Error while Replicating Objects from R/3 to CRM

Hi,
While replicating objects from R/3 to CRM (Tcode :R3AS), the status of the object is still running. When I checked in Outbound queue (Tcode:SMQ1) the status is 'SYSFAIL', when I double clicked it says "Password logon no longer possible - too many attempts". So what is the solution to it...
I am working on CRM 5.0
Regards,
vimal

Dear Vimal,
Sorry not sure then...
Sometimes the RFC connection is refused and use to give that particular error messgae due to:
The old RFC library having version 6.20 automatically converted the
password into uppercase with a size limit of 8 characters before sending it to the SAP system.
The RFC library version 6.40 does not perform this conversion any more, because mixed case passwords upto 40 characters are now supported by SAP Basis version 7.00 (eg. NW2004s) and above.
So need to use upper case passwords when connecting to an SAP system having version less than 7.00.
But this is not valid in this scenario.
Thanks,
Atin

    While replicating the employee information from R/3 to CRM, we get the following error message in the IDoc details.

    Steps:
    1. Using PFAL TCode, we push the details of "Persons" from R/3 to the CRM client.
    2. After pushing the details, come to CRM and see the IDoc details. We get the above mentioned error message.

  • Error while replicating data from MSSQL to HANA

    Hello Colleagues,
    I have created SLT configuration where the replication has to happen from MSSQL database for NW BPM for 4 tables. I have also applied a transformation function to convert date columns in the BPM tables to right desired format while replicating in HANA.
    Now when I use the SAP HANA Data Provisioning Editor to replicate the data from these BPM tables, I am getting following error :
    Conv.obj. Z_BC_BPEM_EL_RDS_021: Calculation job in sender system could not be started
    In the configuration I have used Job Options as No of data Transfers Job : 003 , Initial Load Jobs : 002 , No of Calculations Job : 001
    We are using SLT 2.0 and BASIS release 740.
    Please suggest what could be done to remove that.
    Regards,
    Archana

    Archana
    There could be number of reasons for this issue. We need to first start filtering one by one and take out the possibility. Please check the things in the following order.
    1. As everyone mentioned, check if you have free available WPs. System is going to use Background WP for running calculation job in the Source system. Normally Basis define sufficient number of WPs but sometimes they are occupied.  You can check using TCode SM50 ( you need to do that on each host in a multi App server environment ).
    2. Try increasing your calculation jobs in SLT using TCODE LTRC --> Administration Data --> Change no of Jobs. Make sure you have enough free background WP in your SLT and Source system.
    Incase the above methods do not work, provide the following information.
    1. Where exactly you see the error message. Are you able to add the table to Data provisioning from LTRC.
    2. Are you able to add any more tables and do the replication.

  • Error in SMW01for BP while replicating data from R/3 to CRM

    Hi Experts,
       While doing initial load for Customers from R/3 to CRM am getting errors as "Customer number already assigned to business partner" in SMW01 error message
    Can anyone please help me on this.....
    Regards,
    Rahul

    Hi Rahul
    As stated above this will happen in case the number is already assigned to a business partner.
    Are you
    1. <u>Reconnecting</u> the CRM system to a  new R/3 and the CRM system has data from an old system?
    2. Has the replication been done before
    3. In case this is a new CRM system and numbers are being generated for the first time check the numbering range. (are the CRM numbers for this BP defined as external if R3 is the leading system?) the numbering ranges should not overlap or this will be a common scenario.

  • UnsupportedOperationException Error while removing object from List

    Hi,
    I need to remove a set of objects from List if it contains similar objects as the other one.
    Follwing is the code snippet of the above scenario...

    TreeSet seatAssignedPaxlist= new TreeSet();
    selectedPaxList.add("1");
    selectedPaxList.add("2");
    selectedPaxList.add("3");
    seatAssignedPaxlist.add("1");
    seatAssignedPaxlist.add("2");
    if(selectedPaxList.containsAll(seatAssignedPaxlist))
    selectedPaxList.removeAll(seatAssignedPaxlist);
    If i do this in java program it executes fine without any error.But if I do the same in JSP I am getting the following error......
    java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException
    at java.util.AbstractList.remove(AbstractList.java:167)
    at java.util.AbstractList$Itr.remove(AbstractList.java:432)

    Plz... help me to resolve the issue

    java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException
    at
    java.util.AbstractList.remove(AbstractList.java:167)
    at
    java.util.AbstractList$Itr.remove(AbstractList.java:43
    2)
    at
    java.util.AbstractCollection.removeAll(AbstractCollect
    ion.java:351)
    That stack trace looks wrong to me.
    ArrayList overrides the remove method, so it
    shouldn't be using the method in AbstractList. That's what I thought, too. There is either something missing or it's not an ArrayList. In fact the javadoc of AbstractList.remove sais:
    "This implementation always throws an UnsupportedOperationException."
    So it really looks like another subclass is used.
    Also
    the object it is trying to remove is a list (from
    your exmaple it should be a String)
    I could be wrong.These are just the code references not the parameters, I think.

  • Error while downloading Contacts from R/3 to CRM system

    Hi All,
    I am trying to download Contacts from R/3 to CRM system.
    Through Initial Download. For this i have set filters through Tcode: R3AC1
    as on KNVP and KNVV for the field VKORG.
    As we have our requirement to download contacts based on or differentiating
    on 'Sales Org".
    We have downloaded our Accounts properly without any errors.
    But for Contacts we are facing issues such as one or more extra
    relationships are getting created between Contacts and Accounts other than
    its original Contacts.
    Means already existing contacts are creating more relationships after
    download.
    But a unique feature is visible for all, All those with false
    contact-account relationships.
    Contact has field value for 'Address type' missing while the same address
    type field is properly added for correct relationships. ( please find attached the screenshot of the same)
    Any pointers in which direction we should proceed for the solution would be
    appreciated.
    Thanks in advance.

  • Errors while replicating Materials from ECC to SRM

    Hi All,
    I am trying to replicate materials from R/3 to SRM, in SMQ2 of SRM, the status of MATERIAL is still in yellow colour. when i checked in SMW01 tcode, the error is "Category for material group 013 does not exist" where as in R/3 also we dont have any material group as 013.
    All the Prod type & Prod category have been replicated into SRM from R/3.
    And no materials have copied in SRM.
    how to resolve this ?

    Hi,
    DNL_CUST_PROD0 & DNL_CUST_PROD1 were in green colour now,
    DNL_CUST_BASIS3 is in yellow colour & i saw in some doc that DNL_CUST_BASIS3 is not reqd from SRM7.0 onwards.
    when i try to replicate MATERIAL, in SMQ2 i am getting status as SYSFAIL & after double clicking on that i got a pop up as "Error in Mapping (Details: transaction SMW01)"
    Upon checking in SMW01 i got the above errors as
    " Category for material group 013 does not exist
    Message no. COM_PRODUCT_API002
    Diagnosis
    If material groups are used in the SAP system, they must exist as categories in CRM/EBP before you import materials. When Customizing object DNL_CUST_PROD1 is imported, the material groups are imported automatically and created in the category hierarchy R3MATCLASS (material group).
    Procedure
    Check whether the material groups have been imported successfully and exist as categories.
    Proceed
    If necessary, import the Customizing object DNL_CUST_PROD1"
    Like this its showing 19 material groups and all these 19 mat groups were not present in ECC.

    //if i pass true as parameter in FileOutputStream it gives Stream Corrupted exceptionI agree. You can't append to a file written with an ObjectOutputStream. You would have to read it all in, write it all out again and write the new object. You're better off keeping the file open while you still have objects to write to it.
    while ((temp = (Storingobject) objIn.readObject()) != null) {ObjectInputStream.readObject() only returns null if you wrote a null. If you're not writing nulls, the correct technique is to loop until you get an EOFException. I don't favour explicitly writing a null just to get around this as suggested above, as it means you can never write a null for any other purpose.

  • Region Code Error while replicating locations from backend.

    Hi,
    While executing the program BBP_GET_LOCATIONS_ALL we got error as region XX not defined for country IN (India). This error is for all regions in the log.
    We suppose this was because the standard regions codes(States) in ECC backend and SRM are mismatch. For eg. Region Code for Maharashtra is "13" in SRM whereas it is "MAH" in ECC.
    Is our assumption correct. What could be the possible solution to resolve this issue?
    Immediate responce will be higly appreciated.
    Thanks
    Hussain

    Hi. Just change the config in SRM to match ECC.
    It is almost the same IMG path in the 2 systems.
    In SRM it is SAP Web Application Server > General Settings > Set Countries > Insert Regions.
    You can also set up a distribution model to automatically syncronise the config or you could go to Utilities > Comparison in the config in SRM then select your ECC system as the logical destination and it will syncronise as a one off for you.

    Dave.
