BAPI_INTERNALORDER_CREATE - Create Internal Order From Transferred Data.
BAPI_INTERNALORDER_GETDETAIL - Delivers master data, statuses, and allowed transactions for internal orders
BAPI_INTERNALORDER_GETLIST - Delivers lists of internal orders according to various criteria.
BAPI_INTERNALORDER_SAVEREPLICA - Replicate Individual Internal Order (ALE).
A few more apart from BAPIs are -
ALE_INTERNALORDER_CREATE
ALE_INTERNALORDER_DB_CHANGE
ALE_INTERNALORDER_SAVEREPLICA

I am trying to find a function module or BAPI for internal order change. I did come across a function module ALE_INTERNALORDER_DB_CHANGE which directly updates the internal order using insert statements. Can i use this for internal order change or this is any other Function module for updating the internal order.
I dont want to use BDC as a option. Please suggest.

By mentioning status do you mean Object status or Document status??
For Object status you may use FM: STATUS_MAINTAIN
For document status it changes according to flow.

hi ruchi,
sory for the late respond, got a lot works to be done.
based on my experience, you need several more information such as currency, uom for quantity, sales organization, etc.
and honestly, i have never tried to create an order by just using 3 information ( sold to party, item, and quantity ),
but i think it is possible because some of the information can be determined using configuration, but still some information is missing and the order that you create will have an error and you can't do next process of the order unless somebody fix / fill the information needed.
just an idea, perhaps you need some z-tables to put your certain information needed for order creation and the information is maintained for each sold to party ( sold to party is a key of z-tables ) and each time order is created, all information will be query in this tables.
and for this tables may be you can create an offline maintainance scenario using an adobe document. by this way, the sold to party can maintained all his/her/their information by them self.
and by using this scenario, you can still maintain / create the order by programming ( perhaps using function module CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN or else ).
actually i want to implement in my company but don't have a chance becuase all has been set up and the management will think twice for implementing this scenario.

Function Module to create a Sales Order in CRM

I want to create a function module which creates a Sales Order in CRM.
As of now, I'm making use of the function module 'BAPI_BUSPROCESSND_CREATEMULTI'.
I have product ID and Quantity.
Please let me know what all rest of the fields are mandatory to create a Sales Order using this function module.

Depending upon the configuration many things could be mandatory. Assuming no such things in your system, Process type (order type) is required and it is good to give the Sold-To business partner and the Org Details, for the Header information. For the item information, you need the Product and Quantity.
In theory, in CRM, you can create a transaction and "save" it with lot of errors. So, even if you don't give enough information, you will have a transaction with error. You can later fix it the input to fix the errors.
Best way to know is to use your SAPGUI (CRM Online) version crmd_order and find for your implementation.

We are implementing ESS for US.
Our client wants the employee to create the Benefit adjustment reason in ESS itself wherein standard SAP does not have this provision.
Hence kindly let me know the RFC Function module/BADI to create Adjustment reason and then follow the enrolment.
I want the input parameters like employee number, date, adjustment reason.....
3 input field

check BAPI "EmployeeBenAdjReason.Create" or function module "HR_BEN_BENADJREAS_CREATE".
it creates an adj. reason (IT0378) based on: Employee number, date of validity and adj. reason.
note: you need to pass the adj. reason as a BOR object to the function module.

Hi,
You should be able to read the Order short text directly from table AUFK. The Order long text or task list long text can be read by using FM "Read_text". Use Goto> Header on every long text screen to identify the parameters that need to be passed hen using this FM.

Normally, you post a reversing document in the same period you posted the original document. The period of the original document must be open to post a reversing document. If the period is not open, you can overwrite the posting date field with a date in an open period, such as the current period.

Changing internal order's via Inbound IDOC

Hi,
      We are having Inbound interface set for creating internal order's using message type 'INTERNAL_ORDER_CREATE01'.
       But when any existing internal order is changed it is giving status 51 with error 'Order already exists'.
      I am wondering how can we handle the changed order situation via inbound IDOC . Is it possible to do it via message type 'INTERNAL_ORDER_CREATE01'.

The idoc Status 51 for indound idoc is....
51 Application document not posted
the possible solution is checkthe Partner profile for the Idoc and Port number..
and go to T_code we20 and check the Partner.and check the Syntax in the application tool bar...
then you will come to know the problem..
and if you wan to changed order situation via inbound IDOC , yes it is possibel.
go to t-code we57 and check the Function module attached to the message type .
and go to FM and find hte customer exit and read the segment which contains order situation and modify the segment..
i hope this will solve the problem..

We are working in version 4.6 C. The BAPI to maintain a PM order 'BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN' is not available here. Is there any other function module/ BAPI which I can use to maintain the PM order.
