Elements 10 Help Not Available

When trying to access HELP, I get the following message:
This installation of this application is damaged. Try re-installing or contacting the publisher for assistance.
Am I supposed to re-install Elements 10 from the downloaded DMG file? If so, do I move the existing file to Trash?

You can certainly try removing and reinstalling the software. The uninstaller can be located in Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers.

AC20000027 - Element PURCHASINGCONTRACT is not available in the container

Hi Experts,
I created the simple WF. Start event - RELEASESTEPCREATED, object - BUS2012. WF have one step, task - "TS20000166 Release of purchase order". When I start my workflow in test run the status is set to "error" - "Element PURCHASINGCONTRACT is not available in the container", Message no. OL356.
Testing the WF in transaction SWUD don't found any errors.
Can anybody help me with this?

I worked on Release strategy for PO.
I am SURE the Problem is with RULE, RULE is not returning any agents.
The problem is that the rule (20000027) your using is not returning any agents.
1. Just go to transaction PFAC and enter the RULE. go to display mode.
Click on the second button in the application tool bar (SIMULATE RULE RESOLUTION - shift + F8 ) a popup sort of screen will be displayed.
Now enter the PO number and Release code.
Execute the DETAIL button in the middle of the popup screen.
See if the rule is returning any agents.
2. If the above mentioned test is successfully executed,
Check in your workflow SWDD.
Open your workflow.
Double click on the RELEASE CODE workflow container element.
Check if the structure defined under D.Type is - T16FC and Field is - FRGCO.
3. If even the 2nd point is correct,
Check the binding for the step '0000000004'
In the binding, Pass the Busines Object BUS2012 (Purchase order) and RELEASE CODE (T16FC-FRGCO) that are present in the Workflow container. and check if they both are import and export parameters.
3. You are sure that the agents are specified in SPRO (under Material management >> PURCHASING >> Purchase order/CONTRACT >> Release Procedure for PO/CONTRACT >> Define release procedure for PO / CONTRACT >> WORKFLOW )
If you double click on WORKFLOW, you will see that the AGENT IDs are assigned to the Release Group and release codes of Purchase Order.
Eg: Release group       Release code Agent Type        Agent ID
            01                          L1               US                SAPUSER1
            01                          L2               US                SAPUSER2
            01                          L3               US                SAPUSER3
            01                          L4               US                SAPUSER4
Try all this and tell me the result.

Element GRP is not available in the container

Hi All,
I am getting a error ''Element GRP is not available in the container'' whenever I try to create a PR and the workflow is triggered. I am using a custom rule to determine the approver. The workflow is not able to determine the agent and returns with the error message Element GRP is not available in the container whenever it is triggered automatically.
But when i manually test the workflow manually it is working fine.
Can someone tell me why it is happening and what could be done to overcome this error?

I think the problem is not with your rule ....
you haven't specified when the error is occurring ...
if its occurring in starting ..please check if your initial binding ( For workflow triggering in header ) are right .
please tell us where and when the error is occurring ...

Mac help not available in tiger

I have a new imac with tiger. I can open mac help window, can click on 'search all help' and do a search. The search results are displayed but then if I click on a topic in 'mac help' nothing comes up.
Help is available in the helper windo for all other applications, so I don't think it's a problem with the help window, just suspect mac help is not installed.
PLEASE HELP!

Help not available????

If I try to access the Help in iCal, it says very bluntly and without any indication as to the reason that the "Help is not available for iCal." Why??? and how do I get it fixed?

I interpret that question two ways.
1. If you click on the link I provided on my previous post and it will not open Troubleshooting Help Viewer, by Dr. Smoke, try http://thexlab.com/faqs/helpviewer.html .
2. The troubleshooting steps provided in that article do not fix your problem.

Try using the Maintenance>Reset:> Mac Help feature of OnyX.

Pages Help Not Available

When I click on Help, I get this window. Help isnt available for Pages?

I think you need to give some more information. What have you tried to solve the problem? Quit and restart Pages? Restart your Mac? Launching Pages from another account?
It is possible that there is some problem with /Users/<your username>/Library/Caches/com.apple.helpui/ or /Users/<your user name>/Library/Preferences/com.apple.help.plist . I have not tried this myself, but it is possible that deleting those files may solve the problem, if it forces the system to rebuild them.

Please help "not available"

On 4/1/14 i ordered 4dvd's(spider man 1,2,3, and hop)on 4/2/14 i recived an email saying it got shipped ,but everytime i try track my order it says "not available" I know the estimate arriaval is 4/11/14 but it's alredy 4/7/14 and i still have no info where my order is. Please help.

Upgraded to LR 2.6--Elements 6.0 not available

I hope someone can help with this: I upgraded to Lightroom 2.6 and had a few problems. One is that unlike before, Elements 6 isn't available as a default "edit in" option (it correctly says that PhotoShop isn't available, which is true). Another piece of software that I used with previous versions of LR, PTlens, is available.. How do I set LR so that Elements is one "edit in" option? Thanks!

Just wanted to add that even the contact I got from my laptop are from the version 6.2.2 so there are several missing contacts.
Is there any way I can get my original contact data BEFORE I updated to version 6.2? Or was it overwritten when I did the upgrade. Would it be saved in an old folder or something? I have now checked the Palm site again and realised I upgraded to 6.2 but that was for Tungsten E2. I need 4.1.4. So should I download this version now? Should I unistall the 6.2 first? And is there anyway I can all my old contacts back before the botched upgrade?

PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS 6 'HELP' NOT INSTALLED

I have PSE 6 installed from the Adobe disk on a Mac which uses OS10.5.8.
When I try to access the 'PSE 6 HELP' component from the toolbar I see the following - "Could not find the Adobe Help Application.You may need to re-install the application and the Help component." Why is Help not installed from the installation disk?
Is re-installation is the only solution? And if so, do I have to un-install first, or will re-installation print over the existing version? If it requires un-install, how do I do this?

Why is HELP not available?

When I click on help I get message page not available

It's a bug. Adobe has shipped Lightroom CC with the wrong URL for the Help system. We're waiting for a fix.

Online help not available even though on the net

After moving from CS5 to CC (and deleting the CS5 and Adobe COmmunity Help application) I don't seem to be able to get the online help. It tells me to connect to the internet and try again. Obviously - as you're reading this - I am online. The work around for downloading the PDF to C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\Adobe\PDF\pdf\ works for Ps and Br, but I don't see a PDF for Lr in the same place.
Any thoughts?

I too migrated from CS5 to CC (when I migrated to a new Mac). After hours on the phone with Adobe today, the culprit turned out to be a bad Adobe Help Manager setting. It was set to only use offline help. My guess is that I got annoyed with Adobe Air constantly needing to update itself back in the CS5 days and turned off online help. Despite Adobe Help not being installed on the new Mac, it seems the old preference was being read by the CC apps and it was messing them up.

Standard cost element reports are not available

Hi everyone,
I noticed that there are no standard cost element reports available in our SAP application. Is this because they are not imported or is this caused by another problem ?
Help would be greatly appreciated and points will be rewarded

On-LIne PSE Help Not Available

I installed PSE 12 on a MAC (Maverick OS). The software is from a special COSTCO edition. When I open PSE I get a message that on-line help is not availalbe and to reinstall. I reinstall the software, but continue to get the same message. What do I do to get on-line support while using PSE?

GIMP Help not available

I installed gimp and gimp-help-2, but when I click on Help in GIMP I get: "Could not find GIMP help browser. The GIMP help browser plug-in appears to be missing from your installation."
Is there an extra step to associate GIMP with its Help plug-in? Or should it be working?

If you really want the help browser then I don't think that there's any way to get it without building from source with libgtkhtml installed but there's no need to uninstall gimp first, just do a pacman -U with the new package.
Hmmm? Why would the help package be in the repos if it doesn't work with GIMP in the repos?
