  • EMAIL FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

The website has apparently changed and I'm finding it very difficult to navigate around.  I cannot find the email for customer service so I can set up payment arrangements.
    Anyone have a clue?
    TX!

I was looking for an email for customer service too.  I'd rather email them than talk to 20 different people who give 50 different answers.  They have no incentive for loyal customers.  I went in to upgrade my phone to an Iphone 5.  I have unlimited data for many years at a great price and my son does too.  So when I went in to upgrade, they told me that it would eliminate my unlimited data price that I've had for years (about 10 years) and have to pay the price it is now, per gig or whatever they call it.  They said the old plans are no longer "grandfathered" in when you upgrade.  Seriously?!  So I did not upgrade my phone.  I was with Airtouch Cellular before Verizon took it over. That tells you how long I've had the same number and been a loyal customer (even though I get so frustrated at times).
I'm just too lazy to switch...but now am seriously thinking about it.  T-Mobile offers "Loyalty Plans" and gives their customers rebates and credit and FREE upgrade on smartphones. My co-worker got a nice incentive to stay with them for over 5 years. I spoke with Sprint and they were great and offered to keep my price that I've had for unlimited data and same for my son's phone. Now why can't Verizon do that?  I only wish the corporate offices would read this to see how frustrated their customers are.

  • Does anyone have an email for Customer Service?

I paid for a montly subscription to creative cloud, made sure I didn't sign up for auto renewal and I was still charged for two additional months beyond the month I needed.  Now I would like a small refund and find it impossible to get a hold of someone! I "chatted" online with a lady for over 1 HOUR, she could barely understand what I needed, clearly confused and unable to help with a $36 refund!  At the end of that chat, she gave me a 1-800 #, which ended up being the sales dept.  I explained my ongoing issue and asked for a refund and the guy actually had the nerve to try to sell me additional products for a good 20minutes until he said neither him nor his manager had authority to issue refunds.  I was THEN transfered to the billing department where a recording came on and said there was a 2 HOUR phone wait.  By then, it was already 6:00, they close at 7:00.  I waited for 1.5hrs and still nothing, so I gave up.
Does ANYONE have an email of someone at Adobe that could help me, this is beyond ridiclous yet genuis on Adobes part because they literally make it impossible to get a refund for anything.  I gaurentee this happend to a lot of customers who sign up for month to month, again I went online and made sure I wasn't on auto renewal!  So Shady!
Thanks in advance for any insite and beware future consumers wanting to sign up for this service!

Hi there, I will process your refund now. You should see the funds within 10 days. I also checked to make sure your subscription has been properly turned off- no auto renew! Please let me know if I can help with anything else. Thanks, Madison

  • Email for Customer Service for B210A Printer

I have tried to enter my serial # and product # to no avail to get an email address for customer sevice.  Can someone just give me an email address for this printer that I purchased on Sunday?

phone number for an HP web printer?  I just bought a 5520 all in one web/photo printer and after getting apps printed daily that I did not order (or didn't know were added) using up ink daily, freely printing on my printer, after three days and I cannot count the hours trying to resolve this issue, I would say the telephone number for Customer Service, or email address should be: (555) DON't EVER BUY HP PRINTER AGAIN.    If I cannot get a human to answer or take care of this problem, my printer will go out on the roadside with a great big sign on what is left of the "parts" with the same message, and I will put a bumper sticker on my Camry, too!!!!     Worst service for probem solving ever!!!!!!!  Les1ie

  • What do you suggest for phone service provider?

I think many of the SW users (including myself) will be jealous of your Google Fiber! :)An easy transition would be to look at a BYOB hosted voice provider. The good news is that there are hundreds to choose from, the bad news is that there are hundreds to choose from!
You don't mention how many phones you have, but the beauty of hosted voice is that you can start with 1 line and scale as you need. Many plans include new, free phones as well as unlimited usage, all for a monthly fee. Most hosted providers share similar feature sets (IM/Chat/Presence, Reporting, VM to Email, IVR etc), but making a suggestion will require a little more digging on your current environment and planned growth, as well as your (and management) expectations/requirements.Happy to help, PM me with the details and I can help guide you and bring you multiple good...

We are in Kansas City and Google Fiber is so prominent and we are switching from Time Warner where phone service is free with the internet and services;  Google Fiber does not have phone service and I am not ready for my business line to be on a mobile phone!  There was the Magic Jack that came out that runs off internet through the computer or router;  What is out there now?  What does anyone suggest?

  • I recently updated two of my phones to Note 3's and now I have the worst coverage for phone service I have ever had.

I have been a customer for your coverage for quite a while.   Since the upgrade to the Notes for my Wife and I we have continuous dropped calls in our home.   We never experienced this before with any of our previous phones.   I got rid of all my house phones because I had such dependable service but not any more.   What gives with this model phone?   We are about ready to leave Verizon.  We need a dependable phones.   All I get when I call Verizon is that they want to go through all this ** which I did and then they want to replace the phone.    I might think that would be a problem except that both my wife and my phone are doing the same thing.    Looking at coverage it says I am in the best zone so what can I do?

Unfortunately from my experience not much can be done from our end a clearly big red doesn't support the device.  This was a direct quote from a service rep.  I was told I am in an area of marginal coverage although I have been a customer for more than 10 years in the same area.  I didn't have an issue until the 4.4.2 update.  I have replaced sim cards received replacement devices and sent the phone I'm to Samsung for service.  None of the above have solved the issue.  So we either deal with the issue or upgrade the phone.  Big red has been no help at all and it does make you want to change providers.  As I was to Verizon just sells the phones and cannot help end user experience very frustrating.  I have been dealing with dropped call, missed calls, poor signal, and missed text messages for months.

  • I'm thinking about using an iPad mini with data plan as a cell phone replacement, using Skype for phone service.

Seems like a less expensive alternative, with fewer devices.  Thoughts?

If you want to stay with your current plan, you would have to add 3 tiered data plans for the new smartphones. These would be $30/month(2 GB of data for each phone) for each of the data plans, increasing your bill by $90/month to $226/month for your total bill.
If you were to switch to the Share Everything plan, you would have an access fee of $40 for each of the lines for a total of $120. This would give you unlimited talk and text. On top of the $120, you would have to add a bucket of shared data which ALL of the phones would be able to access. For $80/month, you could get a bucket of 6 GB of data to be shared between all of the phones. So far that would bring your bill to $200/month. With taxes, it should end up being about the same cost as your old plan with the benefit of having unlimited minutes. If you find yourself using less data, you can cut your data cost by lowering the amount of shared data. For example, $70/ month for 4 GB of shared data. If you find yourself using more data, you can add more data, for example $90/month for 8 GB of shared data or $100/month for 10 GB of shared data instead of $80/month for 6 GB of shared data.
If you have any employee discounts available, these would ONLY come off the data portion of the Share Everything plan. Discounts on your current plan would not change if you currently have any.
    Decisions, decisions...

  • Has anyone been able to set up email for other services? I would like to link to a GoDaddy account. Have all the information but can't get it to work.

I have entered the information from GoDaddy under manual setup and the mail app tells me it cannot connect to the server. It does connect to a gmail account, but that is not helpful. I was wondering if anyone has tried linking to GoDaddy or other account manually and what additional steps it takes.

Actually, I was able to connect to an IMAP account from (German mail provider) posteo.de without problems. Not so with FastMail.fm, which is a much bigger service provider than posteo.de, and also pretty much IMAP standard compliant.
Are there different IMAP configurations (all folders on the same level vs. all folders as subfolders of INBOX) that can influence this? And what can be done to connect FastMail to Firefox OS?

  • Phone Service

My in-laws are moving from the eastern part of Virginia up to the northern part of Virginia. They are currently renting a house. Now, is there a way of forwarding there calls to their cell phones and having the service in the rental house turned off? They have had this number for over 30 years, bussiness calls, family, and of course those sale calls (just joking) they need to have access to. They are willing to contnue paying for phone service so they can forward all calls, but I think it is not a good idea to leave the service on in a rental house if you are not living in it. Please help me in order to help them.

    Solved!

Welcome to the forums.  You're talking to other customers here.  If you want a response from Verizon you need to call or chat with them.
I've never heard of any offering from Verizon that allows you to keep a phone number active without an associated phone line.  I sincerely doubt they can do this for you.  If they can, it's most likely a very costly business service.
A better option is to port the phone number to a VoIP service such as Vonage or OOMA.  With these services, you install a device that connects to your broadband Internet and then plug your phone(s) into it.  Regardless of where it's installed it will use the same phone number.  This will give you a very similar experience as a regular phone line.  Just pick up a phone and call.  Some VoIP providers also allow app based calling so you can access your phone number while on the move.  There are monthly fees with these providers that vary with the subscribed services.
Another option is Google Voice.  They will charge you a fee to port the number.  No equipment is associated with Google Voice; it is purely network (cloud) based.  You setup Google Voice to forward incoming calls to any real phone you want.  It could be land line, cell phone or another VoIP provider.  Outgoing calls can be placed through an app on a smartphone, tablet or computer.  It's a different experience than a traditional phone line.  There is no monthly fee.
If you do decide to port the number, under no circumstances should you place any service orders with Verizon.  This includes a cancellation order.  Any pending orders will delay or prevent the number port.  Porting can take several weeks, so it is best to get started on it well in advance of your plans to vacate the old property.  I'd say two months to be safe.
    Good Luck.

  • I don't have phone, but the TV says I need to replace battery backup for phone?!?!?!

    Hello,
For three years, we've had Verizon Fios Internet and TV.  We've never had a phone.
Today, the contraption Verizon plugged in the wall (sadly, I'm not really sure what it is, and had forgotten it existed until today as it's tucked behind some furniture) started beeping and the replace battery indicator light is on.  Furthermore, when I turn on TV, I am greeted with this message:
    My questions are:
    (1) If I don't have phone service, why would I even have a battery backup (much less need to replace it) to allow phone service during power outages?
    (2) Since I have only internet and TV, can I safely go without replacing this battery?
    (3) If the answer to #2 is yes, then how do I get the thing in the wall to stop beeping every 30 minutes?
Thank you in advance to any responses.

You can unplug the battery in your optical network terminal (ONT) and the message needing to replace the battery will go away.  Verizon customer service did confirm the battery is only for phone service when power is off.
I was only able to find 3 links on the alarm / battery backup.  It looks like they never thought about people who did not want the phone feature and to silence the beeping with the battery removed?
I don't know how frequently my unit beeps, but I don't normally hear it because it is in my garage.  I don't know if it has a pattern to when it beeps; but when I'm in the garage, I sometimes hear a single loud beep for about 1 second.
I imagine the battery must enable the laser to function when the power is off besides supply power to the copper phone lines in your house for a line powered phone.  I would assume then that if one had a UPS to power the computer and router and a good battery in the BBU; then one could have an internet when the power is off too?  Verizon user manuals don't mention this, so it might not work?

  • Call Manager Phone Services to Personal Address Book

    Cisco Forum:
I'm trying to configure Call Manager (8.6.2.x) for Phone Services so that we can use the IP Phone's Service button to access the Personal Address Book & Fast Dials.  While I have the option (Test PAB-Fast Dial) appearing when the Services button is selected, the process ends with the bottom screen shot showing "Error in Authentication."
By using the Directories button then selecting the Personal Address Book, I can successfully log into the application.
What am I missing?  Below is the current URL being used.
    Thank you.

    Nelson:
The URL that is working for us is:
    http://10.2.5.234:8080/ccmpd/pdCheckLogin.do?name=#DEVICENAME#&service=pab
then use your own IP address for the Call Manager node.
Our Call Manager configuration is shown below.
To access the feature, we hit the Services Button, are prompted with a Personal Address Book option, select it, then are promoted for a UserID/PIN (shown further below), at which point I enter my LDAP ID and a PIN.  The PIN is created in Call Manager under User Management ==> End User ==> PIN.
    Good luck with your process.

  • WIreless Modem/Router and Phone service

I am ready to install wireless gateway, but I have 3 phones one with cord and two cordelss.  If I use wireless gateway for phone service will I lose access to those phones not plugged into the modem/router?

Hello,If all phones are connected via that single RJ11 (Phone Cable) then you should be set. Everything needs to be directly plugged into the modem, or via a splitter. Your cordless phones base-station needs to be connected to the Gateway to operate.
