Did you try a different computer/outlet as well as different chargers?

Do you remeber the exact (or close to it) wording of the error message?
Try manually placing the iPod in Recovery mode and then try to restore
Next try DFU mode.

You can also try another computer to help determine if you have an iPod or computer problem.

Since two days ago iTunes will not open (windows 7). No error message appears and after I try to open it my internet refuses to load anything forcing me to restart my computer. Anyone had this issue and know how to solve it?

Have you ever installed any kind of Codec pack? I did. And I noticed that one of the codec packs caused some problems with QuickTime.
If you did have installed free video Codecs. Try deinstall it and then reinstall iTune and QTime.

Same problem here - I solved it by un-installing and re-installing.
If you open the error console (Ctrk-Shift-J) it will bring up three error messages - I should have copied them - these might be useful to the development staff.

My MacBook Pro 15 inch that I bought back in 2012 at the apple store keeps restarting Every time I open it. And when it's in the restarting mode it just turns off and restarts again it doesn't even get to the login part where you choose accounts.

Based on your description of being able to Safe Boot (holding down the shift key) but not boot normally, it sounds like your startup/restart issue may be related to one of the things that Safe Boot disables. You can find more information about them here:

CD ROM driver is corrupted. Tried to uninstall and download to install again. Error message says

First, try the automated fixit from Microsoft on the link below.

Check if the drive is now working.
If the drive is not working, from the Start Menu, open the Control Panel and click on Device Manager. Click to open the IDE ATA/ATAPI Controllers. Right click on the first channel and select uninstall. Do not delete drivers if asked. When uninstalled repeat the process for each channel. Also if an ATA controller is listed, right click and uninstall this, again not deleting drivers if asked. Then open DVD/CD-ROM Drives. Right click the drive and select uninstall. Do not delete drivers if asked.
Reboot the PC and let Windows reinstall the devices. Check the drive again.
If it still isn't working, run the automated fixit from Microsoft on the link below again.
