HT1498 Have others had issues recently renting the avengers on apple tv through iTunes, where it says unable to download content, and won't allow it to play, even though already paid for it. Been over a week, and same error... very frustrating...

Same issue here, seems to be just The Avengers, everything else working fine but Avengers either won't start or won't restart after pausing.

I'm not sure if they could tell you but you could try contacting Apple for assistance by going to https://expresslane.apple.com, then click iTunes>iTunes Store>Purchases, Billing & Redemption. You will need your serial number, which you can find in Settings>General>About.

Does the iOS device connect to other networks? If yes that tend to indicate a problem with your network.
Does the iOS device see the network?
Any error messages?
Do other devices now connect?
Did the iOS device connect before?
Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on your router
.- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network
- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem and it does not connect to any networks make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

Why does my iPhone 5 keep saying "cannot download" "There is not enough storage to download 'Facebook'. (Btw, I already have fb on my iphone 5, just trying to update it). You can manage your storage in Settings... Well, in settings, I have plenty of storage left that I bought... called iCloud! What's up with this piece of $500 junk I bought from apple, that it won't allow me to record memorable moments in my life!!! Go to Settings>General>Usage and see how much available local storage you have available. You can also see what apps are taking up the most room.
You say that you paid for more iCloud storage. That's for back ups. You can't download apps to it or steam media from it. In order to take pictures you have to have space on the phone itself.

Well, if you can't reset it, you can try hooking it up to the computer your sync with and try restoring it:
IOS RECOVERY MODE RESTORE
If the device is not recognized by iTunes, you will have to make a trip to the Apple Store.

As I stated above, I purchased mmlp2 on iTunes but it didn't tell me that it was the censored version, I don't want this version and it's really annoying to listen to. Is there a way that I could exchange the clean version for the explicit one or even get my money back? Thanks
Explicit versions will have 'explicit' (or a red 'E') against them in the store, if it's not labelled then it will be clean.
Purchases are considered final but you can try 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will credit or refund you so that you can buy the explicit version : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

You should never be charged twice for an application (or anything else) that is purchased under a single AppleID. You can download purchases to as many devices as you have signed on with that Apple ID. If you are getting charged twice, then you need to contact iTunes Support at the link I provided to Cheryl.
For example, I purchase Apps on my Mac for my iPhone/iPad. Both devices get the app - I am charged once for it. Or, I purchase music in iTunes on my Mac - I can download it to my iPad, iPhone, iPod Nano, etc. A purchase is owned by the AppleID it was purchased under. That AppleID can retrieve purchases that are compatible with any device that the AppleID is signed on to.

We have an ipod classic with wheel. It keeps saying low battery even though I have had it charging for ages. It also makes this clicking sound but refuses to do anything else. I can't get any screen to show except a sad face ipod and the "low battery" screen. I have tried to do the restart option but it makes no difference. Help!

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order. If defective, within warranty and not abused Apple will exchange it at no cost

Can I play the music on Apple TV through iTunes?
OK, this is not easy to explain, hope this makes sense:
My Apple TV is connected both to my TV and to my HiFi System. In order to listen to music, I always have to switch the TV on and navigate through the Apple TV Menu.
Would it be possible to select and play the music on my Apple TV directly through iTunes on my iMac which is synced to the Apple TV?
This way I wouldn't always have to turn the TV on and fiddle around with the tiny remote control, when I just want to listen to some music through my HiFi system.
Basically what I am looking for is to open iTunes on my Mac, click on Apple TV on the left under devices and just click on any title or playlist to play it over Apple TV.
Any ideas and help are greatly appreciated!
Sorry if I made it sound more complicated than it is, my english is not that fluent anymore...Chenks and OP; yes, I do this a lot without the TV on. I just use the ATV as an Airtunes client sending the sound from iTunes to it with the remote speaker choice at the bottom right. Just turn on the amp, leave the TV off and navigate on the computer. But, the OP says he wants to choose a playlist etc under the ATV icon, that won't work, he'll have to make his music selections in iTunes as though he is using the computer to listen.

No, you would not need to get another phone unless you want one. But the main thing that needs to be done is to sync the media back onto your iPhone.
