You were probably using the Release Candidate version of camera raw 8.7, which one gets from Adobe Labs.

As long as your license supports both platforms you should only have to download the Mac version and install/activate using your serial number. If you need help finding a link to download the file, please indicate the PSE version you need.

There was no driver update available (it said my driver was up to date), so I just deleted the scanner and restarted the computer. when it came up, the scanner had already been added again. With great anticipation I tried to import from Photoshop...but no luck (scanner was not visible). I finally ended up calling Epson (had great difficulty in locating a number for support) and they finally told me there is no driver update for OS X 10.10 and I should as a work around use "Image Capture" application. I tried it, and it works quite well.

A window opened indicating that many of the photos had tags, and asking if I wanted to add the tags. I said yes, and the process began. When it reached 60% a window opened indicating that "Elements 13 Organizer has stopped working", with the only option being to "Close program."
I've since tried to open organizer several times, but it goes immediately to "Elements 13 Organizer has stopped working". I was able to open Editor, and tried opening Organizer from Editor, but encountered the same problem.
FYI, I have an open case (#0214505556), but have not received the help I need.

I've downloaded and installed photoshop cs6, but I can't find it on my mac air.

I downloaded and installed creative cloud, and I then downloaded Adobe Application Manager, and from that I downloaded and installed Photoshop cs6. When I clicked on 'launch app' nothing happened. According to the application manager I've installed photoshop, yet I can't find it anywhere on my mac air, all there is are a bunch of folders, but the actual program of photshop is nowhere to be found.

Ficam56 if you go to Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers do you see a listing for Photoshop there? If so please run the uninstaller and then reinstall.

Is there any "simple" documentation on the steps to download and install Photoshop and Premiere Elements V13? The downloads seems to work but there's nothing clear on what do you do next.

I've been messing with computers since 1958 and I've never seen such a mess as trying to download and install the recently purchased copies of Photoshop and Premiere Elements Version 13. Slow downloads? Sure, but I can live with that. But once downloaded, what next? Look for a xxx.exe file somewhere in the pile? Read the "ReadMe" file? All I seem to get is unzipping some files with nothing leading me into the proper steps. I can't even seem to get off the ground. Everything I touch unzips and just lies there. I hate to think I've gone dumb after all of these years, but "user friendly" this is not. My "Your order confirmation" sheet gives me "Follow the instructions below to start using it today" and the first three steps work as you'd expect. Step 4 states "After you have completed the download process, your serial number will be displayed in the download center." Step 5 is "You can log back into 'Adobe Account Management' in the future to re-download your product or retrieve your serial number. ...." I have no problem with my serial number but there seems to be a lot missing between Steps 4 and 5. It would be nice to have this information as pretty standard "stuff. Computers are supposed to do super stuff without a lot of time-consuming problems with a simple process like installing the software. I'm feeling a bit hostile about this but it is a time-consuming, frustrating process.

How do I download and install photoshop if I already bought the installation disk?

Hi, so I ordered a MacBook pro with retina display from best buy and I also bought photoshop so that I could install it to my computer but I didn't realize this MacBook doesn't have a CD drive. I don't know what to do since the photoshop installation is with a disk. Is there a way I can download and install online by using the info given to me from the disk?

The Adobe Application Manager says it's the newest, and I can't find uninstall Photoshop (I'm working on MAC OS, by the way). Other softwares are working, only the Photoshop. And I try to uninstall all product, it says Adobe Application Manager is broken. I reinstalled the Adobe Application Manager, it still can't uninstall all product. Is there anyone can help me? I already asked and didn't get a very good response. I'm getting frustrated. I paid for CS6 I had it downloaded on my cintiq companion, and then I had to return my cintiq because it was faulty. I have my new one now and need to download CS6 again so I can get to work. I downloaded a free trial of winzip to see if that would help but just got a ton of random files and nothing to click on to install once I downloaded it again. Where can I just plain download and install CS6 again?
In addition is there a way to back it up on a hard drive for future reinstallation if necessary so I don't have to go through all this crap again next time? REALLY hoping for a speedy response. Thank you.

I have a Surface Pro 3 and just purchased the download link for Photoshop Elements (newest one) from Adobe. I've tried downloading several times and in 64 and 32 bit types, but have only made it as far as the install before receiving an error. Anyone else have this problem and know of a solution?

I tried chatting with someone earlier today, but they ended the session (I think accidentally?) before it was resolved. My error is below. Now chat seems to be closed - although I thought it was open 24/7, so I can't try that again. This is the most frustrating support experience I've ever had. I just want to access and start using the products I purchased Friday. I would be so happy if someone would just help fix this. I am not computer inept, but cannot figure out why the download is failing.
The guy on chat that was helping me before getting cut off had me run a SCANNOW system scan, but that's where the session unexpectedly ended.
