I have Premiere Elements 13 on my PC and on the NB installed. However on the NB it is showing me a Window - I suppose to download a Manager Programm which I tried and your side said this programm no longer exists.

Even though I have this version of Manager Programm installed Vers 8.
I can not acces Premiere Elemnts 13 until this popup Window disappears it seams like.
My PC Version works fine.
What can I do to get it back working, because it was running after installation for a while - what happend I have no idea.

I already decided for myself this is the E N D for me with Adobe Products I
am getting asked to enter the Chat room for which I have no experience no
desire what so ever.
I would have send a email to you all and let you know I am not a happy

Elements 13 together with Adobe Premiere Elements 13:
Which I installed on my PC and worked with and I have no Problems their,
However I installed it on my Notebook as well to be more flexible.
On the Notebook when I first installed it worked fine however I tried now
bring this Project from the PC ad a Project file to the Notebook and here I
discovered when I started the Program
I received the Window I need to download the Application Manager, which I
tried, but coming up to the URL site indicated on the Window I saw the
message this Program is no longer valid and available.
Than I received another URL to go to and get another Program from Adobe to
fix this problem perhaps.
But the URL brought me also to a dead end street.
I meanwhile deinstalled  the Program on Notebook and reinstalled it twice
again in the hoped a missing part will be reinstalled  - wrong it turned out
to the same situation.
I get the same message you need to install the Application manager or
because the manager might be defect.
This is for me a start for run in a circle again.
I have tomorrow night a meeting with my video club friends and I was so
proud to show them my new product film with the new Software Adobe Premiere
Elements 13 on my Notebook - because of this issue it will not happen.
I am flexible for a lot, but not for chat room service.
Again I appreciate your email.

    As for version 13, there have been several removals and some additions to this version.
    DV and HDV Captures are gone, webDVD is gone. The version does not support Windows XP, Windows Vista, or
    Mac OSX 10.7. The Elements Organizer 13 that comes
    with it is new - even has a slideshow for the Mac people as well as the Windows people. This slideshow is different
    than that offered in the past - 720p or 1080p slideshows (AVCHD.mp4) with a choice of 5 different themes.
    If you are thinking about 13, definitely go the free 30 days tryout from Adobe route prior to any purchase
    to assure the compatibility of the program with your computer environment as well as your project goals.

    Set your Premiere Elements DVD output to a folder on your hard drive and then use the FREE Imgburn to burn the folder to disc for DVD... Premiere Elements 13 WILL write a DVD or BluRay to an ISO (send the author a PayPal donation if you like his program)

    What I have done so far:
    Accepted all windows 7 updates - essential  and non esential
    I've updated my graphics drivers
    I've also deleted and reloaded Premiere Elements from the disc
    I reloaded quick time and accepted the latest version
    All have no affect.
    My system is a windows 7  64 bit PC.
    I also have plenty of hard drive space
    Cyberlink  PowerDirector 11 works fine.
    PS - This seems a common complaint about Premiere Elements 12

    Look at the issue with and without the antivirus disabled. If that does not help....
    There is a likelihood that the program may not be properly activated. Please review the following for possible solution

    Other possibilities include
    a. Deleting the Settings file named Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file
    Local Disc C
    Users
    Owner
    AppData
    Roaming
    Adobe
    Premiere Elements
    12.0
    and in the 12.0 Folder is the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file that you delete. If that does not work, then delete the whole 12.0 Folder in which the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file exists. Be sure to be working with Folder Options Show Hidden Files, Folders, and Drives active so that you can see the whole path cited.
    b. Do the uninstall, reinstall with a ccleaner (regular cleaner and registry cleaner parts) in between the uninstall and reinstall with the antivirus and firewalls turned Off.

    I had this problem for about six weeks. I was following this forum but was too unsure of what might happen to try the fixes that were suggested.
    About two weeks ago I decided to delete the downloads.28.sqlitedb file (usingDiskAid(a free program), on a PC running Windows 7). The original downloads.28.sqlitedb was 936 KB. The new one that the system created is 80 Kb., and has stayed at about that size. After about four days I also deleted all the other contents of the Download folder. Ten days later and still no more problems. Downloads are much quicker, nothing greys-out (as was happening frequently before).
    Everything has worked well since with no more error messages.
    I am using an iPod 4G, iOS 5.1 (originally iOS 5.0). I do not have a manifest file, and as far as I know, have not had one. DiskAid can search the whole "hard drive" on the iPod.
    Deleting downloads.28.sqlitedb and the contents of Downloads worked for me.

    I would go crazy if this was me.  You may find this interesting from the customer agreement (to see full agreement go here:Customer Agreement | Verizon Wireless):

    You can dispute any charges by doing an Arbitration or Mediation.  I have never done it, so I can not help much there but this all may get you started.
