How come i received an email confirming my second creative cloud payment 2 days ago and today i have logged on and i only have a free membership?
about a month ago i signed up to the student creative cloud monthly subscription. today i have bought a new mac book and the first thing i did was install my creative cloud. after logging in and installed illustrator i realised that it had only installed the trial version. i then decided to log on online to see if there was any issues on there. after logging on and going to manage my account i discovered that according to online i have only got the free creative cloud memberhip. the reason i have an issue with this is that on Friday i received an email confirming my payment has gone through. so how come i am paying for a full student membership and then only receiving the trials? as you can iamgine i am not impressed!

When we returned from a weekend trip, both emails were working. The obvious answer [to me anyway] is that the problem was with Roadrunner, not our minimac. The chances of finding out what the problem was with Roadrunner are slim and none.

How can I download printable invoices for our monthly Creative Cloud payments?
This is killing me. How can I have spent almost an hour and yet for the life of me, cannot find anywhere on the Adobe site that will let me view, print, download invoices for our monthly subscription payments? I go to My Orders, but all that is there is our initial Creative Cloud subscription payment. Can't find previous months payments anywhere.
Why is this so difficult?
Every month or so our accounts department is on my back asking for the invoices so they can match it up with the company credit card records. And every time, this is an issue.
Most companies we work with send an invoice paid email with the invoice attached as a PDF. Isn't that better than the standard Confirmation: We received your Adobe Creative Cloud payment email that gets sent out? What good is it if we can't find any reference for such payment?
Sorry guys, I'm just really furious that I am wasting so much time on such a menial task while I have deadlines looming.
Also, it's been over 30 minutes and I'm still waiting for the 9 minutes web chat said it would take for an operator to get back to me.Hi Mversion76,

I have been using iTunes for over 10 years, and I have NEVER had this problem occur (repeatedly, all day long, every day). I have seen this error occur on occassion, but not consistently as it has been for the last 10 days. This is really getting me frustrated and quite upset, as there does not seem to be any reason for this error to be occurring. My internet connection is active (or I would not be able to list this here). I have gone through ALL of the troubleshooting topics, and nothing has worked to correct this problem.
I have uninstalled iTunes completely (as well as ALL supporting software, etc.) and reinstalled the program at least 10 times over the past 10 days. NOTHING IS WORKING as far as getting iTunes to "contact (or connect to) the radio tuning service".
Does anyone know what is causing this problem? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Please respond to me privately at [email protected]
Thank you.It has not been working for me on any platform, any OS, anwhere since about last Friday. It has been reported many many times on this forum so I can only assume it's a known issue that will be fixed in time.
Interestingly some genres work, for instance Classical and Blues work but most others don't. I thought it was Apple's attempt to force some taste upon us but then I noticed sports radio works too. So much for that idea.
Also, if you have the playlist saved somewhere that still works too. It's only the "radio tuning service" that's borked.
By the way it's not a good idea to post your email address here, Apple Support Communities is secure from spambots but why tempt fate. -

The question is ... Did you buy them, accidentally or otherwise? They are all part of iLife, the latest version of which is iLife 11.
iMovie/Garage band can all be bought through the App store as separate programs; iPhoto is a free update. -
I recently uploaded a gift card with a balance of $25.00, I make a purchase in a game for $5.99 and my balance on my gift card is now $12.18. I did not receive an email confirming the purchase and do not see any activity on my account. Where did my money go? How can I get it returned??
The receipt usually takes more time to receive. I got my receipt from about 7:00pm yesterday at about 10:00pm today.

Filling up a pdf form which I received as email. I opened it on my adobe reader 11 and filled up the highlighted fields. Yet when I click on the send via mail it says changes will not be included. How do I send the form with changes?
The add annotations field shows as not allowed in the security options. So how do I send this form back with the changes??I think you you need to click 'save' first, then it is saved to acrobat, where it will prompt to send.

My 30 day Photoshop trial finished yesterday. I purchased the $9.99 per month Photoshop package and received an email saying "Thank you for your payment etc" But when I go to open PS it still says "the trial has expired.." Is it supposed to work automatically or is there a step I'm missing?
1. Close all the Adobe Applications. Log-out from creative.adobe.com and re-login.
2. Once you launch the software and when you get the error saying the the trial version has expired, you will have an option saying "License this software".
3. Select this option and enter your credentials and click next.
