I wanted to download some great music only available on iTunes France - when I sign in they tell me that my login and password only enable me to purchase from iTunes UK. If I try and register as new on the Fr website and if I put my own email, they tell me that I am already registered and should login. I can't get out of this runaround and just wish to purchase this amazing album only available in iTunes.fr. What can I do? Thanks.
You can purchase ONLY from the itunes store of your country of residence ( as proven by the valid billing address on your credit card) and ONLY while inside the borders of that country.

iTunes Match is not sharable across Apple IDs. The best way to get the music on her iPad is to leave hers signed into her Apple ID on the iTunes Store and sync via USB.

Has your phone ever been hacked or jailbroken. This error message is what usually shows up for that. Are you using a supported carrier for the iPhone, or did someone hack the phone to unlock it to be used on another carrier. If that is the case, then there is no help you can get here as discussing hacked/jailbroken devices is not allowed.

I have a current (extensive) itunes library established years ago with an ipod classic. My email address, etc. has changed many times since then and I am not able to sync my music from my itunes to my iphone 5c. I'm sure it's due to a different email address/apple ID. How can I get them to sync so as not to have to re-purchase all of my music and podcasts?
The extensive itunes libary that was on an ipod classic likely as not came from an itunes library. The music that is on the itunes library will sync to an iphone once the iphone has been authorized through the itunes store. If it is as you say that all this music came from an 'itunes library' then there should not be an issue syncing this music to an alternate device.
If on the other hand this music came from multiple itunes libraries. It will then be a matter of logging in with each apple id login which was used when purchasing the songs to then re-downloading the songs to that specific apple id login. Once you have purchase music from the itunes store using an apple id login the music then follows the apple id virtually indefinately. -

You have to have an internet connection, either wireless or through a computer with iTunes. When you choose Software Update you can only update to the latest version for your iPod Touch, iOS 6.1.6

Not able to purchase from iTunes
I have been trying to purchase from iTunes all week but have gotten the message +"The iTunes store is unable to process purchase at this time. Payment processing is temporarily unavailable. You may continue to browse the store. Please try to make your purchase later."+ Now I also happen to be able to access the iTunes store in the US and had no problem making a purchase. Has anyone been able to contact Apple to find out what the problem is with the Australian store or for that matter is anyone else having the same issue? I sent a message to apple using the support center but have yet to receive a reply. any input would be appreciated
There are times when the computer says its one thing, but its always not what it says. I would say just troubleshoot... Like log out of your account then log back in. Trash the iTunes cache in User Name>Library>Cache. Empty the iTunes cache folder. And delete the iTunes preferences in User Name>Library>Preferences. Delete the file "com.apple.itunes.plist". Hopefully those will solve the problem.

Correct. When you update via iTunes all synced media that is not in your iTunes library will be lost.

I have 4 tracks that I purchased from the itunes store, 2 audio and 2 music videos. I used my iphone to make the purchase. Unfortunately, when I got home and tried to transfer them to my itunes library, it tells me that the disk can't be read frrom or written to. This it totally bogus as I am able to download apps that I purchased at the same time as the music.
How do I fix this problem without having to totally rebuild the library yet again?I'm guessing this is a problem unique to me as there have been no replies at all... Thanks a bunch folks

Why was I able to redeem my ITunes card and have a balance that is shown next to my email address as an available balance to purchase ITunes for my IPod, but when I try to purchase any songs/albums, I am directed to the credit card/billing information page whichis telling me I need to provide that information in order to buy siad albums or songs when I have a credit already from the card? I also get directed to a page where I'm required to provide a code from the card I had already used and obtained a balance from, therefore, the card was disposed of as I had no longer any use for it; so I thought....
How am I supposed to be able to use the credited balance that's already posted to my ITunes account?

I am trying to sync all my music from my iphone to the itunes on my laptop but it is only allowing me to sync songs i have purchased from itunes on my phone. Is there a way to get all the songs I have on my phone to syn with my lap top? I dont want to loose any of my music but litterally half of my music will not sync to the itunes on my laptop.
How did you move the music to the external drive? What exactly is on the drive? The entire iTunes folder or only music? If it is the entire iTunes folder you can do the option+start suggestion earlier. Good news - you have not lost your iTunes purchases. You can re-download them to your computer or to another computer that you have authorized your Apple ID to iTunes on as follows:
1. Open iTunes and sign on with the Apple ID that was used to make the purhases
2. Click on the iTunes Store
3. Click on Purchased under the Quick Links sidebar on the right-hand side of the iTunes Store window
4. Click on Music (or whichever media you are looking to recover), then on "Not in My Library". Then click on Albums or Songs, Most Recent.
5. You can then re-download individual items as you wish, or select "Download All" at the bottom of the screen to download everything

Cant download previous purchases on my account. Bought them via my iphone, but when i try to sync it they dont come up and when i try to download them via my phone again it just doesnt work, and when i try to download them via a computer it just says purchased but they arn't in my itunes library?
What types of item that you can redownload depends upon what country that you are in (music, films and/or TV shows can't currently be re-downloaded in all). If they are still on your phone then you should be able to copy them over to your computer's iTunes via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases.
What you can redownload will show under the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes and the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your phone. My library consists of both itunes purchases and uploads from my CD's. My ipod was formatted on my Mac. I'm out of state and want to sync the ipod on a windows PC. Can it be don? Can it be done without losing the uploaded songs?
It cannot. Your iPod is a format that is neither readable or writeable by a PC. The only way to make it possible is to use some sort of third party software such as XPlay.

If you have a rescue email address set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
