How do I report on which release code released a Requisition?

I need to create a report that shows all the requisitions created last month and which release code approved them. I know I can join EBAN and T16FS to see the codes that CAN approve, but I need to know which one DID approve. We only require one of the codes on a release strategy to do the approving. When you look at a purchase requisition in ME52N that has been approved, on the Release Strategy tab it shows a checkmark next to the Code that approved it. Where is that kept? That's what I need to report.
From some other postings I read that it may be in CDHDR or CDPOS, but, if so, how do I get from EBAN to CDPOS to see the Approver Code?

Thanks for the info. However, I’m not seeing that behavior. In SQVI using EBAN table every “X” is in position 1 for FRGZU.
However, for example, purchase req 10018345 was approved by the SECOND approver code.

Which is the first name in the Strategy W1:
You can see above where the X is in the same place for both of these Reqs when viewed in SQVI (EBAN). Is there another way to view this and create a report that reflects the functionality you're talking about? Or maybe I'm just missing something.

Use SE10 t-code and type abaper user name in the user field then check released check box then display and select request number which is released, double click on said request number and click on "object list of request" Then click on "comment: released" than you can find out the released user name at the end of request number along with dated of released.

I just did as you said (I think), but it's still having the same behaviour as before (same data for all EVS in the table).
Here´s what I did:
I
In node "Detail" (cardinality 0...n, singleton set to true), which is binded to the table, I created a child node named "Column1Values" wth cardinality 1...1 and singleton set to false.
"Column1Values" node has an attribute called "column1", of type String.
I did the binding between attribute "column1" and the column1 inputfield celleditor in the table.
I created an event called Column2Changed and binded it to the column2 celleditor of the table. I added a parameter called nodeElement of type IPrivateCompView.IDetailElement to this event, and mapped it to the column2 editor in the table so that I can dynamically get the nodeElement that is being affected.
I added the following code to the onActionColumn2Changed(wdEvent, nodeElement) method that gets created in the view:

Hi,
a delivery suspension due to non-payment can just be released via an incoming payment.
You could also manually do this be setting the end date of the suspension, but I would not advise that. As I currently do not have system to check I'm not sure whether you could use ISM_SALES_ORDER_CHANGE, but you can try via the where-used list of structure JKSI_SUSPEND which needs to be used in this case.

Yes its possible..
Reason:
The object which is linked to the class and characteristics, may have different characteristics assigned, and for which you have different release codes assigned to release them differently...
So, those objects you assign to R. group and then in tnext tcode you assign these groups to the codes which will be responsible for the release of each document individually....
Ex: diff. release codes may be for one release based on document type other based on price etc...

How do I report errors in an beta release?

I signed up to V28 beta to help find errors etc. I am now finding a number of problems which may or may mot be caused by V20. I have wasted much of my evening trying to get into the system, eventually successfully. Problems I am having are:
1) constant logging in to gmail every time I go to a new page (e.g. going from inbox to spam).
2) being asked (when 1) does not apply) to select leave page or stay on the page.
I appreciate that these could be a Google problem.
3) After logging into a site, being logged out again as soon as I try to do anything there
4) on the Mozilla site, trying to leave feedback, clicking on one of the two smiley/grumpy faces the message input window comes up and reverts back to the faces page in less than a second.
All the above have been going on for a while, as has the gradual gobbling up of memory and shutdown lasting up to 10 minutes (to be investigated as they may be an add-on. A new problem is with FF just closing with no warning. Usually this has been accompanied with the send report window, and rerunning the program has come up with the restore option. However, lately the crash is not reported and restarting the program just brings up the home page. Fortunately I have Session Manager so I can recover some of my open tabs but with up to over 200 tabs coming and going it can be well out of date.
That's it really. Do I go back to V27, or is there a way to get round these latest type of crashes?

I would like to know if there is any report on SAP 6.0 that shows all the purchase requisitions that are not released which shows the releease code (the person's name who has to release the PR). In me55 only could be found by release code, and it is required, I cannot has a report

1)Go to ME5A t-code & select DYNAMIC SELECTIONS.
2)Select "Purchase Requisition" section and you can make use of parameters like Release Code, Release Indicator , Release Status etc., to fetch the required results.

PO release codes in report/list

Hello,
Is there any Purchse order report/list, where we can see the release status's. For eg if there are two level release codes applicable to a purchase order (L1 & L2) , can we see the release code and whether released or not ?
I know there is a way to restrict PO's based on dynamic selections of ME2N, but we require the actual relase code and status.

You can the desired report through t/code: ME2L / ME2M , after executing the report go the change layout & select the Release code / release status field. Release staus field will be appear like , if first release is done , the status will come as X or if second release done, the it will come XX. And from release indicator field , you can get the code release code .

I am not getting the problem, as Mr Barik has already suggested you the correct solution, if you want the path then the path is
IMG>Materials Management>Purchasing>Purchase Order>Release Procedure for Purchase Orders-->Define Release Procedure for Purchase Orders.
Here you must have already designed the Release codes, Release Indicator and release groups for your strategy, you have to define the "Release Strategies".
Select the group and the strategy and put in the Release codes. and proceed.
Here in the classification TAB please give the values, if this release strategy is to be triggered for less then 500000 NETW field.
and same way define another Release strategy with The NETW value greater then or Equal to 50000.01

How to unreleased Appraisal templates which are alreay being in used

I am looking for the solution how to unreleased appraisal templates which are already released and also used by the Employees for their PDD process.
We are facing one problem in PDD templates, so we want to make some changes in already released templates.
Is there any way or solution by any Functional method/settings or by ABAP program?
Please reply as it is very critical and important for us to solve ASAP.

Now that might work (actually it will work). But you need to be 100% sure that your changes will not infleunce the appraisal process. Because it is not that hard to cause unrepairable data inconsistencies on already existing appraisal documents!!
There is a very good reason for not being able to unrelease templates once they are in use!
One is that you can create incorrect appraisal documents from a business point of view.
Say your document end appraisal is a 1-10 scale, one being the worst. The appraisal gets a 3 as final score, meaning in this scale quite bad. Now you unrelease the template and change the used scale to a 1-4 scale. Your very bad employee turns all of a sudden in a quite good employee!
Even worse, you can create database inconsistencies on document level. Just remove elements or columns from the template and you will get very strange results after releasing again.
I don't recommend changing templates once documents are based on them but if you use this option then be carefull!

Reuse Release Codes for PR Release.

Business requirement has resulted in exhausting the Release Codes for Purchase Requisitions. What might possibly be the impact of using the same Release Codes in different Plants and restricting the users by Roles.
Example:
Release Strategy X: Plant IND1 / Value >0: Release Code ZZ
Release Strategy Y: Plant IND2 / Value >0: Release Code ZZ
Assume that the PR Releasers are different (say Mr. A & Mr. B for Plant IND1 and IND2 respectively):
Create 2 Role:
Role X: Authorization for Plant IND1 and Release Code ZZ
Role Y: Authorization for Plant IND2 and Release Code ZZ
Now if we assign Role X to Mr. A and Role Y to Mr. B, Mr. A will get only PRs from Plant IND1 and Mr. B will get only PRs from Plant IND2. Hence they can use the same Release Code ZZ. But the PRs will be from their respective Plants.
Can you foresee any issues with the above setup? I tested the same in sandbox and it is working fine.

Release strtagy Configuration can be transported from one client to various client[Like creation Class,characterstic,Release code,release strtagy definations etc]
Where as assignments of Objects / class and various parameter for release strategy has to be done in individual clients in -T-code: CL24N.
Example : For Class -PO Release we need to assign -Values for Class -characteristic values has to assign in CL24N

Report to find the PO held up at what release code

Users need a report to find that there Po is awaiting release at which release code.
I searched but could not find any report from where the user can see at which release code there Po is struck up.
Pl help on this.

I dont think there is any report like that to get all unreleased PO's and what release codes are awiting to release. However as a workaround you can use the Table EKKO with slection option of Release Indicator as 1 "PO not yet approved and pull out the Release code associated with it.
May be you can create a query with only the reauired information and use it for your users..
