Hi,
In more recent times when you create an Apple ID you are asked to specify the answers to the Security Questions.
If that Apple ID is the one you posted here with then you can use this Portal
Click the Manage Account line and enter your Apple ID and password.
On the following page is a menu and you can chose Password and Security.
This page will show you the Questions and starred out answers (the stars bear no relevance to the number of characters in the password)
The Question is a Drop down of the other options and I suggest changing the question and supplying the answer.
Some people have only one question set and other have up to three.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

Ok, how do I change my apple security questions? I don't know the answers to them and I even called apple and they were no help at all. It's really annoying because I can't download ANYTHING.

A few tears ago my Dad bought the ipod 3rd generation. He made an apple id on there and answered the securtiy questions with no problem. Then he gave the ipod to me. I downloaded music on it. Then last year i got my iphone and i didnt want to make a new apple id because i wanted to keep my music. So then all was fine. Then over the summer the off button on my phone wasnt working, so i went to apple and got my phone replaced. They put the card from my old phone into the new one. Now I have my own apple id. Now, every time I try to buy music or an app, it asks me for my security questions. They're questions that i never answered with my apple id, theyre the same questions my dad answered with his broken apple id, which he doesnt know the answers to either. Every time I call apple its no help and I have a lot money just sitting there in my account. PLEASE!!! IS THERE ANY WAY TO CHANGE THE DUMB SECURIY QUESTIONS?!?!?!?!?!?

I'n my company ( pawn shop ) i hope i transleted fine , i bought an iphone wich it seems to be ok at the first time.

If you know the primary email linked to the account but do not have access to it or the answers to the security questions, then the next best thing to do is call Apple at 800-275-2273 and ask for Account Security. They will ask you for two pieces of information from the account in order to unlock it. The options are usually the security questions (each question counts as one piece), the credit card linked to the account, and either a device serial number or device verification code that they will send you.
After this verification is complete they can send the reset link for your password to any email you choose. Please be aware that if they verify you with something other than two security questions, there is a 24 hour wait before the email arrives.

Help please. Apple isnt sending me an email to reset security questions.

Whenever I try ti buy something on itunes, I have to enter my apple id password, which I know, and after my security questions. I dont know the answers and try to have an email sent to my email adress. The email adress is correct, but I dont receive any emails. My iphone isnt jailbroken or anything ans i hadnt changed anything since i had last bought something.
Oh yeah and it itunes says since its the first time im downloading something from this iPhone, Computer (Ive tried from both) i have to enter the security questions. ive had the apple id for almost two years and ive downloaded a couple songs and games (have the same prolem woth the AppStore)
