Folders not available in SAP Business workplace(SBWP)

Hi,
When i click on any of the folder in SAP Business workplace,the folders are getting disappeared and i am getting the message "Folder inbox no longer available".
Please let me know if any one you have faced the same problem.

Talking about SAP BUSINESS WORKPLACE , someone knows if exists there options to change about rules of the kind of messages that arrives in the inbox. One message to the corresponding folder x and other message to other folder..
Other problem that i'm having is that: if click the worklow folder that contains subfolders i can't see all the documents in those folders but in qa i can.
The thing is that if i click in the tree the worklow folder that have subfolders i can't see all the documets.
Something know about that?.

Check the relevant Datasource for your Infocube in help.sap.com. Install from RSA5 and RSA6 in ECC side.
Replicate in BW and Install your Cube from BI content.
Actually you can check your cube in Meta data repository.

Hyperlink in OO-ALV to Sap-Business- Workplace-Dokuments

Hello specialists,
I have implemented hyperlinks to an oo-based ALV-List
( please see sample code later ). Now we have the problem that these hyperlinks only work in a local network-area.
But we have also foreign-departments on our SAP-system, that have no access to our network.
Now the question: is it also possible to create hyperlinks
assigned to SAP-Business-Workplace-documents ?
Do you have a solution for this problem ?

Send spool to SAP Business workplace by a job

Hi All,
I have scheduled one job in sap for a report. I have to send the spool created to a SAP Business workplace's user.
I have made it by the botton 'Spool list recipient' in SM36. The job is running successfully and spool list is sending successfully too, the problem is that the user doesn't receive the complete list.
Nevertheless, if I access to spool order (SP01) and I try sending the list by menu: Spool request >Forward>Send using SAPoffice, the spool list is sending completly!!!!
Does anybody has any idea about this?

Yes, We have A/P and A/R credit memos.
For A/P Credit Memo :
In Purchase A/P --> A/P Credit Memo will be available.
When we want to return the Goods we purchased to vendor after Preparing A/P Invoice means we will use A/P Credit Memo.
For A/R Credit Memo :
In Sales A/R --> A/R Credit memo will be available.
When we receive the sold goods after preparing A/R Invoice then we use A/R Credit Memo while receiving the Returned Goods.

Am running Server tools in Administrator Login only with Full Permissions.
The License manager and DI server is running Only The SBO_Backup service is not Running!!!

XL Reporter not loaded in SAP Business One Resource Error

I have installed SAP B 1 and using SQL Server 2k for database. I have got problem loading time of add-on i.e. XL Reporter below given error occur. Any expert can guide me to resolve this.
(1) Unable to connect SAP Business One
The requested lookup key was not found in any active activation context
(2) then message shows " Unable to connect DI " , Resource Error

Most of the times this message appears to users who have got .Net Framework 1.0 and 2.0 installed on their machines at the same time. That actually confuses the XL Reporter on which to run. I would recommend creating an XML file with the name as "SBOXLReporter.exe.config" and save it at the following XLReporter working location
C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One\AddOns\XLR\XLReporter\Client\
Make sure u paste the following text as it is in that XML File and save it and then run XLReporter. Hope it works out.

Menu option not available in SAP GUI transaction in Portal

Hi all,
When accessing SAP Transaction iview via the portal 7.31 the drop down menu option is not available in the first session.
It is available in the second session and when accessing SAP Traansaction directly from the SAPLOGON pad, the option allows users to open other sessions and stop transactions.
How can we enable the menu option in Transaction iview in Portal?
Plz find the attaches screen shot of error.

Tree tab folders not available in WCS tool

The user was using the folders in My Content tab in contributor Interface (screenshot is attached) . Now the folders are not available in that tab. We have to create\ recover the folders which are deleted. As per the screenshot the 'Correct TAB' image was the one when the folders were available and 'Wrong TAB' is the one now when the folders are not available. We need to create \ recover the folders which are available in correct tab. Please suggest.

First of all, can you check the Tree tabs list in Staging environment and compare with QAT environment?
AdminUI -> Admin -> Tree (double-click). Check the list of Tree tabs present in both environment and compare. Is the tree tab which was configured to show in Content Tree are present or not. This is should be same for QAT and Staging environment. If any missing, then you can probably just create same tree tabs which are present in QAT environment or publish them from Development environment.
Second, if tree tab is present in the list, then check if that tree tab is enabled for the Site (if you are using multiple sites, then you have to select all the sites where you want to show Tree Tabs).
Third, check if the user has correct Roles to see the Tree tabs or not. Check the "Required Roles" column for the tree tab and the users Roles.
If all of the above are okay, then you might try to turn on debugging and see while tree tab loads up and check if any errors in java console. Also check few details here - http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E29542_01/doc.1111/e29634/custom_ui.htm#WBCSD2256 which may be helpful.

OSS note 1135038 not available on SAP service marketplace

I am unable to get OSS note 1135038 from SAP service marketplace. When I try to open it I get the message 'The requested SAP Note is either in reworking or is released internally only'.

Did you get this note number today by searching in SAP support portal?
It is either abandoned, or applies to one customer (only the customer is able to see it), or SAP is maintaining it and you should wait. Open a message if you have an express need, or if this note is in rework status since many days.

Folders not available on removeable media when assigned a different drive letter

I have LR 5.2 and I move files off onto a removable drive as a back-up and it allows me to share the pictures with them when they sometimes lose them. Windows 7 routinely assigns the drive to the letter M:, N:, and sometime P: and apparently I cannot see the folders unless the drive is assigned the same letter as it was when I imported the pictures into the catalog. The folders don’t even show up in the library, but if I do an import all of the folders appear as valid destinations within LR. How can I fix this? The first picture is a screen shot of the library; notice that the year 2013 is missing. The second screen shot is what appears when I go to import; note that 2013 appears. The folders simply do not appear in LR except when I attempt import.
When I look at N: in my “working catalog” it shows it as having catalog “AUMC” but the folders in it belong to the part of my working catalog that I have moved to a different external drive since they’re old picture I don’t use much. They all have question marks, but they are resolved with I attach the external drive with those folders on it.

I do not have access to Windows 7 right now, just windows 8. I am certain that Windows 7 has the same functionality, but my directions to get there may be off a bit as it may have changed.
1) Connect your external drive to your computer, and check what letter Windows gave it.
2) Go To Start->Run and enter 'diskmgmt.msc' (without the quotes)
3) A new window will come up. Maximise it, so you can see it all.
4) Torwards the bottom, you will a white box with the drive letter of your external disk in it.
5) Right click on this white box and select 'Change Drive Letter and Paths' (This may be slightly different in Windows 7).
6) If the 'Change' option is available then click on that, otherwise select 'add'
7) I suggest here you select a letter near the end of the alphabet to minimise the chances of another drive using it.
8) Windows should now try to use this letter each time it mounts the drive.
If windows continues to change the drive letter, then make sure that you 'eject' the drive properly each time because if you do not, windows may think that the drive letter is still in use.
Alternatively, in step 6 above, select 'add' and in there, you can give windows a path on your C drive to mount the disk to (make sure that the directory you select is totally empty). Then the whenever you connect your external hard disk to your computer, the contents will be available there. If you go this route though, make sure that you only wite to this directory when your external hard disk is connected.

Extranet Management menu is not available in SAP JAm enterprise edition

SAP Business Workplace - No log data exists message

Hi,
We have the work items of EDI 810 configured to reach the workflow inbox of certain users. The users have 300+ items in their workflow inbox - but when they click the Workflow Inbox they get a message - "No log data exists".
The message is an error type: Message BL 223
The message is coming from the function module BAL_CNTL_REFRESH.
We tried to get the same workflow positions assigned to our user id and the unprocessed 300 + items came to our inbox and we are able to view and process the work items without any issue.
The issue pertains only to the two users. It seems like it has something to do with the filter / layout settings set for the two users alone. Could you please advice.
