and select "<b>Control</b>".  In this, against the field "VAT registration number", select "<b>Opt.Entry</b>", save it and then try once again.
    Thanks

  • How to distinguish Delta download from CRM to Mobile from Initial download

    Hi guys,
I checked out that when downloading from CRM to CDB (for mobile), the inbound queue is always CRI_XXX..._CDBI.
For data load from CRM to R/3, I remember that initial load and delta load, the inbound queue names would end up in differnet words (I for initial load, D for Delta load). But for load from CRM to CDB, it seems that only 'I' exists.
My question is, how can we distinguish delta load from initial load via the queue name? saying that the queue name is
CRI_CSA_BUPA_INIT_CDBI, can we simply judge that it's an initial load or delta one?
    Thanks and best regards,
    Raymond

Yes, CRI_CSA_BUPA_INIT_CDBI is the queue created for BUPA initial load from CRM to CDB. Delta loads from CRM to CDB would create no queues - they would be handled in the objects queue itself (for eg. CSABUPA*) queues.

  • Error while downloading custom condition objects(A989)

    Hi Friends,
when we try to download custom condition objects(A989), we are getting the below error.
Error Message:  At least one field name for the condition table is initial
The condition table for application CRM, usage PR and table number CUS989 contains at least one field with a name that is initial.
we have implemented note Note 514952 - Download of customer-specific tables, but the same issue persists.
we have also generated the report /SAPCND/RV12N001, still we are facing the same issue .
    Please suggest..
    Best Regards,
    Anil.

    Hi,
please try first a new initial load of pricing customizing from R/3 to CRM with transaction R3AS:
    Download object: DNL_CUST_PRICE

  • Table is not generated while downloading customizing condition

    Hi,
I’ve ended the pricing configuration on Dev environment and now I’m trying to configure it in CRM Production environment.
I’ve created a new object to substitute CND_CUST_CNDALL and I called it ZDNL_CUST_CNDAL.
After create it in Production environment, just like the same object in Dev environment, I realized that even using the exactly same filters, in both objects, in Production environment one access sequence is not created in CRM after the initial download (using trx. R3AS).
In the log(trx. SLG1) I don’t have errors, only 4 warnings of  “Double entry for table /SAPCND/T681E. For details, see long text.”, which don’t seems to be a problem.
I’ve tried to download only the access sequence that was missing and it didn’t work too, so I analyzed deeply this access sequence and a realized that all tables of the sequence were activated except table CUS818.
In SAP notes 398078 and 314542 I’ve found a reference of report “/SAPCND/RV12N001” which I’ve run for application “CRM”, Usage “PR” with check on option “Condition tables and supplementary tables”. In the log of this report I could see that all tables except CUS818 were generated and no errors were issued.
I’m sure that I’ve done the same configuration in both environments so I believe that this table should be generated.
This is very important because we need to start ordering from Internet on production environment and the pricing is not working.
What could be the problem of this situation?
    Thanks in advance,
    Liberto Rodrigues

    Hello Liberto,
please have a look at the following note:
    514952 Download of customer-specific tables
It describes all the steps you have to carry out in order to download your own tables. Most problems downloading customer tables are due to the steps from that note are not correctly fulfilled.
Please, reward points if it helps you

  • Activity types needs to be synchronised form CRM to MSA.

    Hi,
We have a requirement in which the some of the activity types needs to be synchronised form CRM to MSA.
So for that I've added up a new Potential Criteria Field [Segment Field name - PROC_TYPE from the table SMOVBKA] for the Replication object ACTIVITY_OBJECT.
Then I created a new publication that refers to this replication object.
Finally while creating a Subscription with this publication I'm not able to place the filter in the criteria values for the activity types.
Kindly help me out at the earliest in explaning how I can place the filter so that I can filter out only the needed Activity types
    Regards,
    Rasmi.

    Hi Kai,
    Thanks for your reply.
As I've already said, I've created a new Potential Criteria Field(PROC_TYPE) for the Replication Object - ACTIVITY_OBJECT. Then I created a new Publication (Activity(by Types)) and assigned that particular replication object to it. Finally while creating the subscription I need to place a filter for the Activity Types which in turn gets its value from PROC_TYPE of table SMOVBKA. When i tried to give the Segment Field Name(PROC_TYPE) as the filter criteria in the subcription,i'm not able to determine the values for it.Even if I try to give a value in the criteria part(ZACC - Call), the publication itself gets vanished.
    Thanks for your understanding.
    Regards,
    Rasmi.

  • R/3 Masta Data downloaded in CRM keeps being duplicated

Details: The download from R/3 to CRM is done by a job that runs a standard program: RDBMIDOC.
    1) Does anyone knows anything about that? What should I do to stop the duplication in CRM?

I created custom equalizer settings and assigned those settings to several songs. iTunes plays the songs with the correct equalizer setting on my computer. • Changing documents downloaded from CRM into ECC, in ECC

    Hi
Our requirement is to change documents downloaded from CRM into ECC, in ECC. I was refering to note 541113, but it is not of much use as we are using CRM 5.0. Also parameter that it says should be set I have set but ...obviously it didin't work. Please tell me what setting needs to be done for CRM 5.0 & ECC 6.0 so that our requirement is satisfied. I have searched SAP notes, without much success.
    Thanx in advance.
    Cheers
    Hits

    Hi,
    This is very simple.
SAP has provided us with a new Scenario. this is called Scenario A.
This scenario can be made Transaction Type specific.
You need to maintain table  SMOFPARSFA in CRM and CRMPAROLTP in R3.
    SMOFPARSFA:
    Key = R3A_SALES
    ParamName = INT_CHANGE_ORDER
    ParamName2 = <Transaction Type>
    ParamValue = A
    CRMPAROLTP:
    ParameterName: CRM_SCENARIO
    ParameterName 2: INT_CHANGE_ORDER
ParameterName 3: <sales document type>, for example TR
    ParameterValue 1: A
Just do these settings and check. This must work

  • How Do I output Custom CRM Fields?

There is currently no reference or insertion method to obtain these very easily but it can be done.
Note: This topic assumes you have already made your custom fields.
    Step 1:
Create a Test Page or go to a test page you may have.
    Step 2:
    Launch the module manager
    Step 3:
Select the Securezone options and go to insert an Customer update details form.
    Step 4:
When you click the link you will see the CRM fields dropdown appear, Choose the custom field set you made.
    Step 5:
Insert the form into the page.
    Step 6:
If you Click the HTML view and scroll to where it has inserted the custom CRM fields and look at the source you will see that there is the module tag code you need.
    <tr>
          <td><label for="CAT_Custom_201289_72865">Secondary Support Manager Email</label><br />
          <input type="text" class="cat_textbox" id="CAT_Custom_201289_72865" name="CAT_Custom_201289_72865" maxlength="1024" value="{module_customerfield,72865,201289}" /></td>
    </tr>
    {module_customerfield,72865,201289} is what your after.
    Step 7:
Copy the module code and use as you need to in your templates. Please note that these will only work when logged in and only for that person who is logged in.
So, what is this good for?
You may want to show a company Logo in the template when they have logged in for example. This is perfect for this.

I'm trying to get this to work to no avail...
I have ceated an Extended CRM Field that has a series of check boxes. I inserted the "Edit Customer Details" form on a page. In the custome record I just want to display the selection of the field, not the entire list of checkboxes. I also wanted to use tis field (The selected checkbox) in the checkout form. Anyway the code looks like this:

  • Data download from CRM from standard browser based transactions

This is, I'm afraid, rather a general question. I'm doing some R&D for a software development company (SAP Partner), and we're looking for a few use cases for where data is downloaded from CRM, specifically from browser based transactions. We're not interested in anything that downloads from ALV - we've got that covered. Our main concern is other download mechanism that might be available in standard CRM functionality.
If anyone can point to some use cases, involving data download from a browser front end (web dynpro, presumably), that would be very useful.

    Hello Matthieu,
As far as CRM7.0 is concerned (which is bsp-based) here are a few applications where users can download information from sap to local pc:
    - Take any result list table and hit the "download to excel button".
    - Start the "data import tool" that is available in UTIL_SALES business role, you'll be able to download an Excel file as well
    - Click any link to attached documents to a business object (sales order transaction for example)
    - Etc.
If you need help to start one of those application just let me know.
    Regards
    Nicolas.

    Hi,
Below link you can find the details for replicating the Equipment from ECC to CRM.
SPRO> CRM>Master Data--> Installed base --> Replication of equipment from ECC --> Prerequisites and General Information for Equipment Replication
For equipment config download below are the activities.
    Initial Download Procedure
    1. Activate the adapter object EQUI_CONFIG in mySAP CRM.
Follow the menu path: Architecture and Technology > Middleware > Data Exchange > Object Management > Business Objects and select the active/inactive box for EQUI_CONFIG.
Examine the filter settings for EQUI_CONFIG. For a each source site, set the filters to the same settings as for the object EQUIPMENT.
Don't forget to regenerate the filters!
    2. Start the initial download process for EQUI_CONFIG.
Follow the menu path: Architecture and Technology > Middleware > Data Exchange > Initial Load > Start.
    Delta Download Procedure
    1. Activate the object class EQUI_CONFIG.
Follow the menu path: Architecture and Technology > Middleware > Data Exchange > Delta Load from R/3 Back-End.
You may wish to activate the EQUI_CONFIG delta download if you are downloading changes for EQUIPMENT.
If you want R/3 to apply filters during the delta download, use transaction SM30 and maintain view CRMPAROLTP as below:
    Parameter name = CRM_FILTERING_ACTIVE
    Parameter Name 2 = EQUI_CONFIG.
    Parameter Name 3 = EQUI_CONFIG
    User = CRM
    Parameter Value = X
    Hope this helps.
