The instructions on the Apple website assume that the customer has a micro USB by stating, "Connect one end of the micro-USB cable to the back of your Apple TV, and the other end to one of your computer's USB ports." As a customer, I understand by the language used that I should have the micro USB included with the Apple TV. If we are to supply our own micro USB cables, a re-wording of the instructions would alleviate any misunderstandings. Apple should start out by writing, "You will need to obtain a micro USB cord separetely from the Apple TV."

I have bought Iphone 5 with no contract (649$ + Tax) and i've activated it with nano sim of sprint (without having sprint account)
i am outside US now , and i was discover that the phone can't be used because the activation with other sim is failed.
Sprint says that can't do anything if i dont have sprint account (no sure why they cant locate it VIA SN\IMEI).
what should i do in order to unlock it ?
ThanksYou bought a Sprint phone. Sprint phones are NOT unlocked. Sprint will only unlock the SIM slot for current Sprint customers in good standing for use while travelling internationally.
You bought the wrong phone. Since you're not a Sprint customer, you can not get it unlocked. Sell it to someone in the US and buy a phone you can use. -

Welcome to the Apple Community.
If your problem persists get yourself a micro USB cable (sold separately), you can restore your Apple TV from iTunes:
1. Remove ALL cables from Apple TV. (if you don't you will not see Apple TV in the iTunes Source list)
2. Connect the micro USB cable to the Apple TV and to your computer.
3. Reconnect the power cable (only for Apple TV 3)
4. Open iTunes.
5. Select your Apple TV in the Source list, and then click Restore. -

My Iphone won't charge and will only display an apple symbol that flashes on and off. The apple seems to have a split through it which I havent seen before. Theres no battery icon. I've plugged it into my coomputer and that hasnt worked. Tried to hold the on/off and power button together. Nothing seems to be working. Has anyone got any ideas. thanks

Have you tried rebooting your iPad?
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
If that does not work, you can try restoring your iPad iOS Software.

Make sure that you read the article all the way through and pay attention to the last part that talks about using recovery mode. -
