Final balance after account closure

I've closed my account and can no longer login via the verizonwireless website. How can I get my outstanding balance? I cannot contact support via web or phone without an active phone number it seems.

A final paper bill will be snail mailed to your address on record.

  • How to Zero Debt After Account Closure Date in MDX Calculated Measure

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me with the below problem.
I’m building a Finance cube, it holds all customers we have billed and any cash received against their debt. I have a few calculated measures that work out Total Debt, Total Cash. From these I have a calculated measure called Total Debt Outstanding which
is (Total Debt - Total Cash)
My problem, when an account is closed the debt is not always zero. We don’t always get all the cash to cover the debt so just write off the outstanding debt. I have a requirement to zero out the debt after closure date has passed.
If I look at the calculated measure [Total Debt Outstanding] today for all accounts it will include debt figures from closed accounts, I need the calculated measure
[Total Debt Outstanding] to ignore this and not to inflate my current debt figure.
    Example
    Account 12345, Debt £3142 added on 15/03/2013, Cash £1,687
received on 12/12/2013, Total Debt Outstanding £1107. The Account closed on 15/12/2013 with a balance of £1107, after the closure date I need the total Debtor outstanding figure to be £0 if you browse the cube with my date dimension.
My date dimension Hierarchies is Year-Quarter-Month-Day
I have tried using the Scope function to Zero the Total Debt Outstanding figure after closure date but can’t get it to work.
    My scope calculation is below:
    Scope([Measures].[Total Debt Outstanding]);
    This = IIF([Date].[Year-Quarter-Month-Day].Currentmember > [ClaimData].[Closed].[Closed].Currentmember,0,[Measures].[Total Debt Outstanding]);
    End Scope;
My Account Opening and Closing dates are in my ClaimData fact table, with Opening Date linked to the date dimension. I can’t link Closing date as we don’t always have a closing date until the account closes, so SSAS errors.
    Many Thanks

    Hi,
Try compare key value of members. For example,
    [Date].[Year-Quarter-Month-Day].Currentmember.Properties("key") > [ClaimData].[Closed].[Closed].Currentmember.Properties.("key")
And think about UnknownMember in Date dimension. In this case you can link Closing date

How can I verify credit for an itunes card that has already been redeemed?  My Grandson and I both redeemed itune cards on our shared account about the same time. There isn't a credit balance after his purchase?

Have you checked the account's purchase history to see if anything could have used up the balance : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support ?
If there aren't any purchases then try logging out and back into the account (e.g. on your iPad tap on your id in Settings > Stores and then log back in) and see if a balance then shows on it. My account's balance shows at the top right of the store's page on my computer's iTunes, by clicking on my name towards the top right of the iTunes screen, and by logging in to view my account via the Store > View Account menu option. On my iPad devices it shows at the bottom of, for example, the Featured tab in the App Store app under my account id (or you can view your account via Settings > Stores and it should show on the screen that you are taken to)

    Hi Guys,
I am trying to close an IHC current account in SAP In-House cash system using transaction code F9K2-Change Current account.

    Hi,
Please check the Holiday Calendar assign to account to be closed in tab “Administration Data”(T-code F9K2)  & see in  configuration whether same holiday calendar  is linked with factory calendar or not (using T-code: SCAL or table TFACD).

  • Inconsistent delivery balance after return with restocking fee

My client does not like the work around she must use to delete negative delivery balances after returns are processed with a restocking fee. Here is her description of the problem:
    1. We receive this unit back from customer. When a return is created the unit is received back into stock and cost account is credited.
    2. We revised the unit and decided to accept the return but charge a 10% restocking fee which means we will give back to the customer only 90% of what he paid for the unit.
When a credit memo is created, the customer receives the credit and the revenue account is debited. Also the base return document is closed.
    3. However the system indicates that there is a negative delivery amount of $509 (On the BP master screen)  We donu2019t want to see that balance; there is no document open linked to that balance.
If I do the same process, but add the total credit amount to the unit price directly the system does not show this negative balance even though the total amount of the return document is different than the total amount of the credit memo.
In order for me to clear that balance, I needed to create a return, copy it to a credit memo, and create an invoice to offset the invoice.
Is ther a better way to do this?

The proper way to do it would be full credit plus new service invoice to complete this transaction.  The restocking fee s a new charge to customer.  That process will reflect the true financial transaction.
    Thanks,
    Gordon

  • Credit Memo all my material items to be directly posted to Balance Sheet account

    Hi Experts
My client has a  scenario where for certain items they create a credit memo request document and finally a credit memo document from the VKOA system is picking the revenue bearing GL and posting all the line items to that G/L account
Manually my customer is again checking and extracting the p/l and posting to balance sheet account
is there a way where we can directly post these entries to Balance Sheet account
    Best Regards
    Waseem

    Hi Sanil
Thanks for the quick reply, can we assign a balance sheet account directly in VKOA in the G/L account field or do we need to add this in directly in Provision acc field
As suggested by you we already have the access sequence with respect to Order Reason, I am just doubtful wether we can directly give Balance Sheet account in G/L account field
    Best Regards

  • I am having trouble with my iphone5. I finally had SFR after 2 hours or more waiting to switch the service of the sim card. The phone worked finally but after upgrading my itunes, the iphone 5 will not even let me sign in nor give password.

I was so happy to receive my iphone5 today but, happiness turned into frustration. The new sim card was unlocked etc... The phone finally worked after 2 hrs or more and since I upgraded my itunes, the phone is blocked. It will only let me after being turned on unlock the phone. Once I get to ID apple and password, I can put it in but, then it says it has timed out. It also says I cannot connect to the server. What is going on???
I am in France and there is no Apple Store open on Sunday, my phone service is closed as well.
I hope somone can help me asap.
    Thanks

I think you can solve your problems by removing your AppleID email address from BOTH the Messages setting on your iPhone and the iMessages settings on your Mac.
    On iPhone:
    Settings > Messages > iMessage > Dissabled
Settings > Messages > Send & Receive > touch the "(i)" < touch "Remove This Email"
    On Mac:
    Open "Messages" application
    Click "Messages menu > Preferences
    Click "Accounts"
    Select your AppleID account
Under the "You can be reached for messages at" settings, uncheck your AppleID email address and your phone number
Then uncheck the "Enable this account" setting
And lastly, ask all of your friends with iPhones to delete all iMessage conversations (blue bubbles) in their entirety.
To test, send a friend a new text using their phone number (not their email address) and watch the color of the bubble.  If it's green then you are using SMS.

  • Goods receipt(PO) - balance sheet account

    Hi,
Can someone explain to me what does posting to balance sheet account upon goods receipt means?
Does balance sheet account = inventory account?
Does this mean that the inventory qty has to be increased after GR?
    Thanks

Thanks both of you for the replies.
Can you advise me on how to resolve the below scenarios?
1)Currently, for sales order purchases, we are using acct assign category "sales order" in PO, the stock qty is consumed by the sales order upon goods receipt.
And it will post to COGS & GR/IR acct upon Goods receipt.
If the requirement is to post to balance sheet account upon GR,
-does that mean I have to bring this qty into inventory?
    - meaning I should be using another acct assign category in the PO.
2)Another scenario is that  they also purchase services for the sales order,  and they are handling this purchase using another customized acct assign category in the PO that allows you to post to G/L acct directly without cost center. (no material master entered in the PO)
Upon IV, it will post to COGS and vendor accounts.
If the requirement is to post to balance sheet account upon IV,
    - is that possible?
    - Does that mean i have to bring this services into inventory as well? does not really make sense..
Hope one of you can clear my doubts on this..

  • Caary forward of balance sheet accounts

    Hello,
I do have a problem with the carrying forward of balance sheet accounts. I would like to write the closing balance of the accounts of the previous month to the opening balance of the following month. It is for operative planning. I have created following business rule within the Finance application of BPC for the account technical equipment:
Account                    Account Detail      Account   Account Detail   Reverse   Data       Same    YTD
(Closing Bal.)                       (Opening Bal.)    Sign    Src. Type  Period
11101020_TEEQMAOW  ACLO      11101020_TEEQMAOW  AOPE          False     ALL     False    False
I have also created an account transformation rule with analogue specification.
I have referenced both of them in the default.lgf:
    *SysLib Stored_Procedure_wrapper.lgl
    RunCopyOpening(FINANCE,%RptCurrency_Set%,%Category_Set%)
    *Commit
    *SysLib Stored_Procedure_wrapper.lgl
    RunCalcAccount(FINANCE,%Category_Set%,%RptCurrency_Set%)
    *Commit
I have also tried the RunCalcAccount formula with fixed values instead of variable ones.
Before and after I send data with EVDRE, I ran the data manager default package, it runs OK, but it doesn't seem to make any calculations.
Is there any SQL logic or do I have to run the data manger differently? I already have tried some other logic from the user guide and the help, but it didn't work.
Can anybody help me, I'm happy to provide more information.
    Thanks in advance!

But if the YTD data structure won't work for you, I wouldn't even waste the time -- focus on the SPRunCalcAccount syntax, and the corresponding "account transformation" business rule table.

    Thank you very much Tim!
I know have tried to compose a SPRunCalcAccount Logic , as well as two SQL logics. Sadly, none of them works.
    SPRunCalcAccount Logic:
    *RUN_STORED_PROCEDURE=SPRUNCALCACCOUNT([Finance], [CPlan1])
I have filled out the Business Rule table for the account transformation with the following information:
    11101020_TEEQMAOW    ACLO  11101020_TEEQMAOW  AOPE   False     -1     False   0
Is it OK to fill in -1 for Period and to leave the data source empty?
I have written the logic in the default.lgf to test it, but nothing happened? Do I have to include a Time member?
The two script logics are as follows:
    *CALC_EACH_PERIOD
    *WHEN ACCOUNT
    *IS AOPE, MOVEMENTS
    *REC(ACCOUNT=ACLO)
    *REC(ACCOUNT=AOPE,TIME=NEXT)
    *ENDWHEN
AOPE stands for the Opening Balance within the Account subtable Acctdetail. ACLO stands for the Closing Balance.
    *WHEN ACCOUNT.FINSTMT
    *IS BS
    *REC(FACTOR=GET(ACCTDETAIL=ACLO, TIME=PRIOR), ACCTDETAIL=AOPE)
    *ENDWHEN
BS stands for Balance Sheet within the Account Property FINSTMT (Financial Statement).
Hope this is enough information for you. I thank you very much in advance!

  • XL Reporter opening balance for account

    Hello,
I want to have in XL Reporter an list with all the tranzaction of an account in a certain day. I also need to have the balance before that day (previous opening balance) and the balance after that day, just like in General Ledger Report in SBO. I don't know how to access this opening balance. Should I add all the debits and substract all the credits before that day? What about the opening balance of the year?
    Thank you,
    Irina

Tks for your info. If you are not in a hurry, I will try to check that here but I don't promise.
I am very busy in this last of this year since there is a company that did not pay the 2007 maintenance fee because their required reports did not created yet, meanwhile as far as I know customized report is not part of SAP B1 maintenance and support. The reports they want must be similar like platinum's reports.
I could send you files related to XL reporter if you need it. Btw, where are you from ?

    Hi ,
earliar also i have given same quation replay, possiblity is there for change GL account type.
When you tray to can change to Balance sheet account from FS00 screen u can get following error message
"Cannot change control of Profit and lossaccount (primary cost elements exist)
"The data contains error, you cannot save"
and if u open that message u can get the following message no.
"The data contains error, you cannot save
    Message no. FH511"
it can not be save. so u comeback from fs00 screen
go to OBA5 and give the application are FH and enter, after that select new entries, select the drop down button select your message 511, in online column select W for warning and save.
then u can get the change.
please ensure that if you have not completed the year ending closing procedure the above shoul do..
but your case last year also some entries thre in that particular GL account, so u can not do the above method.
You cannot change the account type.
you need to block that gl account and crete a new GL
pass journals entries to transfer from old p&l gl account to new b/s account
please try it and come back me
assign points if it is useful,
If u find the solution close the issue and assign points.
    thanks

  • Reverse account closure

Is there a way to release a bank account (F9K3) after the account has been closed via transaction F9KD?
    Thanks.

    Hello,
    I dont think so.
We can not reverse the account closure once we closed it.
If you want to use the same account in future then just block the account. And dont close it so that you can use it in future.
