I need to contact creative to claim my warranty on EP-630's

Hey everyone,
I have navigated the support pages and tried to find how to contact creative to cliam my warranty on my broken ep-630's (left headphones randomly stopped working). I got to the poitn where i clicked the button which says escalate to email, but the link doesn't work. I'm tired of dicking around, can anybody just give me the address i should email creative at?
And, does this sound like something my warranty will cover? I mean my headphones were perfectly fine then the left headphoen totally stopped working, it didnt get hit or crushed or anything.

    The right channel of my Creative EP-830 headphones doesn't work anymore and since I bought it only 8 months ago (in a Dutch store: www.bol.com), I want to claim my warranty. However, I don't have the packaging anymore and thus I also don't have any serial number. And for some ridiculous reason Creative has seemingly set up its site such that it is impossible to contact them through e-mail or phone without a serial number.
    How can I contact them to claim my warranty in the Netherlands? I have not been able to find any phone number on the website, and every time I get to an e-mail form to contact them it wants the serial number of my headphones, which I don't have.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated, especially since this is not the first time I'm having broken Creative headphones within the warranty period.

    Adobe application manager is corrupted and I need to contact support! How do I do that. I keep getting sent here???

    I was looking around, because nowwhere before does it mention %temp%\AdobeDownloads\ Based on the error that comes back, I decided to turn on hidden files in Windows (Just type Hidden Files in the searchbox) and go see this AdobeDownloads folder. It is not there. In other threads relating to this issue, they talk about files in the
    C\User\Username\Appdata\Local\AAMUpdater\1.0\ folder.
    One of the logs here gives the following errors:

    It is not strange that the AdobeDownloads folder is not there, since the Adobe Application Manager never has a chance to start. This is NOT a notwork error in the classical sense because I am able to download InDesign and all other Updates from Windows, visit every website.
    Don't get me wrong, I fully realize that VM's are not supported. But I can name you 20 consultants who ALL run in a VM. Heck, even I ran this SAME Windows 7 version, with Parallels 7 AND 8, half a year ago, untill I had to start fresh 3 weeks ago. I CAN download InDesign, install it and activiate it with my Creative Cloud account, but I can't update them. The error is above.

    I went ahead and got specific on the title .... but, the question is a general question actually.
    I currently have SAML-provider-A.    I need to move my Sharepoint Claims Webapplication from SAML-A  over to SAML-provider-B.     I THINK that I should be able to simply remove SAML-A TIP and add SAML-B tip and as long as I retain
    the same TIP-NAME - I think that my profiles shoudl not have to be migrated etc. etc.    
    When I DELETE the connection for UPA - and reCREATE the connection to AD via the TIP.
    My fear is that there is something that will cause the UPA to duplicate the profiles.  But, I dont THINK that'll happen.
    Does anybody know?

    According to your description, my understanding is that you need to change your SAML Claims Identity Provider from Siteminder to Okta.
    For achieving your demand, you can refer to the steps as the guide:

    And  you need to associate your existing web application with the Okta identity provider and perform  IIS Reset:

I mean you don't send products to Ukraine. Why is that? Is that so difficult? Just to send it by express or regular mail? Anyway I pay forward for everything.
    Well, fine, may be there're some reasons for that. I've found your russian representati'ves and came up with the problem that they don't have on their web-site on-line store at all. Well, they have a link to it, but it's just a blank page....

    I had purchased an iPhone 5 last month and got the OS updated to iOS 7, yesterday.
    The data cable was of very bad quality and when I took it to the retailer for replacement, they said that its not covered under the one year warranty.
    Secondly, I have also been experiencing network coverage issues with this phone. So, I decided to contact apple care through the web. When entering my serial number/IMEI it says, "We're sorry, but this is a serial number for a product that has been replaced. Please check your information and re-enter your serial number. If your information is correct, you may need to contact us."
    Does anybody have any idea what the reason behind this could be.

    If you purchased the iPhone from Apple or an authorized Apple reseller,
    contact them for assistance. If you purchased elsewhere, go back
    to that retailer and get them to give you a new iPhone or your money
    back.
    If you have checked the serial number carefully and re-entered it
    and that gave you the same error message, contact Apple if purchased
    from Apple or authorized retailer; otherwise you have been scammed
    and need to pursue the matter with the business you obtained the
    iPhone from.

    One more thing. I just update my iphone that my boss gave to me but it seems to be like it giving me some trouble. My iphone was updated not too long and was successful. I try to lock into it and it telling me emergency call. I plug it to my itune and it telling me that the sim card is not valid or supported. So I inserted my sim card that I usually use to call and it still saying the same. Please help me get into it.

    And as far as paying for phone support, here are a few tips:
    If you call your carrier first and then they route you to Apple, you usually don't have to pay for phone support.
    If you are talking to Apple and they ask you to pay a support fee, ask if you can get an exception this time.  That usually works once, but they keep track of the times you've been granted such an exception.
    If you still end up paying the support fee, that fee only applies if it's not a hardware related issue.  In other words, if it can be fixed by just talking over the phone and following Apple's instructions, then the fee applies.  But if your device is deemed to have a hardware failure that caused the issue, then the fee should not apply, and you can ask for it to be waived after the fact.
    This forum is free, and almost all of the technical support articles the Apple tech advisors use are available on this website.  Literally 99% of what they can do over the phone is just walking you through the publicly available support articles.  In other words, you're paying the fee to have them do your research for you.  It's like hiring a research consultant to go look stuff up in the public library so you don't have to.  You're capable of doing it; you'd just rather pay someone to do it for you.
    It's like Starbucks.  You know how to make coffee.  Everyone knows how to make coffee.  And Starbucks coffee isn't any better than what you could make at home for far less.  But you want the convenience.  So you're really paying a convenience fee.  Milk is more expensive at 7-Eleven than it is at the grocery store... because it's a convenience store.

    I'm wondering if you bought the Apple Care when bought the MB, or just called to Apple to say the problem, because I have my 15 months old MB P (so, out of warranty), I don't have any Apple Care and my battery went form 99% to 14% in 3 months!!

    Hi Apple Community,
    I have been using LPX for a few weeks now and I have run into a large number of issues, some of which are completely game-breaking. I was shocked to see that there is no support contact at Apple for Logic Pro- I was simply redirected here.
    My issues include-
    Logic's visual meters lagging while 3rd party AUs cope just fine
    Several severe instances of automation triggering late, particularly and somewhat cripplingly involving the gain plugin (and yes I do have sample accurate automation on the correct setting)
    Inconsistent behaviour playing back samples in library (samples will sometimes not play at all and I have to press keyboard shortcut again, or sometimes will play after a 1-2 second delay)
    Windows simply disappear after changing desktop 'spaces' and must be maximised by right-clicking icon in dock
    Plugin windows are sometimes unresponsive and must be closed and reopened
    Upon googling I found this post over at gearslutz.com-

    It seems this very experienced user has done some thorough testing and discovered massive problems with Logic's automation and plugin delay compensation. Not good.
