Externally define VBAP-POSNR ORDERS IDOC

Iu2019ve tried using E1EDP02-ZEILE with qualifier 066 & 010 but SAP is still assigning the item number.  How can I externally define the sales order item number from the ORDERS IDOC?
Thanks,
Ron

I have got similar requirement - change numeration in Sales Order posnr position.
Exit above is ZXVEDU04. I have changed it allready. Because batch input table dxbdcdata didn't have VBAP-POSNR item, field was added.
Now after SO was created in VA03 I can saw my changed numeration position.
Problem is that VA03 after dbl click on other item that first and in condition tab I don't have require tax condion.
When I remove POSNR changes (then item numeration is one by one) all require tax fields are available.
Is there any other kind of method for this requirement ?
Really thanks.

    Hi Expert ,
I have a scenario in which the source side is idoc and target side is mesaage header + idoc strucure .then we have to send the IDOC XML along with the header field to target .I am facing the problem in creation the target structure . My target strucure is :
    ED_CommonMessage
        <Header>
             <field1>
             < field2>
         <field n>
    </Header>
    <payload>
    <idoc str...>
    </Payload>
I have created the XSD for header and in that under payload I am refering the IDOC XSD . I have also icluded the IDOC XSD . In Altova its coming fine .   In IR (external defination) i am exporting both the XSD (the IDOC and the Main one) . Again on IDOC ED source I am writng the main ED name also Moreover in the Main ED External Referneces the name of IDOC ED is also coming . But when in message mapping  I am opening the Main ED then the idoc structure is not coming there .only the idoc name is coming other details are missing.
PFA the XSD which I am importing as Main ED.

  • Creation of Server Proxy for  Message interface with External Defination

    Dear All,
I am getting a problem while generating a server proxy for the inbound interface . The request message used in the inbound interface is a external definition which is uploaded using a XSD file. The XSD file was supplied by a third party which is having very high complex strucuture and used lot of abstract data types in the design. When i tried to generate the proxy in the R/3 system (Transaction SPROXY) for the inbound interface i am getting following error.
Interface uses external and internal message definitions
    Message no. SPRX122 *
    Diagnosis
In a message interface you can use messages from different sources:
Message types and fault message types edited in the Enterprise Services Repository
Messages imported into the Enterprise Services Repository (external definitions, RFC, IDoc)
In the current message interface, message types from different sources have been used. Since messages from these different sources must be handled differently during proxy generation, such a mixture of messages within a message interface is not possible.
    System Response
    The interface cannot be generated.
    Procedure
Change the interface definition accordingly in the Enterprise Services Repository.
Please guide me, how to generate the proxy for the interface with external defination message. I could nt geneate manullay, because it is having very high complexity and its a big structure.
Is there is any way to generate the proxy for interface with external definition
    Regards
    Vijayanand

    Hi,
    i.       Import your message schemas from external definitions, or RFCs or IDocs from SAP systems. These definitions already contain data types.
ii.       Create a message interface and reference the messages of the external definition, or the RFC or IDoc message.
Check this, it may help you

  • Purchase order IDOC: output

    Hi
I did configure a the following.
    1.Outbound message type <b>ORDERS</b>
    2.Outbound receiver port : TRfc
    3.Basictype <b>ORDERS05</b>
    4.Message control: Application <b>EF</b> Message type <b>NEU</b> . Process code <u>ME10</u>
What do i need to configure additionally so that the purchase order idoc get exported?

    Naresh
This is what i did already.
When i create the order ,  i user NEU AS as output and "distribution ALE" as medium. I then select LS (logical system) as Partner function and SAPBC as partner.
I get a warning message "Partner SAPBC does not exist for partner function LS".
When i go back to the messages, it is unprocessed. When i display the communication method, i get the error "No communication data has been defined for transmission medium A"
    Any idea why?

  • EDI Mapping to ORDERS IDOC - urgent

    Hi All,
My scenario is creation of sales orders in R/3 using inbound EDI messages.
Source is the Seeburger external definition(ORDERSV9)(Copied object into my name space) and the target message is the orders IDOC(R/3)(imported).
my question is: we have many segments and the feilds in the target message(IDOC). how will in know which feilds from source message are mapped to the correct feild in correct segment of the target message.
Please clarify as I'm stuck in Mapping?
    Cheers,
    Smith

    Hi Liang,
I know the structure, feilds and the data in the feilds of the EDI structure. I just need to know to which target feilds in IDOC the respective source feilds are mapped to?
In target IDOC structure we have nearly 100 feilds and i'm not sure which feilds are to be mapped to create a sales order in R/3.
Fucntional consultants couldnt help much and are not completely aware where the data is posted in the sales order from the feilds in the idoc structure.
I'm waiting for any EDI experts to respond. Will see

  • Wrong customer number in ORDERS IDoc

    Hello gurus,
we are trying to send MM orders from one of our company codes to another one (same system, same client).
The ORDERS IDoc is sent without error, but the we get an error message on the inbound side:
VKORG, VTWEG, SPART cannot be determined for customer 0000569630, vendor 0020011961
    Message no. VG204
    Diagnosis
No sales organization, distribution channel or division were sent to the IDOC. This data is necessary if a sales order is to be added automatically. If this data is unavailable, you cannot create a sales order document.
    Procedure
If data on the sales organization, distribution channel and division have not been entered in the IDOC, it must be determined using a user exit defined in the program.
The thing is, the customer does not have the number 569630 in our system! Still the number is in the E1EDKA1 AG segment in PARTN. The vendor number is correct.
Where does this strange customer number come from?
    Cheers
    Alicia

    hi,
you have three possibilities to determine the organizational data in SD
    during the EDI inbound process.
The first possibility is to send these fields in the Idoc-Segment
    E1EDK14 (Qualifier 006 - division, Qualifier 007 - distribution chanel,
Qualifier 008 - sales organization, Qualifier 010 - sales group,
    Qualifier 012 - ordertype,  Qualifier 016 - Sales office)
The second possibility to determine is table EDSDC. In this table You
can make table entries for sales organization, distribution chanel and
division per customer and vendor. You need an sold-to party and a
E1EDKA1 segment with an filled vendor in field E1EDKA1-LIFNR.
(transaction VOE2). Please check these settings.
The third possibility is to fill it in the IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS user-exits.
For error analyis, see SAP note 380603

  • Generating purchase order idoc, when a sales order is created

    Hi folks,
we need to send purchase order idoc from SAP to some external system. Once sales order is created, it should automatically generate the purchase order idoc and send to the external system....Any document showing step by step configuration to do so? I have basic knowldege of ALE and IDOC...please suggest me the configuration steps in detail...
               Thanks in advance,
                 Shyam.

    Hi,
    1. Configure the IDoc with message type ORDERS and basic IDoc type as ORDERS05 (You have to follow common step-by-step approach)
    2. Configure Message Control to automatically generate IDoc whenever a Sales Order is created. (I mean output type)
So whenever a Sales Order is created, output type will generate an IDoc.
    Hope this information is useful.

  • PRICING Procedure in SAP for an Incomming Sales Order IDOC

    Hi Friends,
Here is a situation what we have and what we intend to do.
We would be getting a Sales Order IDOC and when it hits the SAP..it comes with
-Material, Qty and Price per material
    -Total Freight
    -Total Tax
i.e the Pricing conditions are not maintained in SAP at all..we would just get the IDOC externally and the SAP needs to read the material, Qty at line item,
take the total freight as it comes, and total Tax as it comes in the Idoc.
My thoughts were to have all the Conditons PR00 (ZR00), KF00 (ZF00), UTXJ (ZTXJ) . ZR00 to set as Manual condition. ZF00 as header Freight and Manual condition, ZTXJ as header condition and Manual.
I therefore was trying to figure out the best way to set the pricing procedure.
Please let me know if I am on right track if not which is the way I need to set.
    Thank you
    Ravi

    HI Ravi,
I think your issue is solved now...so for the benefit of SDN members....can you share the solution..as I am also working on the same requirement !!

  • Procurement of external services in production orders

    Dear Sirs,
We need to procure external service in production order as is done in maintenance order using a control key like PM03, it means, we need to create, automatically, purchase requisition with item category D (service). Therefore transaction COR1 (production order creation) doesn't allow to use any kind of control key which has T430-SERVICE flagged.
Do you have any idea how to solve this?
    Best Regards,
    Carlos Daniel

Please update the control key that you are using for this activity under -
    IMG>Production>Capacity Requirements Planning>Routing data>Define control key
Here, you have to flag the check box " Schedule Ext. Operation" & maintain the " Ext Processing indicator"
    Thanx!!

  • External defination

    Hi,
could you please let me know,
forc external defination we need to create message interface
    with inbound or outbound.
i mean, i configure the standard idoc by changing occurancese to unbounded and import it as external defination.
for this we need to create message interface.

    Hi,
To  make my self as clear
    you have IDOC---File scenario
You have created External def with this IDOC by changing the Occurence.
u have created the IDOC as O/b Async and File as Inbound Async
You have added the Business service to the sender IDOC service in ID.
While creating the Interface det in ID you are unable to find the Interface which u created using External def. Am i right???
Try to select the interface by selecting ALL Radio button.
Make sure that u have activated all the IR development.

  • External defination help

    Hello everyone,
i have a requirement to convert CSV file to XML file, i am almost done with the interface, but i have a small issue.
My trading partner want one of the target node as shown below
    LUCENT.ACKNOWLEDGE_DELIVERY_001.INVDETAIL.USERAREA
the problem is PI does not accept any symbols like .+-
to deal with this i have approached the below process suggested by one of our friend on SDN
    1. Create your data type, (without dots) in PI
    2. Export the XSD
    3. Add dot to all the fields which you need
    4. Import it back as a XSD (external definition)
    5. You have now dots in the required fields
i have imported the XSD as external defination but dont know how to use it as Data Type, can any one please help me out.

    Yes, you can use it.
It actually is your Message Type. It is similar like your BAPI or IDoc that you import and directly use them in message mapping/interface defining.
Similarly you can use it as Messag type.
If you want to edit your XSD, open the XSD file in third party tools like XML Spy, notepad(not user friendly).., and re-import it back!

  • What is main diff b/w imported Archives and External Defination in IR

What is main diff b/w imported Archives and External Defination in IR

    Hi Vijay,
ED-standard schema for describing the message structure. If you have the structure provided to you from some external application you can use it in PI directly without recreating in PI.you can import following formats which are used to describe message schema
    WSDL (Web Service Description Language),
    XSD (XML Schema Definition Language),
    DTDs (Document Type Definitions)
Imported Archives: its used basically for java and xslt mapping where you create the required mapping externally using some tools
(java-eclipse/NWDS .XSLT-stylus studio). You can also implement XSLT and Java mappingsf and save them as archives in the Integration Repository.

If you have records that show that you've taken your MacBook Pro in for a year to fix the machine, I would escalate the problem to Apple Customer Relations - unfortunately I don't have a number for Spain.
It would only seem logical to me that if you've been trying to have the machine repaired during the time that the 'recall' was in effect that you should be eligible for a new logic board. But only customer relations will be able to make that call.

  • How to transfer sales order idoc from R/3 to CRM

    Hi,
I want to generate the sales order idoc in R/3 (ORDERS) and replicates to CRM through XIF adapter.
The sales documents are not realy existing in R/3. We can only get the information from related biling documents and try to gerenate ORDERS idoc.
The problem is how to map R/3 idoc to CRM idoc(CRMXIF_ORDER_SAVE_M01). The administration console seems can only send the idocs but not receiving them.
    Thanks,
    Ina

    Hello Yina,
Can you please answer the questions? I am a little bit confused.
If you don't have the order in R/3, are you not going to create one when creating the ORDERS IDoc? If yes, then this order will go to CRM automatically if you have the middleware set properly.
If you are NOT creating any order in R/3 during the IDoc step, Why would you want the order in CRM when you don't have it in R/3?
Are you not going to keep the middleware between R/3 and CRM open? If you keep it open, the order from CRM will crossover to R/3 - in which case you could have created the order in R/3 in the first step itself !!!
If you are not keeping the middleware open between R/3 and CRM - I don't know why would you want to keep the orders in CRM, but not in R/3. Is it because of lack of good CRM consultants in the project?
