Dump (RABAX_STATE)  when user holds a shopping cart

When the user tries to hold a shopping cart, copied from one existing, the system gives back an error (dump). The activities executed from the user are:
1) Add cost center; Change WBS and Cost Assignment in “Default settings for items”;
2) Select the shopping cart to copy from “Old Purchase order and templates”, choosing by flag the lines to add at new shopping cart;
3) Change “Required on” data;
4) Insert “name of shopping cart”;
5) Check shopping cart and choose “Hold” shopping cart.
The error messages are following:
ERROR IN ELABORATION OF THE OWN REQUEST.

An exception that could not be caught occurred. The error has been taken place in application the server sapsrpci_SRP_00 and in operating process 0.

Unfortunately the error log is not more available with transaction ST22, because the system cleans up the “old” log. The error frequency is random.
I’ve searched for a Sap note, but I haven’t find anything right for my problem.

Which SRM version are you using ?
Couple of reasons can be possible in this case.
1) Some OSS note is missing or Applied incorrectly.
2) some SPRO configuartion settings missing (Probably may be related to the GL Account, Product category, Cost Center, WBS Element, etc)
3) Incocnsistent data existing in some of the templates in the Old purchase orders & templates.
4) Business Partners like Vendors data etc. are not consistent
5) Some missing authorizations in the system attached to the log-on user.
<b><u>Basic checklist</u></b>
<u>Are you using standard roles for the user who logged on in this tenascation on Web Page (refer PFCG transaction and SU01 Transaction ) ?
When you are using the Internal ITS,you need not run the report W3_PUBLISH_SERVICES.(only SIAC_PUBLISH_ALL_INT )
ALso pls check the foll:
-->activate the services through SICF tcode.
> Go to SICF transaction and activate the whole tree under the node Default host>sap>bc>gui>sap>its.
>Also maintain the settings in SE80>utilities>settings>internet transaction server-->test service/Publish. (BBPSTART , BBPGLOBAL, BBPSC01 etc)
Table TWPURLSVR should have entries for the / SRM server line as well as gui and web server.
Could you please review again the following steps ?
Did you check that ICM was working correctly (Transaction - SMICM) ?
1-Activate the necessary ICF services
With transaction SICF and locate the
services by path
/sap/public/bc/its/mimes
/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui
2- Publish the IAC Services
With Transaction SE80 locate from
the menu Utilities -> Settings ->
Internet Transaction Server (Tab) ->
Publish (Tab) and set “On Selected
Site” = INTERNAL.
3- Locate the Internet Services SYSTEM and WEBGUI.
Publish these services with the Context
Menu -> Publish -> Complete Service
4- Browse to http://<server>:<icmport>/sap/bc/gui/
sap/its/webgui/! and login to the
webgui.</u>
Also, Check any logs are there in ST22, RZ20, SM21 and SLG1 transactions.
Try to get more precise, and if possible, please paste the complete short dump details using ST22 Transaction.
Incase nothing helps, Please raise an OSS message with SAP as well.

    yes i accept that in SRM also workflows are all started by event...what i mean is in R/3 we go for Change document object(swec) or some other method for event creation...like that in SRM what is there?Just whenwe create a Shopping cart How the workflow is trigerred...suppose if it is trigerred using fm swe_event_create where they might have called the function module.

  • Which table holds the Shopping Cart Approval Manager Name

    Can any one  please let me know which table holds the Approving Manger Name. Please find the scenario below.
    Employee creates the Shopping  Cart and forward the SC for Approval to Approval Manger. But approval manager will take some time to approve the shopping cart. I need to extract the approving manager's name who has still not approved the shopping cart into SAP BW.

    This is not answer. Just feedback from my project experience.
    I know some customer developed this kind of report which shows approver but they used the report only the first 1 month after go live. Approval monitoring was fun but you need someone who monitor it. Finally they realized high monitoring admin cost. Final solution was Alert Notification with BBP_ALERTING BADI which sends email to approver and admin when deadline is reached.

    Have a look at following thread concerning BAdI BBP_CHANGE_DEFAULT:
    [Change the delivery date (Required on) of SC|Change the delivery date (Required on) of SC;
    You will have to check in which SC transaction you are in order to distinguish creation from reference to old template.

    Hey everyone! I have removed all but  two charge-offs and am paying monthly payments on one of those(Springleaf). My credit score is still terrible....a whopping 505....but, by removing 4 charge-offs it brought it up 36 points. It was 469. Gotta start somewhere. Lol. I have been reading about the shopping cart trick and wanted to ask y'all what was your credit score at when you succeeded? I have two judgments that I will file a Motion to Vacate this fall when I have them paid in full. Thank you very much. :-)

  • Why do I get an error message when I access my Shopping Cart?

    I have no problem accessing Music Store or adding songs to my cart, but I get an error message when I attempt to access my Shopping Cart. My Keychains are in order and my account is active. I have not changed ISP nor is my computer new to iTunes and the Music Store. Suggestions?!

    At last a solution.
    But, you must be willing to forfit your shopping cart list and start over. If you mangaed to have a hard copy of it printed out before you lost contact with it you are lucky. I was not. But at this rate I was willing to clear out my cart just to be able to start over. (I was using my shopping cart as a wish list and I think it got to be rather large and larger and larger- and when I did try to buy things it took a long time for it to reset itself until I could not access it at all)
    Turns out I exlpained what happened to the music store on the link below (scroll to bottom of link page for the email option to customer service)-

    -and told them I was willing to clear it out- which they did and they said it was necessary in order to reset my cart. They also refered me to this other link on how to create a wish list in the MUSIC STORE . This was helpful.

    IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO LOOSE YOUR SHOPPING CART LIST, I did read that one could try to de-authorize and then reauthorize your computer. At least so you could print out your cart list if it is really long. I did not try this, but it was next on my list of options.

    I'm hitting some major walls here. I'm a graphic designer and I am building a website for a company that needs a search function for their products, a user/member function so customers can have accounts, and also a shopping cart.
    I need a pro to point me in the right direction on how I can set this up. My experience thus far has been basic ccs/html.
    Zoomindex was refered to me but I am on a Mac and I didnt see a Mac version.
    Can these three things be built in Dreamweaver?

    You'd need to know how to program server-side code (php, asp, asp.net) etc to be able to pull something like that off. You're going to want to look into using a third-party content mangement system (CMS), and then "style" that CMS to look like what you want.
    I'd recommend either WordPress or Drupal for your project. Both WordPress and Drupal will handle the search and user registration out of the box and each has several options to add shopping carts.

  • Error 5002 - when trying to access shopping cart in iTunes

    I've noticed some people had this error yesterday & it was apparently resolved, but I'm getting error 5002 today. Is this the same problem? Will it be sorted soon?

    We are experiencing this sudden error now too. Up until last night, we were accessing our Cart. But, then after adding one more song and deleting some from the cart, we got the error and cannot access the account from any machine. In addition to this one, we have a brand new iMAC "24, dual Intel; a PowerBook G4, and a Gateway Laptop running XP. None of the machines can access this Cart. Our other iTunes account is fine, without problem. But, this account's cart is inaccessible. I can find no solution.

  • Prefered vendor not displayed for shopping cart

    We have PDP scenario, SC's originated from R/3 purchase requisitions,
    Issue details:
    1. P.req was created with desired vendor and transfered to SRM and corresponding shopping cart is available in SOCO.
    2. User created Held PO for corresponding SC.
    3. When user checking monitor shopping cart then preffered vendor not displayed in source of supply tab.
    When i checking BBP_PD for shopping cart, i found there is Disable flag(X) has been set for NO inbox selection partner.
    what could be it mean, and more ever this changs has been originated via RFC user.how it was getting RFC user
    Please advice me....

    SC is generally sent to SOCO only when sourcing has to be carried out for the SC. IN this case you are hving a desired vendor in the SC and then you are creating a pO for the same. Although you have a Vendor in the PO that does not mean that SC will also have same vendor as preferred vendor in SC after you created the PO....

  • Shopping cart change issue

    Hi All,
    I am stuck in one issue.
    The issue is that when user create a shopping cart and during approval the approver changes the location on the shopping cart the system drops the vendor from the shopping cart and the shopping cart gets approved without the vendor and converts into a PO without the vendor. The PO stays in the held state until user manually populate a vendor in the PO.
    We are using extended classic scenario.

  • SRM portal: Cannot start transaction for shopping cart -wizard

    Hello All,
    User is not able to access the Shopping cart-wizard in EB portal, user has updated the internet  explorer to internet explorer V7 still he is not able to access.
    When user clicks on Shopping cart-wizard he gets the following error "Cannot Start Transaction**
    *The internet transaction server could not start the transaction "BBPSC02"* .
    Please let me know how can I resolve this issue.
    Have checked the attributes for this user it is maintained to access portal, all roles are properly assigned.

    You can create ship to addresses in Edit internal address tab in the SRM WEB GUI with administrator role
    When user create a shopping cart , will get a drop down of all the addresses which were maintained here in
    the ship to location tab.
    Internal address is related to ship to address in the shopping cart.

    We are in intial upgrade stage from SRM 5 to SRm 7.0.
    When we select the shopping cart and click on DISPLAY or EDITin portal nothing is happened.
    From HTTP watch , we found that ..it is going to the URL and it is stucked.
    When we try to access the URL directly , we are getting below error.

    Hi NAP,
    If you want to see others shopping cart, probably you are looking for team shopping cart functionality. In team shopping cart, the shopping cart creator can define his team and all the members of the team can see the shopping cart. At any point of time, they can take over the shopping cart and do the follow-on activities for the cart.
    You have to enable the team shopping cart functionality in 'define transaction types' for your shopping cart. On activating the option, when you create a shopping cart, you get the checkbox option 'Team shopping cart'. You need to check the check box for that.
    You can define the team in your personalization tab.
    There is a very good wiki available on team shopping cart functionality launched in SRM 7 in SDN forum. You can refer the details for that.
