I paid for the entire series 3 of Downton Abbey. Why am I not getting the new episodes as promised?
I don't understand how to get the remaining episodes of Downton Abbey. When I purchased Season 3, I downloaded all episodes successfully. However, the only ones I could watch were the ones that have appeared on US tv so far. Supposedly I would be notified when new episodes became available (supposedly after they air?). However, I still do not have episode 5, which has aired. How do I get it? I can't find any clue within the apple store or itunes.
What series of the programme is it, how many episodes have you downloaded, and what country are you in ? There are only 9 episodes in series 4 (8 episodes plus the 2013 christmas episode), so if you've downloaded all 9 then you have the full series

No, you can download/install it on as many Macs as you own and control. Just go back to the app store with the Apple ID you used to purchase it and download it again.

Ive tried restarting the download from scratch and it stiil dont get any further. I have over 600gb of free storage on my laptop and im able to download other movies, so connection is good!!
Launch iTunes on your computer.
From the menu bar click iTunes > Preferences then select the Advanced tab.
Click Reset warnings and Reset cache
Click OK.
Restart your computer, launch iTunes.
Click Store > Check for Available Downloads... -

I paid for the entire second season of Homeland but only 4 episodes have downloaded. I have an email confirming my purchase and giving me a receipt number, so what should I do now?
If you click the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option on your computer's iTunes does that download them and/or do they show in the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes (TV programmes won't show in all countries) ? If other TV programmes show there but not those then check to see if they are hidden : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919
If the above doesn't find any extra episodes (and I assume that there are more than those 4 episodes available in your country's store) then you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

Before I updated my iPod I had all of the songs to an album that I bought on iTunes. After I updated my iPod I only have 5 of those songs from the album. I would like to know how I can get the rest of the songs cause I already paid for the album and I went on my computer and it said that I have to pay for them even though I already paid for the whole album. So what do I do?
Sync with the same computer iTunes that you normally sync with.

I had to delete everything on my computer and install the operating system again , but I had to install Snow Leopard because it was the cd that came with the computer when I bought it. The problem is that I had already paid for the OS Lion and even had upgraded to the Mavericks . I do not think it's fair to have to pay again and I would like to upgrade my operating system without having to pay again for the same system.

It sounds like you are trying to upgrade your Mac to a newer version of OS X, after completing a fresh install of Snow Leopard.
If you have already purchased and downloaded OS X Lion and Mavericks, you should be able to find these items in the Purchased section of the Mac App Store.
You may find the steps in this article helpful with finding the items:

If you do not see the items in the Purchased section, they may be hidden:

I have creative cloud, I have photoshop and lightroom current versions installed - I was using the trial period. I paid for the 9.99 a month and now I'm trying to figure out how to update this.
You need to uninstall the trial applications and reinstall from the CC app.

OK, so no Acrobat 8 after all (so sorry about that hard drive failure, that's no fun at all!). But all hope is not lost.
I think this what needs to happen:
Go to www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.html and click Try It Now.
Click Download Now.
After the file has downloaded, double-click the installer file that you downloaded to install Acrobat XI.
Open your PDF your newly installed copy of Acrobat XI.
Follow the steps in the video that I linked to in a previous post.
Note that Acrobat and Reader offer different functionally, so the copy of Reader that you have won't do what you're after.

Video apps in the Cloud suite (such as Premiere Pro and After Effects) are 64 bit only and will only run on 64 bit processors and 64 bit operating systems.
If your computer is running a 32 bit operating system (e.g. Win 7 32 bit) then you will not able to download those apps since they will not run on your computer.
