I purchased a season pass to a tv show and did not get all of the downloads

I purchased a season pass to a tv show, and only three of the eight shows available for download actually downloaded. The other five came up to download, but then disappeared. There will be around 20 all together, and I know the other 12 will not be available until after they air. I even received a confirmation email that showed I should have been able to download 8, not just 3. What can I do? How do I get the other 5 that should have downloaded?

Go to the page roaminggnome linked to. Under the *Get Customer Service* column, click Video, and it should expand the list.
Click on *Video Purchases* next, and it will expand the list again.
Click on *Lost or Missing items*.
A gray button that says *Email Us* will appear on the right.
If you aren't seeing that, maybe your popup blocker is hiding it.

    There is no accessible storage so that is why it needs to reload. The time it take is dependent on your network. Not sure why it is freezing this time but you may want to try a reboot (hold the menu and down arrow for a few seconds until the light starts flashing and then release)

    I've tried, said they could not help and I should get in touch with the USA App Store. But the problem of getting in touch with the App Store USA is the only option I have on the phone, and my English is not very helpful. Therefore needed a complete address e-mail.

    The best thing you can do is contact Apple Support, they will be able to help you. You can tell them you have receipts of your purchases.

    Sure.
    To manually initiate a resumable download (music) simply choose Advanced > Check for Purchases.
    After you choose Check for Purchases, iTunes will then ask you to log into your iTMS account. Type in your username and password and then click Check.
    If there is any purchased content that did not completely download, content will start to download from where it left off. You will see the status in the iTunes display.

    I activated my product in August of 2014.  I had it a few months, October, when my computer crashed.  Therefore I had to go back to Adobe tell them what happened, and then until December I had noticed that it said that I had a trial copy.  I was not worried, as I had the serial number.  it was working, but in January I got a message that my "trial" copy had expired. 
    At that time I had contacted Adobe and was told that because it was beyond the 3 months, they would no longer help me.
    Therefore, at one point, when the computer crashed, I had not deactivated the program.  But Adobe had gotten it working for me again. 
    I do not know what happened between October and December to have changed the software from a real copy to a trial copy.
    Now to your patient questions.
    As you wrote, that is what happens to the point of getting the trial copy, but when I follow the process through, I get a message that my "trial copy has expired".    When I go the the editor, the whole process loops again, sign in, trial copy, licence page, add serial number, then the message that the trial has expired.
    When I got that message the first few times months ago, I went back to the Adobe web site and downloaded another copy.  (I have done this numerous times)  It still said that I had a trial copy and that it had expired, there is a box to licence this software, when I click that, I have to sign in again, This time I also had gone to the Adobe web site signed in and left it open, while I put in the serial number, hoping that would help (have also tried that before).  It waits and then the Editor/Organized box comes up again.  When I go to the Editor, it tells me that this is a trial copy which has expired and it starts all over again.
    I was so frustrated, that I waited a couple of months to try it again.   The thinking was that there was some glitch that would work it self out and I could again  down load a clean copy of the original, not a trial.  (I do not know how I keep getting a trial copy of PSE 12, as it is not even offered on the site.)
    The crazy thing is this morning when I turned on my computer, I had an update for the Adobe PSE 12 and Camera Raw.  Probably because I had downloaded a copy again. 
    When I go the the web site to down load a copy of the PSE !2, I am doing it from the My accounts/ products page and downloads.  I have left the web page open to copy the serial number from that page, although it always matches my notes.

    Did you put all of your music on the new comptuer?  Your music will only be where you put it.  Copy everything from your old comuter, or your backup copy of your od computer, to your new one.

  • No DVD to reinstall iWork and did not get a serial number when the online purchase was made

    I bought my MBP 2 years ago and had iWork 9.0 preinstalled when i ordered it from Apple store online .
    I've just upgraded to mountain lion recently and I realised my DVD is missing and I have nothing to install iWork again.
    Tried restoring from my TM backup but it says: Pages cannot be opened because of a problem.
    Dont really wanna spend money and download the program again, is there a way for me to recover my programs?

    First ask Apple Store if they can help you. It is bad if you got it preinstalled but not got a CD with the product. it isn't on a DVD.
    If they can't help you you have to buy it again, but do that from the AppStore.

  • Why cannot I download an episode after I purchase the Complete Season Pass for a TV show?

    The iTunes on my iPhone won't allow me to purchase Complete Season Pass for a TV show. After I click the Buy Season Pass button, I got an alert dialog saying, "Cannot Download: There is not enough available storage to download 'Supernatural, Season 7'. You can manage your storage in settings."
    My iPhone has 12.4 GB available in the storage, and my iCloud has 24 GB out of 25 GB available. I don't quite understand what is actually the issue. Why is the iTunes not allowing me to purchase the Complete Season Pass? Is it because I don't have enough storage available on my iPhone to download all episodes of the TV show? If so, why can't I just buy the pass then download a particular episode I want without having to download them all?
    Can you help me figure out what the issue is?

  • Purchased a season pass using my mac for watching on Apple TV. Can I stop it downloading to my Mac?

    I purchased a season pass using itunes on a Mac but I intented to watch the show on the Apple TV. Now I can't see a way for me to stop it downloading every eposide as soon as I launch itunes on my Mac.  I just want to have access to the show from the Apple TV
    Any suggestions?
