If you've bought it from iTunes, you should be able to re-download it for free.
Download directly from iPod by going to the iTunes Store-App and find the "Purchased"-menu. From here you should get a complete list of all your bought items and the ability to re-download.
Download from iTunes on PC/Mac by opening iTunes > Go to iTunes Store > Go to the menubar on the left and choose "Purchased". Now, from the appearing window select the proper categori on top of the screen.

Had my main mac computer in office for many weeks backed up with TC, all was fine. Earlier today went to back up my Mac Book to the same TC. All appeared to go fine. However went to original mac to see the back ups from the main mac. Said connection error could n ot connect. I can not find any of the original back ups?
I was told that it was a straight forward procedure to add another computer's backups?On the main computer I try and enter the Time Machine and it is telling me that there is no Location for Time Machine Backups. It then tells me that I need to set time machine up again. I then select the time capsule and ask to use it for back up. It then goes on to tell me that "There was an error connecting to server. Check server name or IP Address, then try again.

I downloaded the latest Adobe Reader for my Mach and I have a wireless Canon Printer. I have not had any problems with my printer until now. It will either not print or print really slow. Can not print any pdf files at all. Do I need to uninstall it or is there a fix?
Uninstall Reader. Is your printing back to normal? What version of Reader did you install under what OS?

First tech I spoke to said it was my problem because I chose to update the software and since I was out of warrenty, I would have to pay $19.99 for service agreement before anyone would talk to me. The next tech admitted this had happened to ssomeone else and stated it was a problem with my phone triggered by the software update, and because I was 57 days out of warrently, it would cost me $199 for replacement phone. So basically, anyone that chooses to upgrade their software, risk messing up their access to wifi and have to pay the developer of the software to fix the problem, their program caused. Does anyone have a clue how to fix this. Why wasn't I informed of the risks that could occur if I updated my device. I hNave reset, restored my device with no change. I have even reset to original with all my data deleted. Now what??
You are correct. This is a very bad hardware error of the WiFi Chip on the Logic Board. The Chip malfunctioned or was previously damaged, but the initialization error was not detected until you Update/Restore the iPhone recently. The Problem was there, just not detected yet. The repair or replacement of the WiFi Chip is very difficult. Because Apple does not repair iPhone 4S, they only replace iPhone 4S, it costs $199.

Try the following:
Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network settings
If the Wi-Fi is still not working, basic troubleshooting from the Users Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.

OK my family now has (2) Ipad2. Mine and my wifes. We do NOT want a second apple account but we want to use facetime. Both pads will ring like it is making a call but the other pad will not recieve the call.
I'm sure I'm not the only person with one account and two apple products. Can someone please let me know how to get these to ipads talking to one another so that while we are traveling we can utilize facetime?
Summary 2 Ipads both able to call out on face time but I cant seem to set up a call between them?No you do not need two Apple ID's. This is what I did on my iPod Touch and my iPad using my one and only Apple ID.
I used my Apple ID which is my main email address associated with my ID as the email address that I can be reached on the iPad so essentially all I did on the iPad was turn FaceTime on in the settings and let that email address be verified for FaceTime on the iPad.
On the iPod Touch I turned on FaceTime in the settings and then under - You can be reached for video calls at - I added another email address that I have with AOL. Then I went to the inbox of that AOL email address and there was an email from Apple with a link that I tapped on to finish the verification process. I can't recall exactly what it said, but it was very easy to follow the instructions to verify the address.
Then I went back to the FaceTime settings on the Touch and removed my Apple ID email address from - You can be reached for videos calls at ... You have to remove this email address so that you do not end up calling yourself. FaceTime will always revert to the first email address in the settings so that is why you have to remove the Apple ID email address in the one device. -

I Tunes wants to conituiosly restore my phone and after every restore it just goes back to the restore screen and i can not get past that to get to my apps etc. It is as if the system does noet regognise the fact that the resotre has been done.................

I have setup my time capsule, I can see it on the network and have done an initial backup, I can see it under shared devices in finder but when I open it I cannot see any files in the folder
If you have backed up your Mac using Time Machine to the Time Capsule, you would not use the Finder to see the files on the Time Capsule.
If you want to see the backups, click on the Time Machine "clock" icon on the dock at the bottom of the screen and wait a few minutes for everything to load.
Use the scale at the right of the screen to move from different recent backup times or dates. Select the time that you want and use the Finder like interface to navigate to locate a file or folder.

Audiobooks can be downloaded only once. You'll need to sync your iPad to iTunes on your computer to transfer the audiobook there, after which you can then sync it to your iPhone.

I am trying to open a MPEG video clip using Quicktime and it wont let me, keeps saying a codec is required. So I click on tell me more, have downloaded Quicktime 7 on numerous occasions thinking this was the problem, and it still wont let me open in. Really confused! Can anyone help???
