I purchased an audio book on iTunes store and was charged for two and downloaded two of the same book. How do I get my money back for the second one?
Try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
Note that audiobooks are currently a one-time only download from the store, so you may want to take a backup copy of it

Where did you buy this app? If it was a Mac App Store app, which one was it? If it was a third party app you will have to approach the developer and / or the seller.

I was billed for a renewal with eHarmony via iTunes that does not work. Eharmony said itunes claims the charge didnt go through but I have already been billed it is on my bank statement. Yes, I reported the problem using that exact sequence immediately after discovering the problem with the app. When I submitted my complaint and request, Apple redirected me the website of the app manufacturer where I submitted the same complaint/request for refund. I have not heard back from either, and was still charged, so I can only assume that is not the correct way to "Report a Problem" even though Apple would have you believe otherwise.

Opening Firefox immediately turns on an audio that contains a series of ads. I have removed the version on my computer and downloaded Firefox 5. It still happens. How did I get rid of the vocal advertisement? It does not happen when I use Safari.
Is that coming from your homepage? Have you tried resetting your homepage to see if those ads don't play? Or tried using about:blank as your homepage?

I have tried the customer support help line (35minute wait) then directed to express lane to report issue. Express lane keeps informing me that it cannot send the report.......getting very frustrated any suggestions?

You can avoid accidental purchases.
From the iTunes menu bar click iTunes / Preferences then select the Parental tab.
Select: iTunes Store
Click OK. -
A couple of functions don't work anymore (ical, qucik time), things I actually use quite frequently. I am not satisfied at all with Lion and would wish to cancel my purchase. Apple is trying its best to hide any potential contacts, so does anyone have an idea?

KlausiCal and QuickTime are working fine for me, and I've not seen a large number of problems reported with either. You may find that if you start a thread in the Mac OS X 10.7 forum with details about the problems, someone can help you sort them out.
As to a refund, it's doubtful you can get one, but you can contact Mac App Store Customer Service and ask.

Apple's policy on sales of digital content is that all sales are final. If however you wish to appeal to Apple, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer. -

Itunes is charging me for a app that i never bought. how do i get my money back?
I went to buy a song on my iPod touch a couple of days ago. The song costs 1.29 but my iTunes account told me i only had 0.76 cents left. Just a month or so ago i had 46.00 dollars in my account and i had not bought anything since then. I know i had never bought this game because i had never even heard of the game. Another thing that happened was, before my account told me i didnt have enough money in my account, it told me i put in the wrong password. and follow one of the "paths" to get what you need or to an Apple customer support employee. One path is to click Contact Support at the bottom of the list of choices, and use the Express Lane.
The iTunes app also has a way to report a problem with a purchase. Select iTunes Store in the sidebar (of the iTunes window). Toward the upper right corner, click on your Apple ID. This gets you to your Account Information screen. Find Purchase History and click See All. On that screen, you can select a specific purchase with that problem, and Report a Problem.
If you want to try to figure out WHY that song does not play on your iPod shuffle, please post back...
