You will have a hard time taking it back. Most places will claim you stepped on it accidentally and almost nobody will replace accidental damage for free. 2 months is also a long time. Many places give you 15-30 dys to discover anything wrong and after that it is yours.

You can start by not using all caps - using all caps on the internet is considered as SHOUTING and hopefully you didn't intend to be shouting at all those who read your post.
When you say case, do you mean the iPhone casing itself?
If so, you can contact AppleCare for a quote to repair this damage which won't be cheap. I believe there are some 3rd party repair facilities available that will do the same won't be cheap but maybe somewhat less than what Apple will charge.
Or purchase a case for the iPhone to cover the dents and scratches and to protect it from additional damage with future drops. -
I bought a 16gb iphone 5 about 3 months ago and got applecare. yesterday I had to get on a different plan within the same company so i traded in my phone and got a new 32gb iphone 5. can i transfer my applecare to this new phone or would I have to buy it again?

As the others have stated, you're on Mountain Lion with 10.8, anything. But you can check your version of the software by going to the apple in the upper left corner of the screen and clicking it and selecting "About This Mac". That will open a box that shows your software version. Once there you can click on "More Info" that will tell you everything about your specific mac configuration.

The video and sound was working on my computer two days ago (and has ALWAYS worked on my computer since purchasing it in 2010) but now for some reason I can't play video and there is no sound. I updated software today. Still sound & video not working.

1. Install Adobe Flash Player.

Bought a brand new charger and my MBP still won't charge. Ideas?
I left my laptop running overnight and the battery died as it does. I plugged my charger in - in the morning MBP Retina wouldn't charge, so I assumed it was because the charger had slightly come apart, as the cable was showing. I decided to buy a brand new charger at an extortionate price, and my laptop still won't charge! Any ideas why this could be? I have reset the SMC by holding down the shift+ctrl+option and power key but to no avail. My warranty just ran out, so I'm stressing out!! Please help.
If you don't have AppleCare, then your warranty has expired and you'll just have to buy a new MagSafe power adapter.

I purchased my macbook pro about two months ago. I had no issues with it what so ever. This morning i took it off the charger because it was fully charged because it showed the green light. When i came back home i turned my computer back on , entered my password and it shut off . i tried turning it back onbut it wont turn back on and neither woul it charge . Its not turning on and its not charging.

If it does not work, take the MacBook Pro to an Apple Store or reseller. You will get the MacBook repaired for free -
I took my iphone to the nearest retail store in my country and they told me they could not help me becasue I had bought my phone in the U.S. Problem is, the phone is less than six months old and it is already presenting problems.
The warranty is only good in the country of purchase.
You would have to get the iphone back to the U.S then to an Apple Store -

I just got my battery on my iPhone 4S replaced at the apple store and it's a brand new battery and I've had the battery for less than a week and it's already starting to drain fast just like my old one. I've been out of state for a few days. I don't know if that's part of the issue or not. Please help!!
In iTunes on your computer, select the Purchased section under STORE in the left column. Click on the first track and choose "Get Info" from the "File" menu.
In the "Summary" tab you'll see details of the purchaser of the track. Click Next to go through all your purchased music one by one until you find the ones you need to get rid of.
Unfortunately, there are no smart playlist rules that can filter tracks by the purchaser that I know of. -
I'm a little bit confused here. I bought the latest Macbook Pro before university late September 2011, and unfortunately had a little accident involving a leaky bottle of juice.
I dried it out as much as I could, and took it to my nearest Apple store two days later, where, to my dismay the guys at the Genius bar said it was broken beyond a reasonably priced repair. I was faced with an estimated £800+ bill, or the option to buy a new one.
As I was going back to Uni for my last term, I needed a computer of some kind and hastily bought the new one. Instead of having it repaired, I stretched an extra £100 on the repair bill and bought the Macbook Air.
The guy who served me thought it was a good idea for me to buy a new one (obviously) and kept reminding me that even if I do get it repaired, the 'corrosion' could spread and it might need repairing again.
The problem throughout all of this is after spending ANOTHER £1000 only a few months after buying the first macbook, I am typing on the so called 'water damaged' macbook right now.
They told me it was completely busted, but apart from cosmetic water marks on the screen I am failing to see what's wrong with it.
Have I been ripped off? Can I sell the water damaged MBP?
I hope someone can help me!
AlexandraAs far as selling it, I don't know what you would get for it. I know in my opinion if I was going to buy it and it worked, if it didn't look really bad, I MIGHT buy it, but that would really mean taking a look at it and seeing what is in store and what kind of condition it is in at the moment. The thing with liquid, it does weird stuff when mixed with electronics. I once had a portable gaming system that I spilled some pop on. It didn't work right away because everything was still wet and liquid and electronics don't mix well. However, after letting it dry off, it worked great. Only problem I had with it at that point were the buttons started to stick. And when they stuck, they would cause me to screw up my games sometimes becuase when I would go to push the buttons, they wouldn't go down right away and would be delayed and with games, that is the problem. When you needed the button pressed now it wouldn't go right away. This is not necessarily a problem with the computer say if you were typing or anything, but the point being, it may not show serious signs right now, but that doesn't mean that later it isn't going to. However, as stated above, you might be able to get something for it as there are other parts worth value. Maybe not the full computer, but pieces to part out if someone else were to find one that needed parts because there were parts of theirs that went bad and needed replaced. I think if you were to fully disclose what happened and let them know that there could be something still going on with it that may cause a problem down the line, you might find someone who wants to try out a mac before making that purchase of $1000 to buy a new one. I would try to sell it, worst thing that happens is you don't sell it because nobody wants it, but if that is the case you are no different then you are now.
