Do you mean you selected Erase All Content and Settings at Settings > General > Reset?

Usually pixelation on the screen is the result of zoom turned up too high. Double click the Hand Tool and see if that fixes it.

We'll need a screenshot of the Photoshop screen with the image loaded.
Also a screen shot of Image > Image size dialog will help us to see what is going on. Set the units to pixels.

When you saw this dialog box, did you choose "Erase and Sync"?
If you did, your iPhone was erased, then your iTunes Library was transferred to it. If your iTunes Library was empty, your iPhone will be also.
Your previously purchased music, apps, books, and videos are still yours. You just have to download them again.

I need a help !!! How do you add musci to the Iphone? I just installed itunes 11.1.5.5. Now the format in Itunes is changed. when I am trying to add music to my iphone, there is no longer an add button under the Iphone device. Why did they have to change this? Can anyone help, Im tryiong to add music.
Correct. When you purchase devices, they would have stated the OS they needed to work, on the box. This can be overlooked, but it is very important to check when purchasing.
You current OS, is so old, that they technology build into the new devices, is not something your OS understands. It didn't exist when your OS was created, and therefore you need to upgrade the OS to work with the newer technology of these devices.

I just switch from a Windows 8 machine to a MacPro and when I try and sync my iPhone 5s for the first time it says that sync will erase everything on my phone because it is still synced to my old computer. Any suggestions?

I have an iPhone and recently bought an iPod 4 touch what l am using the same apple ID for. The iPod won't let me download songs from iTunes it is asking me security questions which I don't think I have put answers to in the first place, because of this it won't let me buy any songs on iTunes
It's probably asking you to verify the security code found on the back of your credit card.

I cannot access my old email address anymore, however I have used it for my apple ID and now I want to delete it because the account has never been verified in the first place so my password for it doesn't work. So when I want to download apps I have to sign in with apple id but I can't so I made a new one, However I can't seem to be able to delete the old one. What do I do?
You can't merge Apple IDs. You also can't cancel (delete) and existing ID, you can only choose to stop using it.
If your old ID was compromised and you can no longer access it, you'll have to contact Apple for assistance. Go to https://expresslane.apple.com ; click 'See all products and services' at the bottom of the page. In the next page click 'More Products and Services, then 'Apple ID'. Since installing Ios7 280 music tunes out of a total of 360 will now only play when I'm within range of WiFi. The remainder now appear with the stupid Icloud logo beside them. How can I get them back on my Iphone 4s and scrap this stupid icloud that I did not want or ask for in the first place. Why can't rotten apple ask if you want the dam icloud rather than just stealing everything without permission and then you can only have access to it through wifi.

What I've did is I turned off iTunes Match on my iPhone, then turned in on again. Now in my iTunes library on my mac I can get the duplicates to be matched or uploaded to iCloud with a right-click, add to iCloud. iTunes Match starts to check the songs and everything is done correctly. Pretty nice! -
I downloaded two videos from itunes into Media Go and I can't play or transfer them to my Walkman. Please help. I'm new at this and haven't a clue as to what I should do. Is Media Go the wrong place to put the videos? Thanks. Earl G.

I have updated my iPhone 4 for the first time in about a year. I had synced it so my photos should be safe but it's now telling me I have to restore. I'm worried I will lose my messages and whatsapp videos as I have a pc so these aren't saved elsewhere
Restore from backup and everything will be exactly as it was when the backup was created.
