How do I get to talk with someone? You sold me a product I can not get to work and I want my money back!
I have tried to contact customer support and have waited forever. I am very frustrated and just ready to call it quits.

i have purchased a movie on itunes and keep getting an error - 41120 - and so i looked it up, found a link on deleting the sc folder and when i find thsi page on itunes there is nothing there. its as if its been deleted!! so i try to contact but it keeps asking for a serial number - i use a windows laptop so my serial number is "invalid" i then call the support number and cannot get to a peron no matter what i do..... at this point i just want my money back... im done with i tunes

Well, let's hope that nothing was jiggled out of place when you were installing the new hard drive. Your optical drive may just be out of alignment or the disc you have is "dirty." Get a lint-free cloth and some rubbing alcohol, then clean the disc as thoroughly as you can starting from the center and working outward in a concentric circlular motion. See if that helps. In particular clean the inner portion well.
If this does not help, then you have a problem. You have opened the computer yourself. That action voids all support from Apple. If you take the computer in for service the store may refuse to service the computer. This is not related to your now expired warranty. -
I bought a new computer but I don't know how to make what is on the ipod go back into my new computer so I don't loose them all.

have a copy of Adobe 8 pro move it from my old laptop to the new an it said an serial number invalid i talked with someone was refered to life chat, nothing they could do, now im here, i ont thing i should have to purchase new, has anyone had the same issues and how did you get it fixed or are you in the same boat.

How do I get a refund? I have tried to use this converter to change a PDF to a word document or excel document three of four times and it always fails.. I want my money back but don't see any way to communicate with Adobe. i really just want my money back. Very disappointed. Also disappointed that it is so hard to find a way to communicate with Adobe that I have to resort to asking this question in this forum.
You need to use the CHAT link in support to reach Adobe staff. Be sure you know the product name you are trying to cancel, Adobe have lots of products, several converters etc. I think it is ExportPDF you have, most likely.

I have atempted to gift a song to someone. I have been charged for it but it was not received. I tried to re-gift it and was charges a second time but the recipient still has not received it. How can I get the song to her or my money back?
First, have the recipient check any anti-spam filters that may be present on her email account or in any email application to make sure that messages from Apple aren't being blocked. If she is sure that is not the case, go here:

I just upgraded to the 5s but the sales lady did not restore from my last backup with my 4s. How do I get my pictures and settings restored? I cannot seem to get it to give me that option. Can anyone tell me what to do? Thanks so much!
If the phone has already been set up, you will need to go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings to be able to go through the setup again. This time use Restore from Backup.

I want to understand how lyncs works, when I made video conferences with someone in my same building, if my call go to to server and then go to the person I´m calling.
Or if Lync realizes that we are in the same building so it never leaves, so it don’t generate traffic. My concern is the bandwidth consumption.

How to stop phone from talking with every touch of screen
With Voice Over, you highlight whatever you are trying to select and then double tap anywhere on the screen to select.
So for your password of 1234 you have to
"Highlight 1, then double tap the screen, Highlight 2, the double tap the screen,... etc."
In order to remove you have 2 options:
Option# 1 – Turn off Voice Over
Go to setting by, highlight "SETTING
Double tap screen to go into settings
Use 3 fingers to (swipe) scroll of down and highlight "GENERAL"
Double tap screen to go into general
Use 3 fingers to (swipe) scroll of down and then highlight “ACCESSIBILITY”
Double tap screen to go into accessibility
Once you are in make sure that EVERYTHING in that section are shown as “OFF”
Option #2 - Reset your Phone
Go to setting by, highlight "SETTING
Double tap screen to go into settings
Use 3 fingers to (swipe) scroll of down and highlight "GENERAL"
Double tap screen to go into general
Use 3 fingers to (swipe) scroll of down and then highlight “RESET”
Double tap screen to go into reset
Select “Reset all setting” and continue to follow the instruction
(When you reset, all of your data and music WILL NOT erase. So don’t worry about that)
