When I click on send me my security questions nothing we'll happen my mail we'll be empty is there a another way I can get my security questions?

If you aren't receiving the reset email to your rescue email account (you've checked the spam folder on that account as well as the inbox ?) then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

    If you have a rescue email address, click the button to have the email sent there, wait a few hours, and check its spam filter.
    If not, use the link to contact the iTunes Store staff in the 'Additional Information' section of that article; in this case, only Apple itself can assist with recovering lost answers.

    You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.
    The reset option will only appear if you have a rescue email address. Creating one requires supplying two of the answers.
    They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

    We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
    If you had a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) then you would get the reset link on your account - if you aren't getting the link then you don't have one, and you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions, you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

    When they've been reset you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use

    Start here (change country if necessary) and navigate to 'Password and Security', reset your security questions using the link provided, you will receive an email to your rescue address, use the link in the email and reset your security questions.
    If that doesn't help, you don't receive a reset email or you don't have a rescue address, you should contact AppleCare who will initially try to assist you with a reset email or if unsuccessful will pass you to the security team to reset your security questions for you.
    If you are in a region that doesn't have international telephone support try contacting Apple through iTunes Store Support.
