Help me please my firefox wont run

im using my mint fifteen as an alternative to my ubuntu 12.04 for now since it keeps crashing.
my ubuntu fell over when i was out of the room and it completely crashed i relogged and tried to run the firefox but it crashed i did this 3 times and then opened my computer pulled all my things out and rebuilt it (not inccluding mother board) so i check to see all ram... was in tightly and it was so i went back on and checked again it did work so i re installed firefox and deleted all firefox related files and then re installed still nothing im stuck now i dont know what to do ive ran in console and updated if you help me fix this ill be able to watch late night with cry and russ again!!!

ive also restarted computer repetitively

Glad it helped, It probably would have been better to get to the root cause of the problem but if it is working again that is the important thing.
You could have problems at some later date, and one of the most important things is likely to be your collection of bookmarks. It will be worthwhile regularly making manual backups of those, and keeping them somewhere safe outside of the main firefox folders, if you ever need to do a full uninstall and reinstall, including deletion of old firefox data at least you will then be able to reinstate bookmarks. see [[Backing up and restoring bookmarks]]

I have an flash swf in a site that runs on every browser except in Firefox. I get an warning telling me that the page requires a newer version of flash player but i already have the 10,0,32,18 and the swf was published for flash player 9.

The figures you mention only make sense on your intranet. Are you still using the same wireless router. The verizon one is somewhat limited as far as max wireless-n performace. For one thing it only has a 2.4 radio. I like many people who wanted wireless-n performance before they even added a wireless-n gigabit router, have my own handling my wireless-n network.

Trying to download Covenant Eyes & firefox wont let it happen. Please help.

A year ago we downloaded the program from covenanteyes.com using Vista and Firefox. All went well for months.
Since then, our laptop crashed (unrelated reason). All lost.
Started fresh with Windows 7. We are wanting to install Covenant Eyes on new system. Firefox wont let it download. Tried & tried. Covenant Eyes TS says they have seen a lot of this lately & that Firefox is looking at it as spam & blocking it without notice to customer.
My question... Is there any way to inform Firefox so they can stop this & see it as a legit program? We thank you.

Could you describe where the process breaks down? After you sign up, you click a download button, and then... Firefox never displays the dialog to Save or Cancel? Or Firefox appears to be downloading it, but when you go to access the file, it isn't there?
Can you download the program using Internet Explorer? It appears to be a single download that works on all your browsers, so if the solution isn't obvious, you might try that.

The settings for Javascript are either on or off, Fireefox 24 doesn't give you a option to turn off Javascript, unless you installed something like NoScript extension (or some other Javascipt blocking add-on)
If NoScript, then you need to use the View > Toolbars > Customize and drag the NoScript "Temp Allow All" button to the toolbar area to enable all enabled scripts (including Javascript) on that web page.
Under the Firefox Help menu is a option to restart with add-ons disabled to see if something you might have installed is causing your problem.
Reinstall Firefox or create another user account and run Firefox there to try to localize your issue.

Try to backup and restore you device in itunes...restoring the device is like removing the iOS software off the device and re-add in a newer software, after you have restore you device, MAKE SURE YOU SET UP YOUR DEVICE LIKE A NEW DEVICE, DONT NOT RESTORE FROM BACKUP!!... give the device a chance to use the newer software and see if the issue still persisting, if the issue still on going then its would be a hardware issue.
Call Apple Care and see if your device is still under warranty to get it replace

i tried tinyumbrella (and another similar software) to exit recovery but it only remains on the apple logo stuck there. please is there anything else i can do? i've contacted apple and they have told me the only choice i have is to restore and lose all my data.

First I would try to hold down the power and the home button for about 15sec, but at least as long as the iPhone restarts, if it is still stuck or still in recovery mode then I can suggest you the tool "Wondershare Dr. Fone for iOS", it is both a Windows and Mac tool and I just used it today to get my iPad out of the Recovery mode.
Tell me if any of these options worked for you.
