I haven't received the Bonus cert for Madden 15 yet or Destiny

Is there someone who can assist with this issue please? I pre-ordered both and picked them up. I am an Elite plus member and haven't received the $10 bonus for either. I understand Desinty is early, but Madden 15 was a month ago. Can someone assist please?

I've had the chance to review your account and it looks like the points for Madden NFL 15 posted to your account some time ago. If you haven't already done so, I'd encourage you to double-check your points history going back to the date you placed your order. As far as Destiny is concerned though, remember that it can take up to 20 days for pre-order bonus certificates to post once an eligible title has been picked up or shipped.

Haven't received the $10 promotion for The Witcher 3.

I pre-ordered the Witcher 3 several months ago, and picked it up on release date, but over a month later, the $10 certificate has not shown up on my account.
I'm fairly certain I know what the issue is. Every time I pre-order a game and go to pick it up in the store, my Gamer's Club discount is not applied. I've pre-ordered probably 6-7 games in the past 18 months, and this has happened every time. It usually takes about 20 minutes for the employees to resolve it. Usually what happens is that they end up having to void the transaction and try again, which sometimes works. Most recently, when I picked up the Witcher 3, the same thing happened. Due to a miscommunication between the employees, we ended up processing the transaction at the non-discounted price, and then had to return it and redo it a different way. I'm guessing that, because of the return, it voided my pre-order and the benefits I was supposed to get with it. I can't recall if there were any pre-order benefits with the game (other than the $10 promotion) but I never received any of them.
I pre-ordered Batman: Arkham Knight at the same I pre-ordered The Witcher, and am guessing that I will have to go through this same ordeal again on in a couple of days when I pick it up. I'd like to avoid this in the future, and will likely just start pre-ordering the games online and paying the discounted price up front. I'd like to see if there's anyway I can recover my $10 promotion for The Witcher, and any other pre-order benefits I might have missed out on.

As far as your pre-order, it appears that the 500 bonus points for the "Get $10" pre-order offer have already posted to your My Best Buy™ account. Those bonus points, along with 250 other points, were converted into a $15 certificate and redeemed on 9/19/2014. I would encourage you to login to BestBuy.com and check your points balance.

Try backing it up to your computer with iTunes. Connect it to your computer, open iTunes, click on the name of the phone in iTunes, go to the Summary tab of your iTunes sync settings and click Back Up Now. Also go to File>Devices>Transfer Purchases to transfer you apps and other purchased media to your iTunes library.

Hold on tight it'll come i got mine accouple days ago. An when it Does some things to remember before you except
it.
Do this:
Make sure you run the battery down an then Recharge it fully before doing the update.
Its a good idea to be close to the Tower so you can get the best signal while doing the update process
let the update go fully thru its steps it will take from 20 to 30 min. an no incoming or outgoing calls can be made an at the end of the update for about 2 to 3 min. it will look like its doing nothing but it is just leave it alone an finally it will be done an will be then at the home screen.
i would then shut it off wait about 5 min an then turn it back on. the boot up process will be alittle faster.
And my final suggestion is enjoy your new Incredble thats what i call mine. B33

every single update so far was pathetic attemp to fool us and make us happy.
there is no change at all from v30,31, and 32. exect the slightly smaller font for text input in v32.
nokia promises alot in the new update, (browser, smiler and map)
hope it leaves up to the expectation and include the portrait qwerty,homescreen and lockscreen.
Why is it so hard to implement?
slide to unlock and homescreen is already available in c6, and the portrait qwerty is available in 5800.
its no like we are asking for impossible like continuous autofocus for video recording!!
