E3200 router cannot access my DVR remotely to view cameras connected to DVR

I have 4 cameras connected to my DVR. My DVR is hard wired to my E3200 router, I forwarded the port for the DVR and i was able to view the cameras for a day but i kept timing out and had to reconnect. now i can't even connect not even from the local PC that is connected via hard wire to the router.

yes my PC can connect to the internet via the router my security cameras are not wireless they are connected to the DVR with CAT V 18 AWG cable . i was just viewing them yesterday from my house and when my daughter got to work and turned on the PC that is connected to the same router it immediately kicked me off and now i am un able to get them to connect not even locally through my PC that is connected to the same router. here is my ipconfig if it helps. If you have access to wifi router you may check its log and see what does it say...
Try set the router for no hidden and no password wifi and try to connect. If you iPad can connect then add password to wifi settings on the router and try to connect again... etc...

That's usually a symptom of a phone that was hacked or jailbroken to unlock it.

Cannot access my DVR using WRT160N V3

Recently i got a Netzero DSL connection and wanted to set up a Security System with a DVR.So I bought a WRT160N router and connected my PC (windows 7) and DVR to it.My DVR has a static IP 192.168.0.101 and my router is set for DHCP. I have forwarded ports 554, 5002, 5003. 5558 and 80 to the DVR's ip address. Also I have set the default gateway to the ip address of the router (192.168.0.1). Subnet mask is 225.225.225.0 (same as that of my PC).
I am able to view my DVR on the LAN but not from a remote location using my public ip (www.whatismyip.com) . My DVR is chinese made and doesn't have a company name on it.
Why can't i access my DVR?

Where did you find those port numbers "554, 5002, 5003. 5558 and 80"?
Why did you change the LAN IP address of your WRT from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.0.1?
What IP address do you see on the status page in the web interface of the WRT? Is it the same IP address you see with whatismyip?

Update 5.2 cannot access movies with remote app..

I have updated to 5.2 and when accessing my music or videos from itunes through ATV using the silver remote everthing works fine. When I use the Iphone or Ipad remote app I can access music with no issues but when I try to access a video or movie from my itunes it kicks me out! When I press a movie the app slides back to the list and nothing plays and then ATV goes back to the main screen! I've tried resetting, reinstalling, restarting, signing in and out and nothing seems to work, and its only when I try to play videos thru the app remote. My connection is fine and home sharing never drops and I can view all content otherwise just not videos from itunes with the remote app. Is anyone else having this issue? Has anyone resolved it?

First you should try logging out of your iTunes Store account (settings > iTunes Store > accounts) and then back in again.
If that doesn't help, try resetting the Apple TV (Settings > General > Reset > Reset all settings). You should also try restarting your router.
If both of the above don't help, you should try a restore (Settings > General > Reset > Restore).

WRT54G router cannot access the Internet

My wireless PC can access the router but cannot access the Internet.
When I ping linksys.com - the ping times out; however, when I ping my ISP I get 4 pings back. When I ping the router the ping is successful as I get 4 pings back.
I am sure there is a fix for this problem. Can anyone help me get connected to the internet?

I just got DSL in my area and installed it. I have a Linksys WRT54G router and a zyxek 660R DSL modem. I have a PC #2 in the room down the hall and a PC #1 in another room. I have a Wireless-G USB adapter in PC #2 (this is the antenna for the wireless connection). Everything is installed and PC #1 can connect to the internet through the modem and router. However PC #2 can only reach the access point (router) and will not access the internet. I can connect to the internet for PC #2 when an ethernet wire is used directly but it is not great to have a wire running down the hall. I pinged the router from PC #2 and the echos look fine. So it can certainly reach the router. When I use the Local Network tab and click on DHCP Clients table both PCs are displayed. So how can a PC use a wireless connection to reach the internet? I have spent 4 days already trying to get this to work. My ISP can't seem to help.

hi... logon to router's setup page and try changing channel to 1 or 11, click on the advanced wireless settings and try reducing beacon interval to 50, fragmentation and RTS threshold to 2304, also try upgrading latest firmware on the router...also
if you are using Win XP system try uninstalling the adapter from the computer...click on start >> programs >> wireless G USB adapter >> uninstall, put the CD in for the adapter and restart the computer, one window pops up "found new hardware" try installing the drivers, no need to install WLAN software or utility and use windows WZC (wireless zero configuration) to manage wireless connection...check whether it works for you or not and let me know the results.

I cannot download photos who are on a microSD card and who have been taken with mine android smartphone to the IPAD 2 with the Camera connection Kit. The IPad says there are no photo's on the card.

Are you using an adapter with the card ? Also what format are the photos on the card - the card needs to have a DCIM directory off its root, with the photos underneath it with filenames exactly 8 characters long (no spaces) plus their file extension i.e. the same format as if a digital camera had written them to the card

Need Help WRT54G v5 Wireless-G Router Cannot Access Internet

Hello, we have been experiencing trouble with our router. Using our wireless router we cannot connect to the internet. We use a cable to connect the modem to the router to the computer.
This problem first occured when a buddy of mine connectred to our wireless signal with his Xbox-360 Wireless adaptor. After that we could not connect to the internet using our router.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Logon to www.linksys.com/downloads and download the firmware for the router and upgrade the routers firmware and reconfigure it .

Cannot access my application remotely on LAN

hi all,
i used Tomcat to deploy my apllication named Becil. while i can run the same on my machine with address http://localhost:8080/Becil , the result is fine.
But when i want to access same through another machine connected to lan the 404 error page comes. i type the address http://192.168.0.29:8080/Becil.
Does there need to be some changes into server.xml file . Also all this time my tomcat is running.
i am not able to figure out the problem.

WRT54G - Cannot access internet but iMac airport says internet connection is fine... what's wrong?

I use a WRT54G wireless router connected to Mac. All of a sudden, I became unable to access certain websites on my iMac, such as Facebook and Apple homepages. But i can access Yahoo website. I tried resetting my linksys setup but it doesnt solve the problem. When i access my iphone via wifi at home, i am also unable to go into app store, facebook app, and emails with images won't load. I also cannot link my iphone to itunes on my iMac. What happens on my computer when I surf the internet is that the page just loads halfway and stop "responding". But my imac airport says that my internet connection is fine, however my access has become very "restricted". Can anyone tell me what's happening and how to resolve it?

I downloaded two 16pg word documents last night. This morning I went to view them and one of them was successfully converted. I went to view pdf and another screen popped up and went gray but froze. I closed it down and went to try again this time I got a white screen and it froze. I exited once again but now I can't even get in to see my orders. I am trying to log on to creatpdf.adobe.com and it will not not even let me in. WHAT IS GOING ON!!! I am paying $10 a month for a website I cannot even access.

Cannot access my themes, favourites, Personas, how to connect

If I click on Foxeh & then my favourites, it tells me that a 'problem occurred whilst loading your favorites'...also the Personas Rotator is not working, I usually fix this by clicking onto my favourites & it lets me log in .....now I cannot log in....
How do I log in to My Favourites.
I am using Windows XP PRO SP 3.0 32 bit on a desktop.
