I am trying to get my computer to print on HP C310. It was working fine until 2 days ago and then stopped printing. I thought I could uninstall the HP software and download it again comes to find that I cannot now use the disk supplied with the printer.

I uninstalled the HP software thinking I could just reinstall and it would help but I cannot now install that software from the disk. How do I go about getting the old software I had on the computer and how do I get my computer to print. It gives my messages that it cannot find the printer or printer unknown.
Your operating system, Snow Leopard (OS X 10.6), does not support AppleTalk. Instead, in Snow Leopard the HP 4000 series printers need to be set up to communicate via IP.
Go to System Preferences and open the Print & Fax item. Is your printer listed in that pane?

Log in to your email provider's website to ensure that the account is active and the password is correct.
Restart your iOS device.
Delete the affected email account from your device.
Tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
Choose the affected email account, then tap Delete Account.
Add your account again.

Starting to wonder if the iPhone's been hacked into. The Iphone was working perfectly fine just a short time ago...only 48 hours ago. I never saw a screen on the front of the front of the phone which showed an iTunes Icon at the top of the screen and a cord going down to the bottom of the screen before. I cannot use the phone, get online to get to the internet, take photos of anything.
The phone was working perfectly the day it started working very very strangely and I was able to use the phone, see the time of day, take photos, get online, etc.
How do you fix the phone? I am not going to "restore" the phone & get ALL my info, photos & everything deleted!
Think we need to change the phone number because we also got a strange phone call from a phone number we never saw before!
Need some help. as I'm sure people CAN hack into smartphones.It's in recovery mode. It's tryijng to tell you to plug it into iTunes and restore it.

It sounds like she may have enabled VoiceOver on the machine. Go to System Preferences, then click on Universal Access. Check to see if VoiceOver is turned on, and if so turn it off and see if that resolves the issue.

my itunes was working fine until i tried downloading the most current version of itunes, now when i try to get on my itunes library, it wont boot up and has error codes, error 7, and( windows error 126). it also says that MSVCR80.dll is missing from my computer,please re install itunes. but when I try to re install it it will not install on my computer.

I am getting a "connection timeout" message when trying to access my Airport Extreme with various laptops, Play Station 3 and Wii. My Airport Extreme is about a month old; it was working fine until about a week ago. Suddenly, the "timeout" is not allowing me to connect to my wireless network.
It could be that there's a new source of interference.

I am having issues today with my Adobe Lightroom 5.6 today that was working fine yesterday except for te files from one of my cameras showed up on import but wouldn't download, today I'm getting the message "Lightroom cannot start because it cannot create files in the temporary file location /var/folders/jv/2bct456j0yg4ys681fxk9zq00000gn/T " don't know what has happended in 24 hrs except I did check my permissions on my main directory to ensure that I had extended permissions to all the folders contained within my main drive on my IMac running OSX 10.10
Use the trackpad to scroll, thats what it was designed for. The scroll bars automatically disappear when not being used and will appear if you scroll up or down using the trackpad.
This is a user-to-user forum and most people will post on here if they have problems. You very rarely get people posting to say there update went smooth. The fact is the vast majority of Mountain Lion users will not be experiencing any major problems with the OS, or maybe with apps which are not compatible, but thats hardly Apple's fault if developers don't update their apps. -
my apple tv was working fine untill the AirPlay option disappeared. I haven alterd the settings and have tryed rebooting both iPhone and ipad. I even rebooted the ATV and that disn't work. i am connected to the same network on both devices to. I have windows 7 and all has been fine until 2 days ago when suddenly i turned on my laptop and i got some error message about some apple support program error - i didnt tkae notice of it only that i couldnt run itunes, so i uninstalled and reinstalled itunes and it now runs as normal, but now it wont recognise my ipad saying that 64bit version is not installed - WHAT RUBBISH IS THIS? i downloaded and installed the 64bit version from applie and yet the error persists - can some one please tell me how i can get itunes to recognise my ipad again - this seems like such a ridiculous error for these two apple products to be conflicting with each other - please help
well i have found that i needed to not just uninstall itunes, but also apple mobile device support, bonjour apple software update and apple application support - uninstall all these and then install itunes - that seesm to have fixed it, though now i am sync fail - that's a different matter perhaps

I installed Mavericks a few days ago and downloaded all the available updates, which installed correctly (or so it says). Now I can't open my iPhoto app because it says it's being updated. Any suggestions?
There are two ways to recover from this condition.
1. Select
Store ▹ View My Account
from the App Store menu bar, then select View hidden purchases. Stop or resume the download.
2. Open LaunchPad and find the icon of the app you're trying to install. There will be a small progress bar below it. Click the "X" to stop the download. -
My backups using Time Machine to my Time Capsule worked fine until a week ago. Since then it gets stuck on "Preparing ...". I have left it preparing overnight and it doesn't get past this stage. What else can I do?

We have avoided Mavericks you see knowing that it would cause these kinds of issues..
You never ever load a new OS without doing a disk image beforehand.. TM is not reliable enough or trustworthy to be depended on.
If none of the above work..
I would get a USB drive on the computer and install Mountain Lion or whatever OS you had before you unfortunately upgraded to Mavericks.. Then use TM from that decent installation but mount the sparsebundle and choose the backup from a date well before mavericks was installed.
Once you have extracted the files.. or even done a full restore you might be able to extract the files you want.
