I cannot see me recieved faxes on efax website

efax sent me an email stating to contact hp. Hp tells me to contact efax. What is this game? I am surprised at HP

With that issue i can see why were sent to efax as that would be an issue on their website, which should not be affected by the printer at all. Do you have an alternate web browser to try instead, like firefox or chrome?

  • Cannot see a reciever communication channel in RWB

    Hi all,
    I have configured a scenario RFC -> XI -> Java proxy. I have created a buiness system "Web As Java" and have assigned a receiver communcation channel to it.
    My scenario is not working. When i checck in RWB, i cannot see the reciever communication channel created under this in adapter monitoring. While i have other ABAP systems under same configuration scenario which has other many Comm Channels and are shown.
    Can anybody please suggest the possible reason and solution for the same?

    Just check the mentioned possibilities for your error one by one:
    1.Did you maintain Client, userid, password, and lang information in SICF transaction -> sap/xi/engine? Double click on service and check whether you have entered correct information.
    2.Then you might check the roles of the XIISUSER in SU01. In some case there are some double roles, i.e., two times the role SAP_XI_IS_SERV_USER assigned. One might have the date of the last update, the other one might have apparently the older version. Delete the older roles manually and the error should disappear.
    3.to send messages to xi you need a service id / pwd which is specific to your landscape usually its xiappluser. Contact your basis group for password.
    4.
    Activated all services on the r3 system.
    Create HTTP connection to XI from r3
    sm59-> http connetons to r3
    let us say you have created a HTTP connection in the integrationserver_XI, make sure in its settings the prefix path is set to /sap/xi/engine?type=entry. Also check its log on credentials, you can use xiappluser.
    IN Integration builder, receiver communication channel make sure you have entered proper
    host service number
    path = /sap/xi/enigne?type = receiver.
    5. It might also be that you have authorization problems with your XISUPER. In the visual administrator and in ABAP SU01, make your XISUPER has all the necessary(SAP_SLD* and SAP_XI*) roles assigned to it. If not, try to assign these and see if this can be of any help.
    6. can you also try the following;
    Visual Admin -> start the service,
    "com.sap.aii.af.ms.app".

  • 7510e printer, cannot send or recieve faxes or scan to computer

    This is the second printer, my first one purchased on the 16th of August 2012 but never worked, also purchased a 2 year service plan on the 24th of August, HP support could not get the printer to work and sent me out another printer which I recieved on the 19th of SEPTEMBER.
    REREGISTERED WITH CLOUD SERVICES and was able to send and recieve faxes ok, installed Norton internet Security 2013 and it changed my wireless set up settings and channel # from 11 to 1, HP support said it would be ok but now I cannot scan a picture to my computer or send and recieve faxes, disabled Norton but same result. Tried to log into e print services but will not accept my printers e.mail address or pin #.
    Any help would be appreciated. I am using windows 7 home premium IE 9, my desktop is wired.

    For fax, no support in my country (Australia) therefore I don't know. But for scan, you need to enable the connation first. I've mentioned few times, the software guys/girls put Disable as default. Please use these steps:
       Click the printer icon on desktop,
       Click Manage scn to computer,
       Click Enable,
       Tick the last square.

  • Cannot see adobe web gallery on active website

    I can see adobe web gallery in the dreamweaver test site and it is also visible and working on adobe bridge(where the gallery was created), however, when i upload it to my url it does not work.     "404 error Page not found. Page as been removed, name changed or temporarily unavaible. Please try the following: if you typed the page address in the address bar click the back button in your brouser to try another link use a searcdh engine like google to for information on the internet".  My path must be wrong but i don't know how to fix it. I have searched many pages on the web for help but I keep coming up empty. I, also, asked my hosting company, however, they told me they don't help with the design end and I should look for help from a design master. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

  • How can I remove the history location bar? it takes space on the left side of the browsing window, and I cannot see all the content of a website.

    I have a history location bar taking the entire left side of the browsing window. I am on Windows 7 and this happened two upgrades ago. I am now on Firefox 8.01

    go to the view tab at the top of your browser..go to sidebar and disable the history one...hope this helps if this is what you are talking about!!

  • When I go into my email account through Safari, I cannot see all of my messages.  26 may show on the screen but it says I have 32.  However, at the bottom right it appears as if all the messages are showing and the arrow to get more is not highlighted.

    if it is showing you 34 mails them it is correct. when you see your mail. apple has a smart way of arranging your mail.suppose you recieve 4 mails from one email id it will show you under one highlighted mail. so when you open a mail from anyone trying scrolling it down and you will find your missing mails.

  • Cannot see Airport Express as an Audio Output option!

    Hello All,
    Very frustruating.
    I bought an AirPort Express hoping to use it as a Audio output device for movies/spotify etc.
    Plugged it all in to my reciever (using optical cable) configured it to my TC network.
    Opened itunes and the Airplay function is working perfectly. Music is streaming as expected.
    However i cannot see the AE in the audio output options (when i "option+click" the speaker icon).
    Tearing my hair out as this was the primary reason for purchasing the AE!
    any help would be greatly apprecaited.

    Trying to play movies through VLC and stream the Audio component to my AirPort express. Similary use Spotify on my computer and stream the audio component.
    I thought i would be able to enable my laptop (Macbook Air) to use the Airport Express as its 'speakers' through selecting it as the output source in System preferences.
    However it does not show up in the system preferences at all, what has me stumped is the Airport Express is 100% functional through itunes as well as some third party applications (Airfoil).
    Im very confused as other users (from extensive google searching) appear to be able to atleast see the AirPort Express as an output device.
    Any help greatly appreciated.

    I have reset the network settings and the phone itself.  I have called the *228 and it said it reprogramed my phone.  walked away from my phone and it found service again for like 2 minutes and then went back to searching.  This is pathetic, I basically have a touch now.  I have hear several people have had this problem and it seems even after the phone is replaced they still have the problem.  I can't belive you can spend this much on a phone to have it not work. Any resolve to this problem coming?

    I have first a question. When it states to activate a phone press 1, did you do it? If not try it.
    The second thing I would recommend is to simply change the phone number either online through my Verizon web portal or call customer service and have them change your number.
    Then wait about 20 minutes and see if the problem has gone away.
    Since the micro Sim is only good for overseas unlocked use;  I believe a *228 send and select option 1 will set up your device on the Verizon network. You may just try doing that without changing your phone . Hey give it a try what can it hurt?

    You need a phone line and a USB dial-up card. Otherwise use an online service such as eFax.
    Or the modern equivalent is to get a scan/PDF of the file.

    It sounds like you are not able to print to your printer because it keeps timing out when you try. I would use the troubleshooting steps from the following article to help you get that printer going again. It may be something as simple as re adding the printer if you've already restarted both the printer and the computer already:

    USB printers and Bonjour-enabled network printers
    Follow these steps until the issue is addressed:
    Make sure that the printer is powered on, has ink / toner, and that there are no alerts on the printer’s control panel. Note: If you cannot clear an alert on the printer's control panel, stop here and check the printer's documentation or contact the manufacturer for support.
    Ensure the printer is properly connected to a USB port on the Mac or AirPort base station / Time Capsule. If the printer is a network-capable printer, make sure that it is properly connected to your home network.
    Use Software Update to find and install the latest available updates. If an update is installed, see if the issue persists.
    Open the Print & Scan pane or Print & Fax (Snow Leopard) pane in System Preferences.
    Delete the affected printer, then add the printer again.
    If the issue persists, try these additional steps:
    Reset the printing system, then add the printer again.
    If the issue still persists, reset the printing system again.  Download and install your printer's drivers. Then, add the printer again.
    Contact the printer vendor or visit their website for further assistance.

  • Officejet 6700 Cannot Copy, Scan or Fax

    I have an Officejet 6700 that I have barely used—and 99% of that was simple print jobs.  After one batch of copies, I now get a notice stating that I cannot copy, scan, or fax.  I don't care about the faxing, but I now need to do a decent amount of copying with this printer and am completely unable.  When I try to copy I get a notice that the "original is jammed in the ADF".  I have followed all instructions for checking this online that are available (and I have worked in publishing for 13 years and have a decent knowledge of copiers/printers) and I am certain that there is no paper jammed in the ADF.  I have also tried unplugging the machine and plugging it back in several times.
    Nothing works and am I frustrated that I have invested my money into a device that will not function at all for me after a minimal amount of use.  Any suggestions for resloving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

    I understand you can't copy, fax or scan.
    I will be happy to help you.
    I would do a power reset this way to see if that will resolve the issue.
    With the printer still turned on, disconnect the power cable from the back of the printer, if the printer has external power module with a detachable power cord disconnect it for 15 seconds and then reconnect it.
    Hold down the power button for 10 seconds to drain the power.
    Then disconnect the power cable from the wall outlet.
    Wait 10 seconds and reconnect the power cable back to the wall outlet first, then the back of the printer and power it on again.
    Make sure the printer is connected directly to wall outlet. (don't use a power hub or a surge protector) The printer requires more power when scanning or copying.
    I have provided a document to check for paper jams in the unit and ADF. This might be the one you have already tried. 'Paper Jam' Message Displays on the Printer.

    Constantly my iphone 4 (5.0.1) has no service and the blue bubble pops up saying needs to be restored cannot make or recieve calls and a restore wont fix it.Can i replace my iphone? its a year and a half old .I bought it from vodafone.
    Can i go about fixing it myself? i dont really know whats causing the problem.
    One more thing,sometimes wi-fi and bluetooth is greyed out when i turn the phone on,then sometimes there ok.What could cause this?
    Plus i cant see my baseband version when the above happens.

    Have you restored your phone as a new device?  Restore your phone as NEW without adding ANY apps, music, or anything else.  Now try your phone.  If it works, then you probably had corrupt software on it.  Go ahead and put your apps and media back on.
    If after you restore as NEW and BEFORE you add anything onto your phone it's still acting up, then you have a hardware issue.  You'll have to pay the out of warranty exchange fee to have your phone replaced.

    When it askes for DNS information, enter in Google's DNS. Preferred DNS = 8.8.8.8 Alt DNS = 8.8.4.4
    Once you have done the above, powercycle (turn off and back on) the printer.  Access the web services page by pressing the ePrint button on the front panel of the printer.  The ePrint button looks like a sheet of paper with a target behind it.  Tell it to print the information page.  Once the page prints try sending yourself a fax to see if it comes through.
    If that does not help, if you could provide me with the following information it would help me out. First, who is your ISP( Internet Service Provider, i.e. Comcast, AT&T, Verizon, ect.)? Second, who is the maker of your router? Lastly, what is the model number and firmware version of your router?
