After powering the iPhone off and on, the light goes out but turns back on randomly or immediately after powering the iPhone on?
Since nothing else you have tried has resolved it, try restoring the iPhone with iTunes from the iPhone's backup first.
If no change after that, try restoring as a new iPhone or not from the backup.
If no change after that, the iPhone has a hardware problem.
Call AppleCare or make an appointment at an Apple Store if there is one nearby.

Forgotten Restrictions Passcode Help
You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.

I am facing problem regarding graphical user interface. I am using text box for editing files. I want to show the line numbers and graphical breakpoints along with text box. Can anybody help me in this? Thanks.

Ok let me elaborate this problem little more.
I want to show my text box as it is in normal editors e.g. In Matlab editor. There is a text box and on left side the gray bar shows the line numbers corresponding to the text. Further more i want that the user should be able to click on any line number to mark specific line as breakpoint (red circle or any graphical indication for mark).

I need to update Firefox to the latest version, but check for updates is grayed out. We have gone on our comp after a while and tried to open Firefox . When we do we get a message "Firefox is running close app or restart comp . " Now the thing is I was on it earlier and closed it with the close button . Then say checked mail , or looked at pictures on my comp . Then I would want to use the browser again and when I tried to access it I get that message . Rest assured it had been closed . This issue did not happen until I downloaded Firefox4 . We did not have this problem with the earlier versions of Firefox .

That only appears when you have iOS 5+ installed, if your iPad is on iOS 4 then you will need to do the update via your compuer's iTunes.
Connect the iPad to your computer's iTunes and copy any purchases off the iPad to your computer via File > Transfer Purchases (you may also want to copy photos off the iPad as well) and then force a backup of the iPad by right-clicking the iPad 'Device' on the left-hand side of iTunes and selecting 'Backup'. You may also want to copy off the iPad any important documents, notes, files etc e.g. via the file sharing section at the bottom of the device's apps tab when connected to iTunes, via wifi, email, dropbox etc - they should be included in the backup, but it's best to have a copy of them outside of the backup just in case.
You can then start the update by selecting the iPad on the left-hand side of iTunes, and on the Summary tab on the right-hand side clicking the Check For Updates button.

Don't you mean Photos or are you still using iPhoto with 10.10.3?
Normally one gets the preview version of a photo or the edited version if it's been edited when dragging from a thumbnail to the Desktop. Don't know how you would have gotten small thumbnail versions. -
