How much of the code did you scratch off ? If only one character then is there enough of the character left to be ablt to try guessing it ? Sorry, but iTunes cards are country-specific. You cannot use a US iTunes card in a Canadian account. You'll have to give or sell the card to someone in the US and buy a card in Canada.

Purchased an itunes card and it was redeemed then the money just vanished?

the card was redeemed fine and i was able to purchase one song and when the download was complete i returned to the itunes home page and the money was gone! i tried everything and now i'm just really frustrated and in need of help.

Are you logged into the iTunes Store?
Can you see your username in the upper right of the iTunes Store window?
If not then log in.
