Email notification for each order created by dealer

Hi expert,
My user request to have simple notification from email when everytime dealer finish creating their order. Email notification will be send to difference person depending on which dealer appoint to them. In my order setting there is no output type maintain yet.Can anybody help me...

Define condition type
Define condition table
Define access sequence
Define output determ. procedure
You could use output medium 5 (external send) and processing routines e.g.:

dispatch time: send immediately.

Without knowing more about your customizations it's not possible to give you an exact answer. However, the way that I do this is by modifying the underlying workflow.
I usually do something like this:

</Action>Note the toAddr variable, the ccAddr variable and the single template. You can either build it as one big list of email address and send it out once or use the standard workflow looping techniques and loop over the sub process over and over.
As with anything Sun IDM, there's a thousand ways to do to this, including hooking into a the viewOptions.process variable to define your own workflow where this can be done.
Anyway, that's how I solved it.

EMail Notification for the Newly Created users using UME API

In my application ,the user creation is handled by custom Admin module which uses the UME APIs. Upon creating the user, we need to send a notification mail to the user's email id which he provided in the Add new user form.
Is there any direct APIs available to notify the user via email. I hope the Standard user creatin module in User Administration also uses the same UME APIs.
Please let me know the possibilities.

If I have two email accounts, one personal hotmail account and one MS Exchange work account on my iPhone 4s, How can I setup individual notifications for each account? Fore example, if I get a work email, I want to hear a DING, DING....If I get a personal email, I want to hear a BEEP, BEEP. Right now, any email from any account has the same notification. I want work incoming email notification to be different than personal incoming notification. The only semi-workaround I've seen is just disable any notification for the Hotmail account, so only work emails would notify. But then I don't know when I get a personal email. Even the lowely Blackberry Torch 9800 has this feature..not iPhone 4s??

Xelsysadm has a valid email id. Now when I am reconciling any user, two mail notifications are being sent. Not able to know from where these two notifications are being triggered.
Am i suppose to make any changes in the configurations?

Sorry re-read your issue again. I believe there are two notifications because you have added your notify task in the process definition and OIM OOTB sends a notification when a user is recon'd. Thus remove your task or disable the OOTB notification. The property is Recon.SEND_NOTIFICATION

Sp_Transaction Notification For Purchase Order Item Checking

Hello All,
I need to create a sp_Transaction notification for Purchase Order where system will check that the document to be added
with Vendor 'A' and ItemCode 'ERT' should not be be previously added for the same vendor 'A.
Example:-
Doc No. Vendor Item Code
1 A ERT
Is added
Next if the Purchase Order is added with same vendor and same Item then system should block the entry and throw a message
'Purchase Order Already Entered for Vendor 'A' with Item Code 'ERT'"
This checking will be done for each line item of currently entered Purchase Order Document.

Alert Email notification for Log file alerts

Hi,
Scenario: SCOM 2012 R2 UR4.
There are created unix/linux log file monitoring objects. In SCOM console I can view alerts related to unix/linux log file monitoring. Email notification is: Warning or Critical for severity, and, Medium or High for priority. The alerts for unix/linux log
file are severity warning and priority medium.
In my inbox there are emails for alerts (Warning or Critical for severity, and, Medium or High for priority) except for unix/linux monitoring.
The question is:
How to enable email notification for unix/linux log file monitoring?

Generating an IDOC for each Order present in the file (File to IDOC)

Hi ,
I have a requirement where in i have to generate an idoc for each orders present in a file . Initially i had implemented 1:N mapping by changing the occurence of idoc to 1..unbounded & using it as external definition i was able to generate multiple idocs.
But now the requirement is that even if one record contains invalid data , then XI shoul process remaining records(which has valid data) & then raise an alert for the invalid record . I have implemented this approach by using BPM (splitting the message) & the sending out each record as a single message to (1:1 mapping between file & IDOC).
But now they dont want me to use an BPM . They want me to come up with an approach using 1:N mapping only where in i can make sure that the mappig doesnt fail even if there is one invalid record ,they want me to process remaining records & raise an alert for the invalid one .
As far as i know this cant be done without BPM . Please let me know any valuable suggestions or inputs if there is any

Had a similar requirement few days back..
What we did was to do a multimapping of 1:N where N = N1 and N2, N1 is the Idocs which you are doing today, N2 is the set of invalid records...
Now we have written this as a file and then created another interface which will pick the file and based on the name of file we decided the To address. We have used mail package and this interface (file to mail ) was made as a generic one so that it can be used across many interfaces...
filename and To address relationship was maintained as a value mapping in ID... You can have a thought of this approach and try to send the invalid records as a mail rather than alert.

Email Notifications for the Tasks in Collaboration are not going to Lotus Notes. We are working on EP 7.0 SP14 with external ITS and backend r/3 4.7.
I performed all the configuration activities that are suggested in the below wiki:

Could any one please suggest that we need to do any other configurations.Thank you.

When I create, transaction is there any notification send
When I create payment term is there any notification send

I can't believe there's still no proper answers for this question . I'm now struggling with the same issue as the original asker. It seems that at least with the newest version of Nokia Drive you can delete the maps saved (without the need to remove the whole application). You can do that even one by one. But the question is: "If I delete a particular map and load it again, will that be the newest version of the map? Or is there still a need to delete the whole Nokia Drive application, as said in the instructions linked earlier in this thread?"
Anyway, even deleting one map and loading it again sounds very frustrating without knowing if there actually is a new update or not. We should know exactly which is the current version of each map and wheter there is a newer version.
Many things are gone worse after Symbian. On Symbian phones, you could easily update all the maps with Ovi Suite. Now, with Zune, you can update the firmware, but not the maps which was a disappointment to me. I don't have WiFi connection, so, for me, it would be cheaper to download huge amounts of data with my computer's wired connection (with my phone connected to it via USB). Don't want to waste my monthly data limit to download again possibly the same map versions just to be sure...
But please, moderators and others, give us some comments and answers...

I have to send out an email notifications if a project which has not been awarded is in a stage for longer then 30 days. I need to send out a notification to alert the buyer.
My question is can this be done writing a simple program ? If so what fm do I use to send out email notifications for SRM ? Or I have to do this through workflow which I am totally clueless about. Thanks!

There are tow ways we can do this requirement.
First :
Please create a zreport where it will identofy all the documents and corresopnding users ids' for whom do want to send an emails.
Second: you can achieve this fucntionality through workflow however i am not sure how it will be done thorugh workflow..i will check and get back to you...

Seperate Adobe Form printing for each order

Hi,
I have a scenario where i need to print Adobe Form for each order.
Right now i am handling this from print program(Executable) by looping at the Adobe form FM for each order.
So it will print seperate Adobe form for each order with corresponding Header & Item Data.
To get next order i need to hit on right & last arrows etc...
So right now i am handling it through Print Program.
Is there any way it can be handled directly at Adobe Form level.
By passing all orders to Adobe FM at a time (Intsead of looping) and handling Adobe Form printing for each order at Adobe Form level itself!

How to make a distribution list that includes all email addresses for each contact?

Is it possible to create a distribution list that allows you to select all possible email addresses for each contact within a group? I am running into the problem that I can only select one email address for each contact, but need multiple. How can this email list be generated using the Contacts app and Mail?

You can't with the way it currently works.
I've never tried, but you might try multiple groups, each with a different email selected.
I think I created an Applescript that would grab every address of every selected person and address an email. It is probably buried in the bowels of these forums.
