What happens when you try to watch them, they show in the TV Shows part of your computer's iTunes library as having downloaded into it ?

    Is it just the one film that is showing a black screen, or does the Videos app appear to be frozen ? If it's the complete app then try searching for the name of one of your videos on the iPad's spotlight search screen - swipe your first homescreen to the right, type in it's name, and if it finds it tap on it to see if it plays.
    If that doesn't work then try closing the Videos app completely : from the home screen (i.e. not with the Videos app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Videos app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
    A third option if the two above don't work is a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

Purchased a unlimited prepaid data plan with Italian carrier WIND.  Has been working excellent, but when I try to download a new episode of Game of Thrones, I get an error message which says that I have to connect to a wi fi network or download the episode on my MacBook.  Why can't I download using the microsim and prepaid data plan?  Any help will be great thank you!

    Unfortunately downloads larger than 20mbps require wifi due to most carriers having data limits. This "requirement" keeps people who are not familiar with data and what takes up a lot of data from going over.

  • I have a mac 10.4.11 Tiger and when I tried to use the new version of firefox. It says that it is not compatible. What version will work?

    I am having trouble with some websites, i.e. amazon. It says that it works best with a newer version of safari, firefox, etc.
    I had my hard drive crash so when I had the new one installed I tried to download the newest firefox and found it is not compatible with the mac tiger that I need a newer version leopard +

    Just repeating what it says above: "Firefox 4 and later require at least OS X 10.5".
    I have OS X 10. 5 but I am sticking with Firefox 3.6.24. The last time I upgraded to Firefox 4, I had to wait 5 minutes for every mouse click to execute.

    Your balance covers the the show's price (plus any applicable taxes), and it this the first time that you've tried to download something with the account ? If it is the first time, then unless the instructions on this page are followed when creating an account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534
    then credit card details will need to be entered before the account can be used to download any item from the store.

    If not then you will need to enter your card details, you should be able to remove them after entering them.

  • My iTunes wouldn't update and so I tried to reinstall the new version, my computer restarted and when I clicked on iTunes, it said file not found.

    I tried to update my iTunes so I could put some songs onto my ios 7 device and it wouldn't update. I would get a fail message. I went to the apple website and reinstalled it. After my computer restarted, I clicked on iTunes and said file not found. I looked everywhere but could not found a working application link. Help!!

    The start up disk is just the drive in your computer.  How long have you had your MacBook Air?  Did you purchase it new or used?

  • I tried restoring my Ipad 2 and when it was trying to update the new software, this thing pops up saying an error has occured cannot update software. My ipad is still stuck on the apple logo.

    If your ipad had no problems before, then it is your computer then may fail you. Try to restart computer and ipad.Try to disable antiviruses. If that happens again and you have apple store close by you can set up appointment, or try another computer.

    If the movie has completely downloaded, I recommend deleting the movie and downloading it again from your list of purchased movies. See this article for the steps:

    HI, I have the same problem, so you said you will need to update your quicktime...I have the most recent versions of iTunes and Quicktime, and have tried everything. Here is another post I made about this:
