HT5622 Popup in iTunes asking for pwd. After entering, no response. Keeps asking.
When i open itunes and want to purchase let's say a movie, a popup little window comes up asking for AppleID and pwd. Fine. I write it, but nothing happens..like if it could not connect or login
If i try to login in iCloud it works,so im sure im entering correct credentials. i read of other people having the problem with older itunes on iMacs and so on, but could not find a real solution Can someone help?
The same if i want to see purchased history using the quicklinks. Asks to re-enter pwd but then nothing. and keeps asking again and again...
How to get out from this loop?
ok after some days of digging and trying suggested solutions by users finally i found something that did the trick.

I bought a 4 pack of $25 Itunes gift cards and only 2 will activate. For the second two it just keeps asking for my login. No error message just keeps repeating the login. Is there any way to fix this or did I just lose $50

Doesn't THE function of ask For code after 1 min. ask THE code after 1 min. after unlock öre only after 1 min. after I turn my iPhone on?
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
after boot up make your changes again and see if it works -

Microsoft Lync 2010 continuously asks for credentials after signing in

we have lync 2010 frontend server at our office, it is working fine for the all the users, but one user who will connect our network through VPN it will continuously prompts for credentials eventhough if we are providing right credentials, because of this
user will be not able to recieve emails from his outlook. all other VPN users working fine. how to troubleshoot this issue, please any help?

difference for the location or sign in type between this user and other working users?
Lync generally only prompts you for credentials after you are logged in when it must connect Lync to a linked service such as the Microsoft Exchange Free/Busy service or the Calendar service.
If Lync continues to ask for credentials after three separate dialog prompts, there is likely an issue with Outlook integration or with the Exchange services themselves. I suggest referring to the following information to check the issue.

Ask for password after screen lock not working? It used to work before mavericks, each time my computer display sleep I'm asked for the password immediately. Now it never asks for it?

SOLUTION: Browse to Home>Library>Preferences and drag com.apple.systempreferences.plist to the desktop.
Caused by a corrupt user preferences file. On restart, you may find user settings have defaulted. Set up as desired.

Can log into FaceTime it then asks what I want to use as contact so I select email address it says verifying then asks for apple if again and just keeps repeating the process

Usually the only reason it will ask you to reboot is if there is a file that must be modified that the updater doesn't currently have access to. You should try running the Firefox program once as Administrator:
* Right-click the icon and choose ''Run as Administrator''
If that doesn't help then do a clean reinstall.
# Download a fresh copy of Firefox from the [http://www.mozilla.org/firefox/fx/ Mozilla download page] and save the file to the desktop.
# [[Uninstalling Firefox|Uninstall]] your current version of Firefox and remove the Firefox program folder before running the new installer.
# Run installer
Remember that you don't want to remove personal data when uninstalling. That way you'll still have your personal information.

Some time ago, I entered a gift card into my iTunes account. I did not use it all and the balance shows up in my account. I no longer have the gift card. When I go to download a song now, it is asking for the redemption code instead of just taking the cost from the balance. What can I do?
You simply need to verify your info. Check None under the CC info.

Keeps asking for password after I have logged in--Why?

Go to Apple Menu > System Preferences > Network, choose Network Port Configurations from the Show popup menu, and make sure that the configuration used to connect to Internet appears at the top of the list.
What’s the time interval chosen in Mail > Preferences > General > Check for New Mail? If it’s set to Every minute, try changing it to Every 5 minutes.
