Error in solution manager; no active task list exists in sap change manager

Hi,
i have created a correction in Solution manager but when i want to set it in status in development i receive the message below
No active task list exists in SAP Change Manager
could you please help me?

    These are excellent examples.......
    I guess batch processing is most commonly used in pharmacuetical industry. Let me know if you can elaborate more on delivery creation scenerio I.E what you have mentioned earlier.
    Unfortunately I have not worked in batch processing.
    If you remember anything in terms of any other change management example please do add on this.

  • Error when activating Task List

    When activating the Task List in PROJECT_SOLAR_ADMIN, I receive the error
         - "Phase change from 'Created' to 'Development without Release' is not possible". 
    When I do a check on the Project, the only red light i get is for the following two jobs, and i'm not sure if this is the issue?  And if so, what i have missed in order to resolve it.
         - Error in background job for program /TMWFLOW/CMSSYSCOL2 error message No active job found
         - Error in background job for program RSGET_SMSY error message No active job found

    We had similar issues with Phase change, but did not get the messages you are getting.
    I don't know the version of SM you are in, but as of 7.0 you can change the status of the project in transaction CRM_DNO_MONITOR.
    Exceute transaction CRM_DNO_MONITOR
    --> Select the Service desk created for your project and CLICK on "Details" button.
    -->Go to change Mode
    -->Click on Actions Button
    --> select the appropriate stage
    IMPORTANT:
    Click on save button.
    The phase selectedis updated AFTER YOU SAVE only.

  • Error occurs when I open the tasks list in MS Project Professional 2013 from SharePoint 2013

    Hi,
    I have created a SharePoint 2010 workflow for a tasks list that updates a list item column if the Date Complete <= Today's date & Percentage Complete = 100%
    I used 'Set Field in Current Item' in the workflow & the values are updated in the list for the current item.
    However, when I open the tasks list in MS Project Professional 2013 from SharePoint 2013, then I get a error "We can't write task - taskname to the SharePoint site. This is either because tasks list is in read only mode or because this task has a column
    that requires unique value."
    If I remove the 'Set Field in Current Item' in the workflow, then the error does not occur. However, the 'Set Field in Current Item' in the workflow is required.
    Please provide solution to this issue ASAP. Your reply will be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Jack,
    A shot in the dark here.  I'm not convinced the error is from the workflow.  What is the definition of the list item column in SharePoint?  Have you set the column to requiring a unique vale?  Look at the column definition.

  • Error while uploading the general maintenance task list with LSMW

    Hi friends,
    I am uploading the general maintenance task list with the help of Standard Batch/Direct input method in LSMW. I am using the internal number range for task list.
    First task list is getting created properly, but while creating second task list, system is giving the error as "external number range is not assigned for task list and task list with this group ID is already created in the system."
    This is because, on initial screen, system automatically takes the group ID of the task list that is created earlier.
    My question is
    1. How to get rid of the group number that is automatically gets populated in group field of initial screen, while creating the next task list?
    2. Is it possible to assign a common identifier in all structure (Header, Operation etc) for single task list, so that system can differentiate between two task lists?
    In Equipment task list, we can differentiate the task list with equipment id and group counter.
    Please note the following point before replying to my question.
    1. I don't want to upload the general maintenance task list with external number assignment.

  • Error message in transaction IA05 - crate task list

    In transaction IA05 I try to create a new general taks list. When adding a new group counter (12) to my group 264 I get the error message "The planner group counter number has already been allocated". But when I go in display mode (IA07) type in group 264 and hit the Task list overview button I can not find group counter 12 assigned to group 264. Does anyone know what is wrong and how to correct it?

    While creating the Task list aginst the exist group system automatically takes the next one counter.
    U can as per system. The deleted counter also counted by the system . So u cant take the same no of the counter for new counter.
    Even iam not seen the delected task lists counter T codes for checking . But u can check the present task list counter thro Table PLAS.

    I dont think as a std SAP transactions will allow my below req.
    1. I have created task list mtc stratagy as XXX. but i need to change as YYY.
    2. The same mentioned above for MTc plan
    3. I would like call the Mtc order on key date
    Example Pump has weekly, monthly tasks.
    1. Weekly schdules i need for every month 1st, 8th, 15th,22th no need 29th .
    2. We can call the monthly ops thro Key date . Here if i have mentioned in stratagy as 28 days instead of 30 days it will call?

    i think it is not possible to change the maintenance strategy once assinged to task list,other option just try in the task list select the operation and select the maintenace package ,here delesect all the maintenance package alloted and then try to change it

  • Change Request Management  "There is no task list for this project"

    Hello!
    I would like to use the functionality of CharM in SOLMAN 4.0.
    When I enter the Tcode /n/tmwflow/proj I receive the waring/error "There is no task list for this project" (/TMWFLOW/TRACK_N114)
    If I create my own task list via Task list --> create
    I get the warning "You cannot change task lists in the SAP namespace"
    What are the steps to define task list for my project?
    Do I need to configure SPRO ... --> Extended Configuration --> Schedule Manager?
    The second warning I get: "NO CTS projects created yet" or
    "The Solution Manager project does not have an active CTS project yet".
    How can these warnings/errors be corrected?

  • Profile Manager Active Tasks

    Hey guys,
    Whenever we log into our Profile Manager, there's also a ton of active tasks running.  I just checked now, and there are 40 tasks currently active.  These are tasks we haven't initiated on our end, and for the majority, it's removing settings from our laptops.  Sometimes, we'll just watch the active tasks list for a few minutes and within that period more and more tasks will get added that neither myself nor the other Mac tech has initiated.
    Have you all heard anything like this before, and if there's a possible solution/reason?

  • Error in creating task list /TMWFLOW/PROJCTC

    Hello,
    We are implementing charm in release 7.1.  We are getting an error some times that says that user was not able to create a task list for an urgent correction SMHF. 
    The error message says:
    There is no active task list in the associated project
    However we run the charmcheck transaction and no error for the project.  Error SOCM_ACTION_LOG014.
    Then we got the error saying
    "Task list H.xxxxxxxx not created by user mmmmmmmmm
    Error writing to table /TMWFLOW/PROJCTC"
    Errors are
    /TMWFLOW/TASKLIST304
    /TMWFLOW/TASKLIST177
    When we start testing early in the morning we can create the first ticket with no problem (every day the system is down for backup and then restarted).  However, subsequent ticket show this same error.
    We checked SLG1, ST22, and SM12 to find any error, however we are not able to find any problem.
    We think that problem is that something is blocking, however we are not able to find the error.
    Please advice

    We are facing the same issue.  While creating ZMHF (custom Urgent Change) users "sometime" receive error "There is no active task list in the associated project"

  • Trying to delete a routing task list (N) and getting an error on CA98

    Getting an error when trying to delete a task list routing without archiving using t-code CA98. 
    Error:       "Task list 01184667 01 (type 01184667) is still used in inspection lots"
    The inspection lot is for a production order. The routing I am trying to delete was used in that production order.
    I found the inspection lot and there is a UD of accept on it but I cannot delete the task list routing.
    If I archived the task list routing for the material and tried to delete the task list routing would I still get the same error as above?

    I'm new to iphone.  Can somebody tell me the best way to manage my calendar & task list?  I have Act! database manager but would be ok using something simplier like Outlook or even Yahoo if possible but I don't even know where to start.  Any opinions or suggestions?

    When you go into iTunes, and plug the iPhone in, there should be a tab for Calendar. It should offer you an option to sync with outlook.
