How to delete process order

I have created a processorder in T-code COR1..now i want to cancel the confirmed process order..plz tell me the process.

Deleting a process order has multiple steps... I would suggest you to just set "TECO" and "CLSD" status in the change mode of the order. This would prevent any further processing of the order in terms of confirmation, goods movment and costs. From menu bar
You need to follow the steps below for archiving and deleting process order,
1. Use program "PRARCHP1" to set deletion flag (Can be reset). The prerequiste i would suggest is to create a selection profile to select orders with status "CLSD"
2. Use program "PRARCHP1" to set deletion indicator (Cannot be revoked)
3. Use program "PRARCHA1" to archive (Already basis should have setup the database link for storing)
4. use program "PRARCHD1" to delete and remove the data from the R/3 system.

First you mark IO for deletion in KO02, then use OKO5 transaction code to delete the internal order

How to delete process forcedly

There are some problems in BPM Standalone 10g. The workspace shows a process is not available. I try to undeploy it from the BPM standalone. However, it cannot be undeployed.
I just changed the IP address one hour ago.
Error message:
The Process '/Process#Default-1.0' is not available. Caused by: Process '/Process#Default-1.0' not available. Caused by: Engine 'bpmengine' cannot process requests.
The bpmengine cannot be re started
Does anyone know how to delete process project directly?

I change the IP address to the original one. It works.

Hi Daniele,
Need your help to clear COGI Error.
Actually some how for one process order, two confirmation happened.
Scene 1 : When first time did confirmation then automatically without any error display came process order saved but all goods movement failed.
Scene 2 : Then for the same without checking COGI error, did second confirmation and then it worked perfectly. Process order got saved without any fail.
Scene 3: When doing TECO its showing Post processing Error.
So checked by COOISPI and found two confiramtion done for one process order.
Now when doing COGI the FERT movement is not happening. Its showing deficit of stock. But smae stock is available in MMBE.
Pls help me in resolving the same.

Hello friends,
I am getting the following error when I am trying to activate the deletion flag in process order. Kindly guide.
System status ORRQ is active (ORD 50000369)
Message no. BS013
Diagnosis
Object ORD 50000369 has system status ORRQ (Order record required). According to this status, transaction 'Mark for deletion' is not allowed.
Procedure
You can only carry out the requested function if this is allowed according to the status of the object.

Meanwhile u can achive through system status.
BS22 - > select Sytsst =IO278, stat =ORRQ -> double click on Sysst - >Set as permtd for Mark for deletion.
Now try to set del flag.
This not a right way, it will affect all the order type and i ahve not also tired this.

How to Delete Sales orders in BW which are Archived in R/3

Hi All,
Sales orders were archived in R/3 But it is still present in BW. I need to Delete the orders.
Moroover i need to schedule a job for every two weeks checking in R/3 for archived and deleting it from BW.
How this can be done.
Can anybody help?

I guess the only way to proceed it to post the corresponding data reversal in BW. I am interested in this behaviour since we are about to start archiving in R/3.
It looks strange that when archiving a sales doc, the delta extract doesn't report that with a special flag or a ROCANCEL = 'X'.
Could you please ensure that this is really not the case?
Do you have a way to identify if a sales order has been archived in R/3? if yes could you please let me know? I will try to test this.

First of all, it is not advicable to delete a sales document from SAP, you can put a reason for rejection and reject the order.
Once you reject the order the orders will not have a requirement and will not be considered for MRP run.

While creating a process order in COR1 transaction code, wrong material code was entered.
Can we change the material code in process order. If not, what is the complete procedure to cancel or delete the process order.

Dear ,
One the Process Order has been created with any material either it is wrong code or correct code , it can not be deleted .If it wrong code , then do not perfom goods Issue -MIGO-261 or through Backflash and also operation confirmation etc .
If Goods Issue , Confirmation happend then you need to reverse those txn once again .
In that case the best oiption will be goto COR2-Enter the Process Order -Select Process Order from Header -Restrict Processing -Choose Technically Complete .
Now , once you did TECO , then there will not be any farther txanationl posting like Goods Issue , confirmation will not be possible .Likewise , you can also Lock or make set CLOSE from COR2 in case there is no WIP , Variance .

IF you wish to check the Accouting documents or settlement documents , you can check throw CO88 select Previous Settlement to check the detaiils or else you can go to KOB1 Order line item display for checking all the line items.
in KOB1 T.code you can check all the documents including Material and other by double clicking the items.

My client wants to delete Purchase orders from database if they are open for over 3mnths automatically & also system has to generate messages for Purchase orders for which an Goods receipt has been posted & if no invoice has been paid for a GR after 30 days system has to trigger message automatically asking to pay the vendor. FM or BAPI to Modify or Delete Process Order Operations (COR2)

Hi Experts,
As a part of Process Order Migration, we have a requirement where in we need to pass the confirmation quantity of the Old Process Order number to the Unloading point field (ABLAD) in the Process Order Operation details and set that operation as marked for deletion.

Delete button is placed between new and copy button. But as i see in coding it is disabled if the order is persistent, othewise it is hidden. Check the below section of standard coding for this toolbar...

How to delete Planned Order in APO
