Email using user entered address

How can i make a button that uses Optional user entered email-address (field)?
For example:
- user enters email [email protected] to a specific field
- there is a email-button that uses the entered email to send a copy of the current pdf to the receipient
Any help?

Create a variable with intreval.
There is a function module which calculates the no of days between the days
Go to SE38 and ZXRSRU01 Program
Write the Code like this (Not exact code) you can modify
WHEN "ZZZZZ"(Before that create a formula variable to get the number of days between the days and use the tech name of the formula variable here)
read ..the lower limit and the upper limit of the caldaz variable
FROMDATE = L_S_RANGE-low
TODATE = L_S_RANGE-HIGH
Then call the function module
Search for the function module by using days in SE37
Then pass the from and to Date to the function module it will retun the number of days
update that to table e_T_Range
You can proceed with this

Can't send email using different IP address subnet

Hi, in our office using different IP address subnet, like this :
10.254.1.xxx and 10.254.3.xxx
And Our Server Exchange version is 2007, using IP address 10.254.1.xxx, but when from another IP like 10.254.3.xxx can't send or receive email, and get error (on some pc that using SeaMonkey) :
An error occured sending mail : The mail server sent an incorrect greeting: 4.3.2 Service not available, closing transmission channel.
Someonce can help me, please..

We have check the following path on our Exchange Server :
C:\Program
Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\Logging\TraceLogs
And
we not found any log files here.

OUTLOOK 2010. Does not reply to emails using the same address that received it.

Hello,
Since last week our Outlook accounts are not working properly, when users reply a message it does not reply using the same address that received it, it appears the personal account instead.
We are using exchange accounts, using Outlook 2010 and the accounts affected are automapped to a principal account (.ost).
We already tried to recreate outlook .ost profile, repair Outlook installation, reinstall Office.
Can somebody help?

We have received many reports as your description since last week. It sounds like the sending behavior in Outlook 2010 has been changed by some Windows/Office update and goes back to the behavior before.
Before we go any further, I have to mention some of the history for Outlook 2010. In Outlook 2010 without SP1, Mailto’s will use the default/principal account for message when you use Microsoft Outlook 2010 which has multiple accounts delivered to different
data file. However, in later version (Outlook 2010 SP1/SP2), Outlook doesn’t use the default account set in Account settings for new messages. Instead, it uses the account associated with the mailbox or *.pst file you have in focus.
Actually, this behavior is controlled by the registry keys. At this point, I suggest we check the following registry entries are exist and set it to the proper value.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook\Options\Mail
DWORD value: NewItemsUseDefaultSendingAccount
Value type: REG_DWORD: 1 for force, 0 to disable.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\14.0\outlook\options
Value Name: ForceAccountSelection
Value type: REG_DWORD: 1 for force, 0 to disable.
Close the registry editor and restart Outlook to check if the behavior what you want would come back.

HT201320 when i send an email using my hotmail address through outlook my contacts do not receive the mail. when i send the same mail through my iPad or iPhone no problem my contacts receive the mail. this only problem happens when i send mail with my mac

I have a hotmail email address. I compose my mail useing MS outlook. when i send the mail to my contacts useing my macbook air,my contacts tell me there have not received the mail.
when i send the same message with my ipad or iphone no problem my contacts receive the mail.
what is the problem?

You have the remove these statements before entering an address , and before sending an email or with the email it will stay on the email , google maps will not work.

I'd like to use the user enter mail address as the "from" property and use my mail account to send it, but I got error: com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPSendFailedException: 553 You are not authorized to send mail, authentication is required when set different mail address in "from" and "user" property, how to resolve this problem?

Basically that's a bad idea. Suppose you used your server to send messages that claimed to come from "[email protected]"? Naturally enough people have tried that, either as a joke or as an attempt at fraud, so that servers will check to see if the message is coming from the server it claims to be coming from. And if it isn't -- as in that example -- it will consider it a forgery. Best case (for you) is that the server will flag it as spam or junk. Worst case is that your server will be blacklisted and other servers will ignore it.

How do I reply to a forwarded email using the 'To' email address in 'From'

Let me explain, as this might sound odd:
I now have what will be a rarely used email address, say [email protected], provided for me by a company I am occasionally contracted to work for. Any email sent to that address is automatically forwarded to my personal account. There will be the odd occasion that I will need to send email from that address, or reply to emails sent to that address.
The problem is, as far as I can see, I can only send email from the address I have set up my account with on Mail, say [email protected] For confidentiality reasons I'm not allowed, nor do I wish, to have recipients know this address. Though I'm self employed, the company I am occasionally contacted to, say +Bloggs LLP+, want me to appear as an employee, hence the [email protected] email address.
Using 'Reply To' is not an option, since my personal 'From' email address is still visible.
Yes, I know I can set up another POP/IMAP account in Mail, have all the [email protected] email go to that inbox, and then when I reply it will have come from [email protected], but I can't set up such an account in Mail since the emails are forwarded automatically and as such I do not have - nor do I wish to have - POP/IMAP access to the [email protected] email account.
In other software, I have been able to simply enter a 'from' email address into a 'From' field, but this doesn't seem possible with Mail.
Anybody got any ideas? I'm using Leopard, so is Mail any different on Snow Leopard?

Sorry, you can't do this in Mail, and I'd love to know which email client you say you've used that does allow this; I've never seen one yet.
If you want to use that email address and send mail from that account, you need to set it up in Mail. There is no difference in basic features between Mail in Leopard or Snow Leopard, so upgrading to Snow Leopard will not help you in any way.

How can I import addresses from one of my address book accounts into webmail at my internet service so that another individual who uses Firefox as their browser can send out emails using those addresses?

I was able to export addresses to webmail @ sonic.net (csv format via previous gmail user) and read them fine using my normal browser, Safari. However, when trying to use the imported addresses via Firefox, the addresses had a symbol inbetween each letter of the email address and thus could not be used.

User entered email submition

I was wondering if it is possible, and if it is, how to do it? I want the user of the form to be able to enter an email address, and then when they click the submit button, it sends it to the email address they entered.

Well, I have come close, but I think I might have hit a huge, impossible to cross road block...
I have my text field set up in which the user enters an email address. On the exit event of this field, I have my variable email set to whatever the user enters. (email.value = emailField.rawValue;)
I then have my button which is set to mailto upon a click from the user. (and works perfect if I put in an email address such as [email protected]) I replaced 'mailto:[email protected]?subject=.... with 'mailto:'+email+'?subject=.... Once I do this, which should theoretically insert whatever the user entered into the to field, I get the following error: Outlook does not recognize "[object XFAobject'".
Similarly if i go back to the normal email but set subject to '?subject='+email+... in the subject line of the email [object XFAobject] appears instead of what the user entered.
Any suggestions, or ways to fix this at all?

Try going to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https//appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

i found out how to do this finally!
1) set up google gmail account to forward your emails to (from the [email protected])
2) go to your gmail account
3) go to settings (cog in right hand corner)
4) go to 'accounts and import'
5) go to 'send mail as'
6) click 'Add another email address you own' - add your [email protected] address
7) google will send a verification email with code to that email address.
8) enter code
9) go back to gmail account >'send mail as' and select 'make default'
10) close mac 'mail' program and reopen it.
as long as you have gmail account selected as the primary account in MAIL - mail will now come throught as being sent from that [email protected] address!!

You can't do this, and you can't transfer purchases between accounts. There is no conflict about using one ID for iTunes, iTunes in the Cloud and iTunes Match (the ID you've been using for iTunes) and using the other ID for iCloud.
