I bought and redeemed 4 separate $15 iTunes and App Store cards and the credit never showed up in my account. When I go to redeem them again, it says they have already been redeemed.

Log out and back in. If it doesn't appear, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.

To petition for refunds, you need to go to expresslane.apple.com > itunes > itunes store > billing and accounts
I would suggest that you contact the developer of the app to see what exactly you purchased, because itunes store support can get you the refund, but they can't tell you exactly what you purchased. They just handle the money, they don't necessarily dictate what the app's devloper sells

I own the movies and I want them to stay in my iTunes library basically forever.
But in both cases the file name no longer shows in the movie list, so I don't know how to re-download it from the Cloud.
iTunes prefs > Store > Show iTunes in the Cloud purchases.
This will show all your iTunes purchases in your library with a cloud icon down arrow. Click the icon to redownload or click on Play to stream without downloading.

and techncially, you don't "own" the movie, You simply have a license to use it.
Yet the first thing iTunes does when you hit the delete key is tell you that it will remove the movie forever from all devices and the library.

FYI: You should keep copies of all yoru iTnue spurahses as the labels/movie studios/copyright owners can pull their product at anytime and it won't be available to redownload.

Creative Cloud apps are not licensed via a serial number. Serial numbers are for perpetually licensed (non-Cloud) products.
With Cloud (subscription) software you sign in with your Adobe ID.

ABout 10-15 minutes ago i went to the pharmacy to purchase an itunes card. I soon as i got home a activated it and it gave me this; "You have added 15.00$ to your account. Your balance is now 6.96$" But i have not made any purchases yet and i want to know why i didnt get the full price ;(

Call the Apple Store and inquire. I believe I read that it can take several weeks for them to send the card, but I'm not certain. The store should be able to tell you.

Submitted podcast XML to ITS and did not receive email.

Hi, new user here. I have set up a fully functional working Itunes compatible XML feed that was checked and verified by feedvalidate. During the submission to ITS everything went smoothly displaying all the proper info at the summary page. However it has been a few hours now and i have not received the email stating that my podcast has been submitted and is under review. I have also ensured that the right email was used with both my itunes account and inside the XML file. Does ITS still issue this email or do they only issue an email when you are accepted / denied. Thanks in advance.

It will probably take at least two weeks, maybe more before you hear that your podcast has (hopefully) been accepted.
It's worth checking a feed by subscribing to it manually from the 'Advanced' menu in iTunes; if it works there it should be fine. FeedValidator has its uses but it checks XML; a feed can be compliant with that and still not work in iTunes, though likely enough yours is fine.
